  • Recently, rural leisure by urban dwellers has been recognized as a catalyst for regional development or restoration. The federal government implemented several regional planning policies attempting to address this phenomenon in the late nineties. However, most of these policies focused on supply-centered planning, which caused a diverse set of problems relating to the sustainability and economic validity of the planning. Instead, this study focuses on the re-visitation one of the demand variables, with the intention of analyzing the character of rural leisure demand and its re-visitation choice attributes. For these reasons, this study investigates the character of current rural leisure demand, and develops functional equations about urban people who visit rural areas, using logit model. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: Urban people are visiting rural areas from nearby cities or metropolitan areas that are within 3 hours driving distance, and over 80% of rural visitors are one-day visitors. Therefore, most of their visitation activities should be understood as rural leisure, including rural tourism. In addition, the likelihood of the rural tourist to make a return visit is influenced by their transportation means, product purchasing, staying period and travel time. The results of such rural leisure demand can provide information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of target market, type of market segments, improvement of recognition level, activity program price, facility and space planning, produce sale and connection with tour site.

  • Identifying the factors of emotional experience that arouse emotional responses will contribute to determining the relationship between the visual attributes of a salon and the emotional responses of humans, as well as the relationship between service factors and the emotional response of humans. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the various e motional responses of customers on store preference and to thereby propose marketing strategies for offering an insightful service. The emotionally expressed vocabulary used by customers during their visit is also explored. 300 customers with previous experience of beauty shop services were surveyed and their responses were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 to define the problems. All the emotional experiences at the beauty salon influence the service satisfaction and re-visitation intention. The results showed that, as the customer's level of satisfaction with a service experience increases, the re-visitation intention increases. Of these results, only the service experience influences the recommendation intention. As the effective delivery of positive emotional services influences customers' revisiting intentions, beauty industry workers should be aware of each phase of the customers' emotions and try to provide customer-oriented services to appease these emotions. In addition, workers should strive to create service systems that induce customers' positive emotional responses rather than to offer merely stereotyped services.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the intention of revisiting and recommending by applying a structural equation model, targeting the service quality factors of university libraries derived from previous studies. For 11 days from April 30th, 2020 to May 10th, 2020, a total of 127 user groups (undergraduate students, graduate students, professors/instructors) were surveyed on their intention to revisit and recommend. The analysis results are as follows. 'Materials' and 'service customization' were shown as quality dimensions that influence revisit. In addition, revisiting was found to have an effect on recommendation intention, and it was analyzed that 'materials' and 'service customization' affect not only revisit but also recommendation intention. In addition, 'service customization' was found to be a factor that directly affects the intention to recommend. Based on this, a method of applying the concept of customization to library services and marketing was proposed in an environment where users' needs are diversifying and becoming personalized.

  • This paper aims to investigate factors affecting museum visits of young people in Vietnam by sending questionnaires to 2106 young people aged between 14-30 in Vietnam. With the support of SPSS version 2016 and STATA version 22, this paper illustrates that the empirical findings are appropriate with previous literature reviews. Research hypotheses such as learning purposes, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and museum architecture are significantly and positively correlated with museum visits measured through customer visiting intention, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Furthermore, males have a stronger interest in visiting the museum but a low re-visit intention than females. People with a higher level of education and higher income are also more likely to visit the museum than those with a lower level of education and income. Finally, the research results suggest that the family class and the orientation of parents play an important role in encouraging children to increase museum visiting intention; however, children of high-class families are less likely to have a high intention, satisfaction, and loyalty toward museum visitation than children of lower-class families.
