In the remote access VPN architecture which is based on IPsec, if the VPN client wants to be served the VPN service continuously during VPN client's handoff, It needs the techniques to merge VPN with Mobile IP. In this case, if the VPN client roams to new subnet, it acquires new CoA. As a result of changing IP address, existing SA becomes useless and new SA is required. The SA renegotiation process results from handoff of the VPN client and does not result from security aspect. Hence, In the environment which includes many handoffs, overhead by SA re-negotiation deteriorates performance. In this paper, we propose the technique provides that it doesn't need to renegotiate SA and be able to get the security service continuously even though MN's handoff occurs in Mobile IP VPN environment.
In a low-voltage distribution system, the molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) is a widely used device to protect loads by interrupting over-current; however the hot gas generated from the arc discharge in the interrupting process depletes the dielectric recovery strength between electrodes and leads to re-ignition after current-zero. Even though the circuit breaker is ordinarily tripped and successfully interrupts the over-current, the re-ignition causes the over-current to flow to the load again, which carries over the failure interruption. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the dielectric recovery process and the dielectric recovery voltage of the MCCB. To determine these characteristics, a measuring system comprised of the experimental circuit and source is implemented to apply controllable recovery voltage and over-current. By changing the controllable recovery voltage, in this work, re-ignition is driven repeatedly to obtain the dielectric recovery voltage V-t curve, which is used to analyze the dielectric recovery strength of the MCCB. A measuring system and an evaluation technique for the dielectric recovery strength of the MCCB are described. By using this system and method, the measurement to find out the dielectric recovery characteristics after current-zero for ready-made products is done and it is confirmed that which internal structure of the MCCB affects the dielectric recovery characteristics.
The Planar Hall effect in a spin valve structure has been applied as a biosensor being capable of detecting $Dynabeads^{(R)}$ M-280. The sensor performance was tested under the application of a DC magnetic field where the output signals were obtained from a nanovoltmeter. The sensor with the pattern size of $50{\times}100{\mu}m^2$ has produced high sensitivity; especially, the real-time profiles by using that sensor revealed significant performance at external applied magnetic field of around 7.0 Oe with the resolution of 0.04 beads per $\mu m^2$. Finally, a successful array including 24 patterns with the single sensor size of $3{\times}3{\mu}m^2$ has shown the uniform and stable signals for single magnetic bead detection. The comparison of this sensor signal with the others has proved feasibility for biosensor application. This, connecting with the advantages of more stable and high signal to noise of PHR sensor's behaviors, can be used to detect the biomolecules and provide a vehicle for detection and study of other molecular interaction.
Plant tissue culture is a technique that has invariably been used for various purposes such as obtaining transgenic plants for crop improvement or functional analysis of genes. However, this process can be associated with a variety of genetic and epigenetic instabilities in regenerated plants, termed as somaclonal variation. In this study, we investigated mutation spectrum, chromosomal distributions of nucleotide substitution types of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertions/deletions (InDels) by whole genome re-sequencing between Dongjin and Nipponbare along with regenerated plants of Dongjin from different induction periods. Results indicated that molecular spectrum of mutations in regenerated rice against Dongjin genome ranged from $9.14{\times}10^{-5}$ to $1.37{\times}10^{-4}$ during one- to three-month callus inductions, while natural mutation rate between Dongjin and Nipponbare genomes was $6.97{\times}10^{-4}$. Non-random chromosome distribution of SNP and InDel was observed in both regenerants and Dongjin genomes, with the highest densities on chromosome 11. The transition to transversion ratio was 2.25 in common SNPs of regenerants against Dongjin genome with the highest C/T transition frequency, which was similar to that of Dongjin against Nipponbare genome.

This study was a cross-sectional descriptive investigative study to analyze the effects of sub-factors of cognitive emotional control on life goals. The subjects of the study were 184 people in their 20s, and they were collected online from December 2020 to January 5, 2021 using structured cognitive control capabilities and life goal questionnaires. The collected data were performed using SPSS 18.0 for Frequency, Independent Sample t-test, Pearson correction analysis, Simple regression analysis, and Multiple regression analysis. According to the study, men had both life-oriented and achievement-oriented life goals higher than women. Among the sub-factors of cognitive emotional control (positive focus change, positive reassessment, expansion of view, re-accept plan, acceptance, rumination, self-criticism, others criticism, and destruction) were male and female were higher in self-criticism. Factors affecting life-oriented life goals have been shown to be expanding views, re-accepting plans, and criticizing others, while positive re-evaluation negatively affects achievement-oriented life goals. Based on these results, life-oriented life-goals tend to exhibit adaptive responses to expand views and revise plans and maladaptive responses to blame others, while achievement-oriented life-goals have the ability to positively reassess situations, modify plans and accept negative reactions.
The problem of finding Cramer rule for solutions of some restricted linear equation Ax = b has been widely discussed. Recently Wang and Qiao consider the following more general problem AXB = D, $R(X){\subset}T$, $N(X){\supset}\tilde{S}$. They present the solution of above general restricted matrix equation by using generalized inverses and give an explicit expression for the elements of the solution matrix for the matrix equation. In this paper we re-consider the restricted matrix equation and give an equivalent matrix equation to it. Through the equivalent matrix equation, we derive condensed Cramer rule for above restricted matrix equation. As an application, condensed determinantal expressions for $A_{T,S}^{(2)}$ A and $AA_{T,S}^{(2)}$ are established. Based on above results, we present a method for computing the solution of a kind of restricted matrix equation.

This study examined the influent of a sulfur denitrification reactor using nitrified effluent from a batch type reactor. The denitrification efficiency was compared according to the injection type. The nitrogen removal effects were compared with the changes in the EBCT and nitrogen concentration of the influent to determine the optimal operation conditions with the selected injection type. A denitrification efficiency evaluation of a reactor according to the change in injection type and up-flow was performed using a lower organic concentration of the effluent than the down-flow because of the re-precipitation of desorbed microbes and spilled solids. In the up-flow type, organics were controlled by the low concentration than the down-flow type because of solid re-precipitation. The T-N removal efficiency of the up-flow type was 73.3~90.2%, which was more that 10% higher that down-flow type. This means that the up-flow type has a great advantage in removing T-N and organics. The T-N removal efficiency by EBCT at 1hr was 47.3%, and was 88.1% and 90.5% by EBCT 3hr and 5hr, respectively. Therefore, the optimal operation conditions to remove nitrogen was considered to be EBCT for 3hr. After careful consideration of rule of law and T-N removal effects, the T-N load factor in the reactor should remain below $0.443kgT-N/m^3{\cdot}day$ to maintain the legal total nitrogen concentration for discharge, which is 20mg/L.

Yellow croacker, Tseudociaena manchurica Jordan et Thompson in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea are subjected to be caught by trawl nets throughout the year. First indices of population size in every period 8re calculated. Considering present status of the yellow croacker fishery and ecology of the fish, mathematical models must have been established in order to determine catchability coefficient, natural m ortali ty, fishing mortality, recrui ting coefficient of the fish ing ground, and dispersion coefficienl from the fishing ground. The results an, summmarized as follows: Catchabil i ty coefficient $(C) = 2. 2628 {\times} 10^{-5}$ Natural mortality (M)=0.3293 Population for lhe first half season(July 1st to the following January 3lst) Initial population = 14, 621 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Recruitment =45, 597 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Natural mortality = 8, 660 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Final population =42, 970 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Population for the latter 1131f scason(February 1st to June 30th) Initial population = 69, 170 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Dispersion =51, 688 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Natural mortality = 6, 082 $/\frac{M}{T}$ Final population = 1, 802 $/\frac{M}{T}$.

The genus Trichoderma (Hypocreaceae, Ascomycota) consists of globally distributed fungi. Among them, T. harzianum, one of the most commonly collected Trichoderma species, had been known as a polyphyletic or aggregate species. However, a total of 19 species were determined from the polyphyletic groups of T. harzianum. Thus, we explored Korean "T. harzianum" specimens that were collected in 2013-2014. These specimens were re-examined based on a recent study with translate elongation factor 1-alpha ($EF1{\alpha}$) sequences to reveal cryptic Trichoderma species in Korea. As a result, four different species, T. afroharzianum, T. atrobruneum, T. pyramidale, and T. harzianum, were identified. Except T. harzianum, the other three species have not been reported in Korea. In this work, we describe these species and provide figures.
The bioequivalence of two clarithromvcin products was evaluated with 16 normal male volunteers (age 23-28 yr, body weight 57.5-75.517g) following single oral dose. Test product was ReYon Clarithromycin tablets (ReYon Pharm. Corp., Korea) and reference product was Klarici $d_{R}$ tablets (Abbott Korea). Both products contain 250 mg of clarithromucin. One tablet of the test or the reference product was administered to the volunteers, respectively, by randomized two period cross-over study (2$\times$2 Latin square method). The determination of clarithromycin was accomplished using a modified agar well diffusion bioassay. As a result of the assay validation, the quantification of clarithromycin in human serum by this technique was possible down to 0.03$\mu$g/ml using 100$\mu$l of serum. The coefficient of variation (C.V.) was less than 10%. Average drug concentrations at each sampling time and pharmacokinetic parameters calculated were not significantly different between two products P>0.05); the area under the curve to last sampling time (24 hr) (AU $Co_{24hr}$ (8.10$\pm$ 1.26 vs 8.22$\pm$ 1.627g . hr/ml), AUC from time zero to infinite (AU $Co_{\infty}$) (8.61 $\pm$ 1.28 vs 8.84$\pm$ 1.71 $\mu$g . hr/ml), maximum plasma concentration ( $C_{msx}$) (0.87$\pm$0.22 vs 0.88$\pm$0.19 $\mu$g/ml) and time to maximum plasma concentration ( $T_{max}$) (2.69 $\pm$0.48 vs 2.56$\pm$ 0.51 hr). The differences of mean AU $Co_{24h}$, $C_{msx}$ and $T_{msx}$ between the two products (1.44, 1.39, and 4.65%, respectively) were less than 20%. The power (1-$\beta$) and treatment difference ($\Delta$) for AU $Co_{24hr}$, and $C_{max}$ were more than 0.8 and less than 0.2, respectivly. Although the power for $T_{max}$ was under 0.8, $T_{max}$. of the two products was not significantly different each other (p>0.05). These results suggest that the bioavailability of ReYon Clarithromycin tablets is not significantly different from that of Klarici $d_{R}$ tablets. Therefore, two products are bioequivalent based on the current results. results.sults.sults.s.s.s.s.s.s.s.
