Modern architecture after enlightenment period of Korea has been defamed indifferently before preparing devices for preservation. Many modern architecture has been underestimated by the feeling of being cultural victimized for Japan and economic logic. Other advanced countries make laws for their historic heritage with a concept for past-present-future. Also they re-create their cultural heritage to help their local economic. As the Registration System is established at july 2001, we have to find organic, positive interior space utilization methods about modern architecture. Modern architecture is private property in real using but it has historic trace. Therefore, modern architecture can be affirmative social property because it is a base of historic, cultural circumstances for local identity. The purpose of this study is to construct preservation and utilization methods of interior space for modern architecture.

Issuance of certification and licensing for toxicologists authorized by the Japanese Society of Thxicology (JST) became effective on July 24, 1997. The certification system consists of examination, eligibility requirements for the applicants, authorization/license by the board of trustees of JST, and the re-certification of previously authorized qualification. In the last 2-3 years, about 30-40% of candidates for the examination have succeeded. The Committee has estimated that the level of the examination would be sufficient to determine qualified toxicologists. This updated status and a detailed explanation are to be presented at the workshop. In global terms, the JST special committee agrees that "harmonization of certification/registration procedure for qualified toxicologists means to ensure/set the minimum requirement for the global authorization of qualified toxicologists". The following items in global authorization are ad-dressed for further discussion: (1) What's the benefit\ulcorner (2) Toxicological safety assessment standards, and (3) the JST position for authorization.orization.

본 논문에서는 실린더 모델을 이용하여 머리의 다양한 포즈 변화와 조명 변화에 대해 강인한 얼굴 인식을 제안하고자 한다. 실린더 모델은 사람의 머리가 실린더 모양과 유사하고 그 표면은 얼굴에 해당된다고 가정한다. 실린더 모델은 6가지의 모션 파라메터를 따라 움직이며 Lucas-Kanade 알고리즘에 의해 모션 파라메터의 양을 결정한다. 강인한 동작을 위해 템플릿을 지속적으로 바꿔주는 동적 템플릿(dynamic template)방법과 그에 따른 에러가 누적되는 것을 막기 위해 re-registration방법을 사용한다. 조명 문제를 해결하기 위해 템플릿에서 조명 주성분 벡터를 추출하여 제거하는 방법으로 조명 효과를 제거한다. 실험에서는 다양한 포즈 변화와 조명 변화가 반영된 얼굴 데이터베이스를 구축하고 추출한 텍스쳐 맵(texture map image)을 SVM에 적용함으로서 포즈, 조명 변화에 강인한 얼굴인식을 보인다.

이 연구는 경남지역 소재 무도수련장에 다니고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 무도수련장 지도자의 운동지원과 재등록의사의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 총 220명의 무도수련장의 수련생들을 유의표집하였다. 이 연구는 SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리를 실시하였다. 자료처리 방법은 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)과 공변량구조분석(structural equation modeling) 등의 통계기법이 활용되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 무도수련장 지도자의 정보적 지원, 물질적 지원, 사교적 지원 등이 재등록의사에 중요한 영향을 미친다.

In this study, an investigation was done into service quality factors of infant education institutes, after which a positive verification was made in the rotation of cause and effect between service quality, service value and customer satisfaction. Based on this verification, strategies were presented for plans to improve the service qualify of infant education. In addition, identification was made into factors that affect customer satisfaction, re-registration intention and recommendation to others in putting forward service operational strategies for infant education institutes and making a comparative analysis on kindergartens and daycare centers.

Since the chemical pesticides have been played a major role in crop protection practices during last 5 to 7 decades, social concerns on the pesticide residues in and on food commodities as well as environmental compartments have also growing with endless demands and interests. Most national regulation authorities over the world have paid a special attention on the data requirements for pesticide registration. In addition, even the registered pesticides also should follow the re-registration process, which meets today's guidelines and regulatory triggers and safety profiles. More recently, a defined interest in the international bodies has given to the global conservation program from the environmental contamination; these involves persistent organic pollutants (POPs), endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDs), biocides, etc.. In order to secure the food safety and keep our circumference sound, in-depth efforts getting information from global networks have perpetually to be given under relevant national agencies. At the same time, a nation-wide survey of the residues has also to be in operation to monitor the tendency of the toxicant in/on foods, feeds, and environmental segments. In final, the scientifically assessed results on safety should be opened to the public to provide the right-to-know for the consumers.

Jeju're behind in communicating with the public and local population compared to the national registration number of the best art galleries and the relatively low awareness needed to promote alternative that fits the times. QR Code excel in design and favorable approach to provide the identity of the drawing and the information is being used to promote a variety of mediators of the museum. However, most of the Jeju Museum of Art is the situation with incomplete registration of the design development design development requires QR code is a feasible reality. In this study, I analyze the semantics of the Museum Identity divided into six places in Jeju registered public art gallery in the signifier and signified. Proposed a design QR code QR code developed and developing design reflects the Museum Identity of development based on a selection of four places to the use case analysis of the design according to the value of properties.

Recently, IETF (Internet Engineering Task) working group has adopted CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) as a standard IoT proctocol. CoAP is a specialized web transfer protocol for use with constrained nodes and constrained environment such as small memory and low power networks. In this paper, we design and implement a registration service with CoAP protocol based on RD(Resource Directory) to connect IoT nodes in mobile Internet environments. The resource directory between the mobile terminal and IoT nodes provides to discover the IoT nodes and get the context data. The mobile terminal has as the CoAP client and embedded IoT nodes includes as the CoAP server so that it can conveniently manage the constrained IoT nodes to get the context data and control devices in a mobile environments.

Generally, in the Mobile IP technologies, the use of RSVP(Resource ReSerVation Protocol) is recommended in order to provide a mobile node real-time service. However, the handoff of a mobile node increases the registration delay, RSVP reservation delay and signalling overhead in the Mobile IP and RSVP interworking. Specially, the resource reservation on the path between a mobile node and a correspondent node is the duplicated reservation and then causes unnecessary creation of the signalling overhead and waste of the resource, since the majority of the path before handoff and after handoff is same. If the radius of a cell providing a wireless interface to a mobile node is small, the number of handoff will increase and also signalling overhead and duplicated resource reservation will increase. In this paper, we proposed the integration model of Cellular IP and RSVP with RSVP proxy scheme. Here, Cellular IP protocol minimizes registration delay, transfer delay, and loss by handoff in micro cell network, the RS VP proxy that minimizes the duplication of resource reservation prevents the path for RSVP session from change using the address for reservation of a mobile node. Proposed scheme was evaluated in comparison with the existing Mobile IP and RSVP interworking scheme using the probability of resource reservation fail to the radius of a cell and the handoff rate.

Home shopping is called the flower of future distribution. Among them, for TV home shopping, Korea should lead the industry as an advanced country in IT technology. It is difficult for small and medium businesses, however. This is due to the failure of the policies of Korea Communications Commission. In order to complement such policy failure, this study intends to analyze the preceding domestic studies and foreign status, and reflect such on the policy. Especially the domestic business will be predicted through foreign home shopping status and policy cases, and the items that should be supplemented with governmental policy in order to vitalize small & medium businesses were analyzed; these should be actively reflected by the government. In case of general PP, it already runs on the registration system, and the home shopping channel should also be the same and be committed to the market. The increased number of channels would allow a greater opportunity for small and medium businesses who are the suppliers, and for the consumers, the product prices would be able to be stabilized at an appropriate cost and high quality and diversity of items could be obtained through home shopping, thus improving consumer welfare. If it is difficult to adopt the registration system for home shopping right away, the best alternative is to strengthen the approval system. As home shopping requires a re-approval every 3 years, strengthened re-approval conditions would resolve part of the problem.
