As the result, first, product, delivery, returning and price factor were extracted as factors of dissatisfaction, and as factors of complaint behavior, legal action, private action, remedial action were investigated. Second, dissatisfaction was significantly effected on complaint behavior. Specially, returning factor and price factor had effect on legal action, product, delivery factor had on private action and returning factor had affected remedial action. Mothers possess more formal suits while students possess more casual clothes than the others. The possession pattern is affected by socio-economic variables such as income and purchasing price. 2. In the unused rate of clothes, students'(10.2%) and mothers'(9.7%) rate are significantly higher than that of fathers (6.9%). The unused rate and using efficiency of clothes are affected by socio-economic variables: income and age for unused rate; age and purchasing price for using efficiency. 3. The most important reason for unused clothes is found to be design and color of the clothes. Long years of possessing and change of fashion are the next important reasons. 4. • Electronic commerce, commonly known as e-commerce or eCommerce, has become a major business trend in these days. The amount of trade conducted electronically has grown extraordinarily by developing the Internet technology. Most electronic commerce has being conducted between businesses to customers; therefore, the researches with respect to e-commerce are to find customer's needs, behaviors through statistical methods. However, the statistical researches, mostly based on a questionnaire, are the static researches, They can tell us the dynamic relationships between initial purchasing and repurchasing. Therefore, this study proposes dynamic research model for analyzing the cause of initial purchasing and repurchasing. This paper is based on the System-Dynamic theory, using the powerful simulation model with some restriction, The restrictions are based on the theory TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), PAM, and TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior). This article investigates not only the customer's purchasing and repurchasing behavior by passing of time but also the interactive effects to one another. This research model has six scenarios and three steps for analyzing customer behaviors. The first step is the research of purchasing situations. The second step is the research of repurchasing situations. Finally, the third step is to study the relationship between initial purchasing and repurchasing. The purpose of six scenarios is to find the customer's purchasing patterns according to the environmental changes. We set six variables in these scenarios by (1) changing the number of products; (2) changing the number of contents in on-line shopping malls; (3) having multimedia files or not in the shopping mall web sites; (4) grading on-line communities; (5) changing the qualities of products; (6) changing the customer's degree of confidence on products. First three variables are applied to study customer's purchasing behavior, and the other variables are applied to repurchasing behavior study. Through the simulation study, this paper presents some inter-relational result about customer purchasing behaviors, For example, Active community actions are not the increasing factor of purchasing but the increasing factor of word of mouth effect, Additionally. The higher products' quality, the more word of mouth effects increase. The number of products and contents on the web sites have same influence on people's buying behaviors. All simulation methods in this paper is not only display the result of each scenario but also find how to affect each other. Hence, electronic commerce firm can make more realistic marketing strategy about consumer behavior through this dynamic simulation research. Moreover, dynamic analysis method can predict the results which help the decision of marketing strategy by using the time-line graph. Consequently, this dynamic simulation analysis could be a useful research model to make firm's competitive advantage. However, this simulation model needs more further study. With respect to reality, this simulation model has some limitations. There are some missing factors which affect customer's buying behaviors in this model. The first missing factor is the customer's degree of recognition of brands. The second factor is the degree of customer satisfaction. The third factor is the power of word of mouth in the specific region. Generally, word of mouth affects significantly on a region's culture, even people's buying behaviors. The last missing factor is the user interface environment in the internet or other on-line shopping tools. In order to get more realistic result, these factors might be essential matters to make better research in the future studies.

  • Recently, rural leisure by urban dwellers has been recognized as a catalyst for regional development or restoration. The federal government implemented several regional planning policies attempting to address this phenomenon in the late nineties. However, most of these policies focused on supply-centered planning, which caused a diverse set of problems relating to the sustainability and economic validity of the planning. Instead, this study focuses on the re-visitation one of the demand variables, with the intention of analyzing the character of rural leisure demand and its re-visitation choice attributes. For these reasons, this study investigates the character of current rural leisure demand, and develops functional equations about urban people who visit rural areas, using logit model. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: Urban people are visiting rural areas from nearby cities or metropolitan areas that are within 3 hours driving distance, and over 80% of rural visitors are one-day visitors. Therefore, most of their visitation activities should be understood as rural leisure, including rural tourism. In addition, the likelihood of the rural tourist to make a return visit is influenced by their transportation means, product purchasing, staying period and travel time. The results of such rural leisure demand can provide information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of target market, type of market segments, improvement of recognition level, activity program price, facility and space planning, produce sale and connection with tour site.

  • This study was accomplished to examine possibilities to apply Korean medicine to breamaking. Extracts of Chungpesagan-tang prepared by the prescription of Korean medicine were used for baking, instead of water among ingredients of baking. Effects of addition of extracts of Chungpesagan-tang on various baking properties were analyzed during the process of baking. Changes in pH values and volumes of doughs during fermentation and pH values of bread showed no differences among samples. Loaf volumes and specific loaf volumes were increased somewhat on addition. The values of cohesiveness, springness, gumminess and brittleness of breads, which were measured by rheometer, were increased on addition while those of hardness were decreased a little. Lightness values of sections of loaves were decreased on addition, but their color differences were increased largely on color difference meter. There were nearly little differences among samples in all the values of parameters of external and internal characteristics and eating qualities of breads by sensory evaluation. Re-purchasing attitude of pullman bread added with Chungpesagan-tang had a high in the gender and age.

  • This study investigates aircraft lessor business models by studying cases and interviewing experts to analyze investors and business strategies of aircraft lessor. The results confirm that there is a wide range of investors including institutional investors, financial institutions, insurance companies, corporations, and wealthy individuals for aircraft lessor. Aircraft lessors can be categorized based on its required rate of return (cost of capital) into bank-investing core, institutional investor-investing value-added, and hedge fund-investing opportunistic. Aircraft lessor decides leasing rate by aircraft purchasing price and lessee's credit rating. Core aircraft lessors invest in new aircrafts for new placement or sale-and-leaseback strategy requiring little technical risk in aircraft, value-added lessors invest in middle-aged aircrafts for re-leasing, opportunistic lessors invest in old aircrafts for freighter conversion or part-out strategy requiring high level of expertise. This study provides insights for future Korean aircraft lessor establishment and investment.
