In 2000s, the interest of ROHAS has been increased and the environmental problem has begun to be discussed as the environmental and global value, not the individual perspective. And the standard of value for eco-friendly awareness has been expanded to the economic category. The trend of eco-friendly fabric can be divided into 3 periods depending on the property. The period for natural fabric with visual effects(2002~2004) can be summarized as the creation of natural shape using the natural image, the interaction of cotton and the technology from the visual perspective. In the period of functional conjunction with eco-friendliness and technology(2005~2008), the eco-friendly awareness through the conjunction of technology and nature and the re-cycling, and the responsibility to the environment had been increased. In the period of sustainable development for nature and environment(2009~2011), it showed the conjunction with nature and the integration with technology and eco-friendly issues. Therefore, the characteristic of eco-friendly trend in fabric since 2000 can be said; firstly, the high-quality fabric has been developed with technological development for the functional progress. Secondly, the ethical creativity has been displayed with the development and utilization of eco-friendly recycling materials. Thirdly, the materials reflected with eco-friendly issues have emerged.

The Retained documents disposal project, promoted in 1968 and 1975, was executed as part of administrative plans for prompt movement of the government in case of national emergency. It was main contents that archival documents were re-appraised and reduced the least, and then moved rearward. The Retained documents disposal project denied The Records Management System of Korean Government that had been founded in 1964, promoted reduction of documents physically for convenience to dispersion of the government. Korean Government had completed these projects and then reorganized records management system to reduce creation of archival documents systematically in 1979.

This Study is about the tradition of Organic Medievalism expressed in Modern Architecture. The concept of Medievalism is an attitude to revive the social and physical settings on the Middle Ages. The Organic Medievalism in Modern Architecture was to be explained as the two tendencies; one was toward the rational structural logic of the medieval architecture being re-interpreted into the Modern Architecture and the other was toward the organic and fantastic shape of the Modern Architecture, closely connected with nature-friendly and organic shape of medieval city and buildings. The structural logic of the medieval architecture became systematized by the French architects, Viollet-le-Duc and Auguste Choisy. The principle has been applied to the design of the Art Nouveau, Louis Kahn and so-called the High-Tech Architecture creating the aesthetics of its own by exposing the building structure. The other was used as the elements to represent the characteristics of the Art Nouveau architects, and then served as the background of the creation of the avant-garde architecture of Germany. The ideal has been serving as the great idealistic fundamentals by the so-called Archigram and Deconstruction at the late half of the 20th century.

In this study I try to show some numerical analogy between Leibniz's binary system anc I-ching's symbolic system of duo rerum principia, imagines quator, octo figurae am 64 hexagrams. But, there is really a formal logical accordance in their symbolic foundations, on which are based especially the Wittgenstein's 16 truth-tables in his Tractatus-logico-philosophicus(5.101) am 16 hexagrams, as long as we interpret with the binary values 0 am 1, i.e. the Bi-Polarity, the logical tradition from J. Boole, G. Frege through B. Russell and AN. Whitehead to R. Wittgenstein. So, I argue that the historical and theoretical root of that tradition goes back to the debate between Bouvet and Leibniz about the mathematical structure of I-ching' symbols and the Leibnizian binary arithmetic. In the letter on 4. 11. 1701 from Peking to Leibniz, Bouvet wrote that the I-Ching's symbolism has an analogous structure with Leibniz's binary arithmetic. Corresponding to his suggestion, but without exact knowledge, in the letter of 2. January 1967 to the duke August in Braunschweig-Lueneburg-Wolfenbuettel had Leibniz shown already an original idea for the creation of the world with imago Dei which comes from binary progression, dark and light on water.

The purpose of this study was to determine how to visualize classic makeup through Korean visual language in old literature. It provides consumers with creativity to understand and communicate and proposes a new conceptual visualization model. The research method was carried out by drawing from old literature studies, previous reproduction records, examples, and international standard diagram text language expression. First, the visualization work expressed in visual language in old literature was an objective and efficient method of information delivery as a characteristic of information design. Second, visual language expressed in old documents could be divided into makeup materials and actions. Also, the diagrams were appropriate for visualizing materials and materials for storytelling. Third, in the visualization of Korean classic makeup in old literature, images were more appropriate than diagrams in the case of action. The researcher proposed a method of visualizing historical knowledge that went one step beyond the existing simple event timing method. Timeline, correlation diagram, image, and text were combined in various ways to find the most effective historical knowledge visualization method. The representation of Korean classic makeup goes beyond the meaning of language or text and is the cultural content of re-creation, which requires systematic globalization.

The study investigated the role of libraries in curtailing the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria. Six research objectives were raised to guide the conduct of the study. The survey type of the descriptive research design was employed. The population of the study comprised of 139 selected librarians in Nigeria. The complete enumerative sampling technique was adopted to study the entire 139 librarians. The instrument for data collection was an online survey questionnaire designed by the researchers using SurveyMonkey and administered to the respondents via the Nigerian Library Association (NLA) WhatsApp group and the NLA Google group. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The study revealed that among the services delivered by Nigerian libraries amidst the global pandemic are COVID-19 awareness and sensitization creation, provision of digital contents to patron, organizing online streaming programs and connecting patrons/citizens to accurate and reliable data on COVID-19 cases around the world. The study further revealed that these services are delivered frequently despite the low level of Nigerian libraries' preparedness for global pandemic. The study concluded that, Nigerian libraries, through their services, are potent weapon for promoting positive change, development, orientation, and re-orientation in the society. By creating COVID-19 awareness/sensitization (especially in rural areas), libraries are able to contribute significantly to the fight against the pandemic.

With the development of the times, the narrative content, narrative form and aesthetic design of the Superman series have changed with the times. The film "Superman: The Body of Steel" is the latest in the series, and it is also the re-launch of the Superman series of movies after seven years. The film has innovated and subverted the story and aesthetic design of the previous film.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relation the animation to culture archetype, focusing on the case of the matter for animation content creation. Furthermore, in the paper, we also study about the animation industry development using various cultural archetypes such as the tale, myth, legend, folk tale, which are usable for animation content industry. For purposes of this study, we analyzed the aspects of power of folk tale and the essential vitality of folk tale in KBS Satellite Channel's and Michel Ocelot's $\grave{e}$re>. Above all, the origin of literature, folk tales are characterized by their uniqueness of each people as well as the global universality, being reproduced over and over again in oral literature. In the existent mode, folk tales have a firm structure because of storytelling, and have characteristics of performance and tradition on the basis of this structure. These characteristics can make emotional experience deepen and insure quality of narrative experience through direct communications. In this context, comparing folk tales of diverse forms of each nation and discovering the ethnicism and universality would not only be critical in the animation content development aspects, but provide precious data for effective animation marketing to apply One Source-Multi Use.

Test turnaround time (TAT) is the lead time from reception to reporting. In the complete blood cell count (CBC), 4 units of the XE-2100 (Sysmex Corp., Japan) processed around 80% of quantity, 1 unit of the LH-780 (Beckman-Coulter Incorp., USA) processed around 10% and 1 unit of ADVIA-2120 (Siemens AG, Munich, Germany) processed around 10%. We analyzed the change in the TAT for the CBC for over 7 years, from January of 2005 to December of 2011. The delta check made alterations of delta to WBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet and metamyelocyte, however, did not made them to band neutrophil, eosinophil, basophil and monocyte. The panic value check made alterations of panic value to hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet and monocyte. In the criteria of currently slide review, LH-780 and ADVI-2120 analyzers prepared suspect flags of "Blast, Imm NE2, Immature granulocyte, Imm NE1, Left shift, Variant lymphocyte, Atypical lymphocyte, Platelet clumps and NRBC". The New slide review in the XE-2100 analyzer altered the preparations of a smear slide more than a "Platelet clumps flag(${\geq}200unit$), a single flag excluding the "Platelet clumps flag (${\geq}250unit$) and a multiple flag (${\geq}200unit$)". Also, below the 240 unit, medical technologists prepared manual slides selectively according to their evaluations. The automatic reporting rate was 33.4% without alterations, whereas it was 41.0% without alterations, and was thus improved by 7.6%. The slide review rate was 15.2% before using the Q-flag limit, whereas it was 12.1% for a reduce 3.1%. TAT was 45 minutes without the creation alterations of the delta and panic value checks, whereas it was 35 minutes after making alterations of the delta and panic value checks and thus was shortened by 10 minutes. We came to the conclusion that the establishment and operation of delta and panic value checks and slide review criteria suitable for laboratory environment can reduce unnecessary smear slides, re-checking, re-sampling, re-testing, telephone inquiries and concentrated workloads during specific times of the day.
