공과계열 대학생의 진로의사결정유형, 진로결정효능감과 진로탐색행동의 관계 (The Relationships among Career Decision Making Types, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Career Exploration Behavior of Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors predicting career exploration behavior of engineering students. Career decision making types(rational type, intuitive type, and dependent type) and career decision making self-efficacy were included as predictors for this study. 249 engineering students in Gyeonggi-do of South Korea participated in this study and 231 data analyzed as final samples through multiple regression and mediation analysis. Results showed as follows: first, rational and intuitive decision making significantly predicted career exploration behavior. Also, career decision making self-efficacy completely mediated between these career decision making types(rational and intuitive) and career exploration behavior. The implication of the findings on practice for career education are discussed in the paper.

  • Most of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises in Korean rural area are small and medium-sized business. For this reason, it's hard for eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises to neither analyze business performance for efficient business management nor establish their own business plan for rational decision-making. Therefore it's necessary to design effective mathematical programming model and to make practical application which can support rational management decision-making ensuring the stable business activity of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises. Accordingly this paper focuses on the designing and its application of multi-objective mathematical programming model using goal programming to support rational decision-making of eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprise. Hansalimanseongmachum Food Inc. which runs soy bean processing business making tofu based on regional-based soybean farms around Anseong City will be the specific case to apply multi-objective mathematical programming model in practice. And it will suggest measures to support rational management decision-making of other eco-friendly agrifood processing enterprises.

  • The full extent of damage depend greatly on the quick and rational decision making by the incident commander soon after the disaster. The decision that everybody should wait by the captain, not to enter into the ship by the first dispatched incident commander, broadcasting failure have brought about a huge loss of life at Sewol cruise ship incident. Thus this study reviews the training and education system supporting the rational crisis decision making performed by the incident commander to cut off the expansion of disaster which is caused by the failure of the incident situation awareness and the decision making described above.

음악영재의 완벽주의 및 스트레스가 합리적 진로결정에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perfectionism and Stress of Musically Gifted on Rational Career Decision-Making)

  • 본 연구는 음악영재의 학년수준에 따른 완벽주의, 스트레스, 그리고 진로결정 유형을 조사하고자, 예술 중학교에 재학 중인 음악영재를 대상으로, 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(Hewitt & Flett, 1991), 청소년 스트레스 척도(이정순, 1988), 그리고 진로결정 척도(Harren, 1984)를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 음악영재의 학년수준에 따라 완벽주의 하위 요인에서- 자기지향, 타인지향, 그리고 사회적으로 부과된- 차이가 나타났다. 학년이 올라갈수록 음악영재의 완벽주의 성향이 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 역시 학년수준에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타나, 음악영재는 학년이 올라갈수록 자아발전, 부모자녀관계, 또래관계, 학교생활에서 스트레스를 점차 많이 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 예술 중학교에 재학 중인 음악영재의 진로결정 유형에 미치는 학년수준의 효과는 합리적 진로결정 유형과 과도적 진로결정 유형에서만 나타나, 학년이 올라갈수록 합리적 진로결정 유형은 증가하나 과도적 진로결정 유형은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 음악영재의 합리적 진로결정 유형에 미치는 완벽주의와 스트레스의 영향을 조사하였을 때, 자기지향 완벽주의와 자기발전 스트레스 요인만 합리적 진로결정 유형을 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 연구 대상자의 특징과 반응을 근거로 연구 결과를 논의하고 향후 상담 및 진로지도를 계획할 때 고려해야 하는 사항과 방향을 제안하였다.

간호대학 신입생의 비판적 사고성향과 의사결정 유형과의 관계연구 (The Correlations between Critical Thinking Disposition and Decision Making Styles)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to testify correlations between critical thinking disposition and decision making styles. Methods: The subjects of this study were 193 freshman nursing students in the 1 nursing school located in Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. Results: The score of critical thinking disposition was revealed 3.96 points. The highest was inquisitiveness, the lowest was systematicity. The most frequent decision making style was revealed a rational decision making. The next was dependant decision making, intuitional decision making as follows. The critical thinking disposition and rational decision making had a statistically significant positive correlation. However the critical thinking disposition and dependant decision making had a statistically significant negative correlation. Conclusion: With these findings, we are found that the more increasing critical thinking disposition, the more developing rational decision making. It will suggested that the program for increasing nursing student's critical thinking disposition focused on systematicity, analyticity and truth seeking in critical thinking sub categories.

  • The purpose of this study was to define 'sponsorship' as a kind of advertising tool, and to describe its effects on consumer brand attitude and actual purchase behavior. From previous research results, clothing sponsorship was defined as 'indirect advertisement', which has common ad traits as well as the uncommon ad traits, such as indirectness, emotional affinity, and symbolism. Results from empirical research using 1,227 data collected in Seoul and Kyounggi Areas were as follows ; (1) Television drama clothing sponsorship was proved to have effects on brand image, emotional & rational brand attitudes, decision making process, and actual purchase behavior. (2) Each of drama clothing sponsorship factors, such as 'drama', 'role', and 'actress', had different effects on brand memory and attitudes. (3) Consumer decision making process initiated by drama clothing sponsorship followed two different processes, which were called 'rational' and 'heuristic'. The rational process followed every steps of EKB model, which explained consumer's rational shopping, but heuristic model was closer to emotional and impulsive shopping.

Empirical Analysis of Decision Maker's Schema and Cognitive Fit on Decision Performance

  • This paper proposes a new framework to predict decision performance by investigating the cognitive fit of decision makers. We assume that every decision maker has two kinds of schema: emotional and rational. Cognitive fit is believed to have a close relationship with the two schemata and decision performance. In the literature on decision performance there is few studies investigating the relationship between the two schemata and cognitive fit. Therefore, our research purposes are twofold: (1) to provide a theoretical basis for the proposed framework describing the causal relationships among the two schemata, cognitive fit. and decision performance, and (2) to empirically prove its validity in the application to an Internet shopping environment. Based on the questionnaires from 104 respondents, we used a second order, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) model to extract valid constructs, and a structural equation model (SEM) to calculate path coefficients and prove the statistical validity of our proposed research model. The experimental results supported our research model.

지속가능한 발전에 있어서 문화유산 보존·관리의 원칙과 적용 (Heritage Conservation Principles in the Context of Sustainable Development)

  • 사회의 지속가능한 발전은 최근 들어 모든 분야에서 중심 화두가 되어 왔으며, 문화유산 분야에서도 개념과 원칙에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본고에서는 문화유산 분야에 있어서 지속가능성의 개념을 지속가능한 발전에 대한 개념의 맥락에서 정의하고, 지속가능한 발전에 있어서 문화유산의 역할을 서술하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 실현하기 위한 원칙으로 가치 중심의 보존관리, 합리적 판단, 공동체의 참여 등의 보존 관리의 원칙을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 함께 실제 사례를 통해 그러한 역할과 원칙이 어떻게 적용되어야 하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저 브룬트란트 보고서에서 제시한 지속가능성의 개념에 맞추어 문화유산의 지속가능성 개념을 제시하고, 문화유산을 자원으로 인식하는 관점에서 지속가능성의 대상에 문화유산이 중요한 자원중의 하나라는 관점에서 그 역할을 제시할 것이다. 다음으로 지속가능한 발전의 목표를 달성하기 위한 첫 번째 원칙으로 가치중심의 보존관리를 제시하고자 한다. 문화유산을 지속시키기 위한 보존과 관리 행위는 가치를 파악하고 가치를 유지하며 가치를 확산시키는 순환 과정이므로, 이를 위한 모든 절차에 있어서 가치가 판단 기준이 되어야 함을 강조하고자 한다. 두 번째 원칙으로 가치 중심의 보존관리를 위한 행위 원칙으로 합리적 판단을 제시하고자 한다. 문화유산과 연관된 모든 행위는 그 행위가 문화유산의 가치에 미치는 영향관계를 체계적으로 분석하고 부정적인 영향을 최소화하는 합리적인 의사 결정에 의하여 실행되어야 하므로, 그것을 담보하기 위한 제도적 장치 마련이 필수적이다. 마지막으로 가치중심의 보존관리와 합리적 판단을 위한 필수요소로 공동체의 참여를 세 번째 원칙으로 제시하고자 한다. 공적 대상인 문화유산에 대한 의사 결정이 특정 개인이나 단체가 아닌 국민의 합의에 의하여 이루어져야 지속가능성이 보장될 수 있다는 관점에서 공동체의 참여는 필수적이다. 마지막으로 국내 사례를 중심으로 지속가능성의 원칙이 어떻게 적용되어야 하는지 살펴보고, 가치 중심의 합리적 판단을 위한 개선 사항에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

  • The research aims to test the impact of marketing culture and rational decisions in academic entrepreneurship during entrepreneurial marketing by focusing on the main problem and the challenges that Iraqi private universities face. The most important of these challenges is probably the inability of the private universities to keep pace with the development and the environmental challenges. The researcher chose 26 private Iraqi universities/colleges for the study. The sample was taken from deans, assistant deans, and heads of departments, with 310 people distributed among the various colleges. The researcher used the electronic questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. Data analysis was based on the (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. The researchers arrived at many conclusions. The most important finding was the impact on both the marketing culture and rational decision on academic entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial marketing. The higher administration in the Iraqi private universities/colleges always strive to adhere to the marketing values, norms and traditions through a commitment to rational decisions to achieve academic entrepreneurship. The higher administrators increase their commitment and adherence to this influence by adhering to marketing entrepreneurship.
