조선후기(朝鮮後期) 관영건축공사(官營建築工事)의 목부재(木部材) 생산(生産)과 물양산정(物量算定)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production of Wood Members and the Estimation of Raw Woods at the Government Managed Building Construction in the Late Chosun Dynasty)

  • Since the 17th century, the society of Chosun Dynasty belonged to a period of rapid transition in many fields. As the building is a result produced on the basis of a society and economy, the general transition in a society is to be reflected into a process of building construction. Therefore an understanding or estimate of a building can be guaranteed by research of a process of building construction. Economic base factors in its process consist of material, cost, manpower, and operation system, etc. to be committed to the construction. On the premise, this paper is to examine the production of wood members and the calculation of the amount of raw woods in a process of woodwork in the construction of the government managed buildings in the late of Chosun dynasty. Construction reports, job slips, written estimates, and other documents in those days are examined for the study. To classify raw woods according to a standard size was aimed to a material management appropriately to apply each them to building size or its member size. The way to select a list of raw woods applicable to each member size, and to calculate the amount of the demanded wood was much more improved with 'Injungjeon-yeongkweon' in the year 1805 at the turning point than 'Hwaseong-seongyuk' in the year 1796. The improvement of material management brought to overcome a shortage of the amount supplied from forest preserve, and to a rationalization of building construction.

시멘트 원료로서 국내산 석탄재와 일본산 석탄재의 소성성 비교 연구 (The study on the burnability of domestic fly ash and Japanese fly ash as a cement raw material)

  • 조합 원료의 소성성은 시멘트 제조 기술에서 매우 중요한 요소이며, 각 원료들의 물리적, 화학적 및 광물학적 특성에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 국내산 석탄재와 일본산 석탄재를 시멘트 원료로 사용했을 경우, Lafarge 평가 방법과 Polysius 평가 방법을 이용하여 소성성을 비교하였다. 석탄재의 종류와 투입량에 관계없이 석탄재를 사용하였을 경우가 석탄재를 사용하지 않았을 때 보다 소성성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 모든 종류의 석탄재에서 투입량이 증가할수록 소성성이 향상되었으나, 3 %까지 소성성의 향상이 뚜렷하였고 4 % 첨가 시에는 향상 폭이 상대적으로 크지 않았다. 결론적으로 시멘트의 품질이 허용하는 범위 내에서 석탄재의 투입량이 증가할수록 소성성이 향상되며, 따라서 클링커의 소성에 필요한 연료비의 절감도 기대할 수 있다.

RAW 264.7 세포에서 레드비트의 항산화 및 항염증 등의 생리활성 연구 (The Study on the Physiological Activities of Beta vulgaris such as Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory in RAW 264.7 cells)

  • 본 연구는 침출차 원료로 레드비트를 활용하기 위해서 세포독성, 항염증 및 항산화 등의 활성을 조사하고자 설계되었다. 항산화 효능은 DPPH 및 ABTS 라디컬 소거 활성을 분석하여 평가하였다. RAW 264.7 세포를 통해 MTT 분석으로 세포 생존율을 평가하고 LPS로 유도하여 활성산소종과 염증매개체(일산화질소, TNF-α, IL-6 등)의 생성량을 확인하였다. 그 결과, DPPH 및 ABTS 라디컬 소거활성은 농도 의존적으로 증가하였으며, 모든 농도에서 세포독성이 없음을 확인하였다. 또한, LPS로 유도한 RAW 264.7 세포에서 활성산소종(ROS)과 일산화질소(NO), IL-6, TNF-α 생성량을 유의적으로 감소시켰다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 레드비트가 안전한 항산화 및 항염증 효과를 가진 침출차의 원료로서 높은 잠재력을 가지고 있음을 시사한다.

제지공정 섬유상 원재료 및 공정 첨가제의 환경오염 부하 분석 (The Analysis of Environmental Impact Load by Fibrous Raw Materials and Wet-end Additives in Papermaking Process)

  • It is generally known that paper industry is the second largest industry in the use of process water, and also have the highest environmental impact load in the contaminant sources. Paper is produced from the mixtures composed of 1% fibrous raw materials and 99% water. The optimum use of process water effects on the quality properties of paper and the environmental impact load of waste water treatment. In this research, the kinds of fibrous raw material & additives used in the paperboard production line were investigated, and the quantification of environmental loads and the environmental effects of process water on COD potential were evaluated. The NBDCODs were also analyzed from process water by the method of waste water treatment in paper mill and applied for the optimum use of recycling water, and zero effluent process. In the fibrous raw materials, KOCC caused the highest COD potentials, and sack paper & UKP was comparatively low. The NBDCOD of KOCC largely reduced after biological treatment because of easily biodegradable properties, but AOCC contained non-biodegradable materials. In chemical additives, COD was high in turns of rosin>starch>deaeration agent>dye, NBDCOD greatly reduced in starch and deaeration agent. In the case of 2 kinds of paperboard product, the COD potentials was mainly high in starch, AOCC and KOCC.

  • Heavy residual fuel oils is a mixture of reduced crude from crude unit, bottom products from vacuum and/or catalytic cracking unit with distillate to meet the specification and generally used as heavy fuel oil for large combustion engines, boilers, etc$\cdots$. But this study was made to investigate heavy residual fuel oils for using as industrial raw material and resulted the following possiblities as valuable raw material as well as heavy fuel oil. 1) Production of straight asphalt through vacuum distillation unit. 2) Using straight asphalt from vacuum distillation unit for manufacturing of blown asphalts, cut back asphalts, emulsified asphalts and asphalt compound, rubber/asphalt sheet, etc$\cdots$. 3) Using waxy oil side streams for manufacturing of raw oil to be lube oil base stocks through solvent dewaxing. 4) Production of lube base oils and rubber process oils from dewaxed raw oil through chemical treatments. 5) Manufacturing of paraffine wax from slack wax to be produced as by product of dewaxing process.

바이오소재 활용을 위한 국내 수산가공부산물의 통계 현황 연구 (A Study on the Statistical Status of By-products from Korean Seafood processing for Utilization of Biomaterials)

  • By-products from fisheries produced in Korea are of the same industrial material as imported raw materials and are valuable resources for marine bioindustries. Securing raw materials for the mass production of functional materials is one of the main objectives for marine bioindustrial development. The use of fishery by-products as raw materials is anticipated to increase rapidly as the biomarket is growing into a promising industry. In this study, data were acquired from an open-source environment to perform exploratory data analysis, and various visualization methods were used to compare fishery production to the production of marine processed products in the year 2020. This study suggested that the amount of seafood processing, types of processing items, and areas where fishery processing residue is generated, should be able to secure hygienic raw material supply in large quantities. Thus far, it has been found that the Gyeonggi-do and Busan province, where HACCP-certified processing facilities are concentrated, and the local government Seafood Cluster and the Smart Aquaculture Cluster are at the forefront of stable, mass production of raw materials.

LCD Driver IC Assembly Technologies & Status

  • According the difference of flex substrate, (reel tape), there are three kind assembly types of LCD driver IC is COG, TCP and COF, respectively. The TCP is the maturest in these types for stability of raw material supply and other specification. And TCP is the major assembly type of LCD driver IC and the huge demand from Taiwan's large TFT LCD panel house since this spring. But due to its package structure and the raw material applied in this package, there is some limitation in fine pitch application of this package type, (TCP). So, COF will be very potential in compact and portable application comparison with TCP in the future. There are three kinds assembly methods in COF, one is ACF by using the anisotropic conductive film to connect the copper lead of tape and gold bump of IC, another is eutectic bonding by using the thermo-pressure to joint the copper lead of tape and gold bump of IC, and last is NCP by using non-conductive paste to adhere the copper lead of tape and gold bump of IC. To have a global realization, this paper will briefly review the status of Taiwan's large TFT panel house, the internal driver IC design house, and the back-end assembly house in the beginning. The different material property of raw material, PI tape is also compared in the paper. The more detail of three kinds of COF assembly method will be described and compared in this paper.

일관제철소 원료 부두 하역 일정계획 최적화 모형 (An optimization model for scheduling unloading operations at an integrated steel mill)

  • At an integrated steel mill, various raw material such as coal and iron ore are unloaded from a large ship. The unloaded raw material is then transported to storage yards through a complex belt conveyer network. We propose an optimization model for scheduling the unloading operations under the limitations of available berths, unloading equipments and transportation capacity of the belt conveyer network. We show that the problem is NP-Hard and propose a heuristic approach to the problem.

저품위 석회석이 원료밀의 분쇄성과 시멘트 클링커 소성성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Low-grade Limestone on Raw Mill Grinding and Cement Clinker Sintering)

  • 시멘트의 주 원료인 시멘트 클링커는 주원료로서 석회석을 사용하여 제조되며, 석회석의 품위에 따라 부원료의 사용이 변화되고, 시멘트 클링커의 생산에도 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트 클링커 원료인 석회석의 CaO 함량의 변화가 Raw Mill 분쇄성과 시멘트 클링커의 소성성에 미치는 영향성을 파악하기 위하여, 석회석 CaO 함량을 변화시킨 조합원료의 분쇄시간 측정으로 분쇄성을 비교 검토하였고, 분쇄된 조합원료를 1350~1500℃의 범위에서 소성하여 소성성 지수 계산에 의한 시멘트 클링커의 소성성을 파악하였다. 석회석의 품위가 낮을수록 조합원료의 분쇄성은 저하하였고, 석회석의 CaO 함량이 낮을수록 소성온도에 따른 F-CaO의 변화가 크게 나타났다. 그에 따라 높은 B.I. 값이 계산되어, 낮은 시멘트 클링커 소성성을 나타내었다. 또한, 시멘트 클링커의 광물분석 결과에서는 소성온도의 증가로 F-CaO 값이 저하하는 경우, Belite 함량의 감소와 그에 따른 Alite 함량의 증가가 관찰되었다. Alite의 경우 석회석 CaO 함량이 증가함에 따라 R형의 비율은 감소하고 M형의 비율이 증가하였다.

보통포틀랜드시멘트 원료로서 회중석 광미의 활용 (Utilization of Scheelite Mine Tailing as Raw Material of Ordinary Portland Cement)

  • 회중석 광석의 부유선별 공정에서 발생된 폐광미를 보통포틀랜드시멘트의 원료로 이용하기 위하여 폐광미의 사용량에 따른 조합원료 및 시멘트 클링커의 특성을 연구하였다. 폐광미에는 68.8%의 $_2$, 8.6%의 $Al_2$$O_3$, 10.8%의 Fe$_2$$O_3$, 5.0%의 CaO가 함유되어 있고, 주로 $\alpha$-quartz, muscovite, clinochlore 등으로 존재하며, 88$mu extrm{m}$ 잔사가 약 8.0% 정도 이다. 석회석, 전로슬래그, 플라이애쉬, 폐광미 등의 조합원료를 LSF: 91.0, SM: 2.60, IM: 1.60의 modulus로 혼합하여 클링커를 합성한 결과, 조합원료의 소성지수는 50.7정도이고, 클링커에 함유된 $C_3$S 및 $\beta$-C$_2$S의 결정크기는 15∼35$\mu\textrm{m}$로, 폐광미를 조합원료에 약 3.8%까지 사용할 수 있었다.
