Methods : SPSS 10.0, a statistical processing method, was used to process the study data and frequency and ANOVA analysis were used to analyze the differences. Also, Pearson correlation coefficient was performed to analyze the relationships between work satisfaction and health services quality, as well as patient satisfaction and intentions to re-visit such hospitals. Results : Most patients were satisfied with the service, but it was shown that improvement of facilities and medical equipment was needed. The survey showed higher satisfaction with longer experience of doctors and nurses. The studay also carried out analysis of frequency, reliability, and correlation employing SPSS V. 20.0. The findings of the study are as follows. 1) Among 4 factors of food tourism experience types, gourmet, knowledge and healing pursuit groups havd a positive influence on purchase intention, although relation pursuit group had no significant influence on purchase intention. 2) It was discovered that purchase intention had a positive influence on visitor satisfaction. The results shown that food tourists have basic experience of gourmet with paying attention on knowledge and healing, as well. But food tourist has no significant influence on the group of relation pursuit. Accordingly, in order to encourage food tourists to re-visit, it is necessary to continuously develop and improve tour programs with well organized tour destinations and social system.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of loyalty program in family and fastfood restaurant on relationship quality (trust, commitment) and revisit intention. Based on total 394 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of a research model using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were simultaneously tested using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$ 102.338 (df 48), GFI .959, RMR .049, NFI .970, CFI .984 SEM resulted that loyalty progam (${\beta}$= .429, t=7.880, p< .001) showed a positive significant effect on trust, and that loyalty program (${\beta}$= .455, t=9.532, p< .001) had a positive significant effect on commitment. Also, both trust (${\beta}$= .450, t=6.595, p< .001) and commitment (${\beta}$= .474, t=5.117, p< .001) had a positive significant effect on revisit intention. In addition, there were moderating effects related to restaurant type (family and fastfood restaurant) in terms of causal relationships between loyalty program, relationship quality and revisit intention. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • Purpose: This study specifically discusses why coffee shop customers want to revisit coffee shops. In addition, we would like to verify the mediated effect of the emotional reaction in relation to the influence of the experience values of the Chinese coffee shop on the re-visit of the coffee shop. Research design, data and methodology: Regression and reliability analyses were conducted. Simple regression was used for stock price verification, and the bootstrap method of model4 of Hayes was performed for the intermediate hypothesis verification. Results: This study confirmed that the experience values of coffee shops (entertainment, aesthetic, economic efficiency, and service excellence) have a significant influence on customers' intention to revisit coffee shops. Conclusions: Managers can check that the level of revisit by customers is increased by increasing the elements of experience value. In addition, studies have shown that the customer's emotional reactions play a significant mediating role in the relationship between the value of the experience and the customer's intention to revisit the coffee shop. This suggests that the coffee shop operator should focus on the emotional response of its customers and devise strategies to ensure that the value of the experience is connected to the intent of revisiting.

  • Most people today search for information on the Internet about the goods or services they want to purchase and then assess the replies posted by other people who have experience with those goods or services. These replies serve as an important reference point that can affect purchase decisions. Replies are divided broadly into two types: first, market normative replies about whether a person experiences satisfaction with (or more than) the price paid for goods or services (positive) or not (negative); and the second is non-market normative replies about whether the goods or service provider morally deserves the profits gained from providing them (positive) or not (negative). Previous studies on replies have focused on market normative replies (whether the food is delicious), and there have only been some studies on the effect of non-market normative replies (the owner is morally good). This research was undertaken to re-examine the effect of market normative replies identified by previous studies in a restaurant visit intention evaluation (Experiment 1), to examine the effect of non-market normative replies not investigated in previous studies (Experiment 2), and to compare the effect of market normative replies and non-market normative replies (the meta-analysis) In conclusion, restaurant visit intention was stronger when market normative replies were positive (delicious) than when they were negative (not delicious) (Experiment 1). Furthermore, restaurant visit intention was stronger when non-market normative replies were positive (the owner is moral) than when they were negative (the owner is immoral) (Experiment 2). On the other hand, it was found that restaurant visit intention was stronger when non-market normative replies were positive than when market normative replies were positive, and restaurant visit intention was weaker when non-market normative replies were negative than when market normative replies were negative. This implies that people are more likely to be affected by non-market normative replies than market normative replies. In addition, this study suggested that the mood changed more before and after checking non-market normative replies than before and after checking market normative replies, and due to this difference, people could be affected more by non-market normative replies than market normative replies.

  • This research was to find out what impacts do selection attributes of Jeju local folklore food by Jeju tourists provide on their behaviors. Multiple regression analysis was carried out using statistics package of SPSS+/WIN 12.0 to find out impacts of selection attribute factors of Jeju local folklore food on customers' satisfaction, re-visit, and intention by word of mouth. As the results, for factors with statistically meaningful impacts at the level of meaningfulness (p<0.05); level of satisfaction showed regression coefficient of 0.476 and t value of 5.198 in essential factors; auxiliary factors showed regression coefficient of 0.232 and t value of 2.808; and sensual (five senses) factors showed regression coefficient of 0.165 and t-value of 2.013. Also, for re-visit, essential factors showed impacts with regression coefficient of 0.413 and t-value of 3.540; factors of menu composition showed regression coefficient of 0.228 and t-value of 3.118; and auxiliary factors showed regression coefficient of 0.218 and t-value of 2.643. In positive word of mouth factors, auxiliary factors showed impacts with regression coefficient of 0.273 and t-value of 2.555; sensual (five senses) factors showed regression coefficient of 0.264 and t-value of 2.238; essential factor showed regression coefficient of 0.237 and t-value of 2.230 and factors of menu composition showed regression coefficient of 0.161 and t-value of 2.167. Therefore, in customer behaviors (customer satisfaction, re-visit, and positive word of mouth) regarding Jeju local folklore food by tourists who visited Jeju, local folklore and cultures did not impact on customer behaviors; also, it can suggested this thesis is meaningful as a study proving that the best marketing is focus on essential substances of food as indicated in existing researches.

  • This study explores the impacts of application attributes of coffee chains on consumer's re-purchase decision-making processes in the context of coffee chains. We posited coffee quality, service quality, and physical environment as key service attributes of coffee chains and personalization, usefulness, economy, and convenience as key application attributes. The moderating effect of application attributes on the relationship between consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention was investigated. The theoretical framework was tested based on 382 consumers who frequently visit coffee chains and install their applications. PLS method was used to analysis the hypotheses. The theoretical model accounts for 48.1% of variance in customer satisfaction and 41.6% of variance in repurchase intention. The analysis results showed that personalization and convenience play an moderating effect on consumer's repurchase decision-making processes. Coffee quality and physical environment were found to have significant effects on customer satisfaction, while service quality does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention.
