게임은 세계인의 보편적인 여가문화로 자리 잡게 되었다. 그러나 게임 산업 발전에 따른 여러 긍정적인 영향과 함께 청소년들에게 악영향을 미치거나, 범죄 행위를 조장하는 등의 다양한 사회적 문제 또한 초래하고 있다. 이러한 영향을 최소화하기 위해서 세계 각 국가에서는 아동·청소년부터 일반 대중에게까지 연령과 사회적 가치에 적절한 게임물을 제공할 수 있도록 게임물 등급분류제도를 운용하고 있다. 게임이라는 새로운 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 제도인 만큼 아직 등급분류 제도의 한계점은 여전히 많은 연구들에서 논의되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내를 포함하여 다양한 국가의 게임등급분류제도를 조사하여 글로벌 게임규제 현황을 고찰한다. 또한 우리나라의 게임물 등급분류제도와 다른 국가의 등급분류제도를 비교분석하여 우리의 제도가 보다 적절하게 개선될 수 있는 방향을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 게임물 등급분류제도의 실효성 확보와 표준화에 기여할 것이다.

Housing Performance Rating Indication System was started in 2006. The aim of Housing Performance Rating Indication is to provide the guideline of housing performance. Repair Convenience is similar to Remodeling. Remodeling has been paid more attention as an alternative for reconstruction. Especially, now the actual house supply is facing almost 100%, it is time to keep and maintenance management of apartment buildings, and ultimately it will expand the Long life housing. Especially consumers has to have a right to select apartment buildings by comparing performance of house. For construction companies, they need a performance code that standardized by government, so they can provide a Certain performing house. This study examines data which has been obtained from the recent application of Housing Performance Rating Indication System and Repair Convenience category is main concern. Findings from the study will provide vital information in improving current Housing Performance Rating Indication System.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the 'Fenestration Energy Consumption Efficiency Rating System' (hereafter referred to as FECERS) and building energy consumption. 'EnergyPlus' was used for the calculation of energy consumption in apartments and office buildings, according to FECERS's rating and SHGC. The result indicates that the FECERS has high correlation with apartments, but has low correlation with office buildings. Also, it indicates that office buildings have a large impact from SHGC, which is not reflected in the FECERS. Consequently, the FECERS needs to be improved, by adding optical properties to assessment items. Additional study is required to establish the fenestration rating system, which, on the basis of this work, has high relevance to building energy consumption.

국내 등급분류 제도는 '검열성' 및 '모호성' 등 많은 한계를 보이며 산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 지적되고 있다. 문화체육관광부를 비롯한 관련 기구에서는 여러 자구적인 노력을 추진하고 있으나 여전히 많은 부분에서 학술적 논의가 필요한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 게임물 등급분류제도의 내용과 그 한계점을 검토하고, 국외의 유사 제도를 분석하여 우리 제도가 개선되어야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 건강한 게임문화 정착과 게임산업 발달에 부분적으로 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

교량은 강도설계법이나 허용응력 설계 법에 의해, 두 가지 단계에서 평가된다. 낮은 단계를 Inventory 높은 단계를 Operating이라 부른다. 교량을 효과적으로 유지관리 보수하기 위하여, 교량의 실제하중수용 능력을 평가하고 시스템 신뢰성으로부터 교량의 잔여 수명을 예측하는 것은 매우 시급하다. 생애함수가 시간 의존적 파괴확률을 예측하기 위하여 소개되고 설명된다. 이 논문에서 연구되는 교량은30년 전 농촌지역에 시공되었다. 이 교량에 대하여 하중시험과 보강이 이루어졌다. 시간 의존적 파괴확률이 보수보강 된 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 대하여 예측되었다. 또 다른 연구로서 새로운 보수보강이 제시되고 이 보수보강에 대하여 내하력이 평가되었고 시간 의존적 파괴확률이 예측되었다. 유지관리 가격과 확장된 교량의 생애를 기본으로, 최적의 보수보강 기법이 제시되었다.

논문에서는 등급이 표시된 방송 영상을 입력으로 하는 등급 인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 인식하고자 하는 방송 프로그램의 등급 표시 기호가 정형화된 틀을 가지고 있기 때문에 원형 정합 방법을 사용하였다. 실험에서 방송업자가 사용하는 글자체의 표준 숫자 에서 숫자가 가지는 특성 패턴들을 추출하고, 특성 패턴들 가운데서 해당 등급의 숫자만이 가지는 고유 패턴을 추출한 다음, 고유 패턴을 입력 영상과 비교하여 정합하는 과정으로 진행하였다. 3$\times$3크기의 패턴을 적용하였을 때는 88.6%의 인식률을 보였으나 패턴크기가 등급기호의 원형에 가까울수록 100%에 가까운 인식률을 보였다.

Corporate credit rating analysis has drawn a lot of research interests in previous studies, and recent studies have shown that machine learning techniques achieved better performance than traditional statistical ones. This paper applies support vector machines (SVMs) to the corporate credit rating problem in an attempt to suggest a new model with better explanatory power and stability. To serve this purpose, the researcher uses a grid-search technique using 5-fold cross-validation to find out the optimal parameter values of kernel function of SVM. In addition, to evaluate the prediction accuracy of SVM, the researcher compares its performance with those of multiple discriminant analysis (MDA), case-based reasoning (CBR), and three-layer fully connected back-propagation neural networks (BPNs). The experiment results show that SVM outperforms the other methods.

미국과 일본이 민간자율의 등급분류제도를 운영하고 있는 것과 달리 프랑스와 우리나라는 공공기관이 이 기능을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 제한상영관이 없는 제한상영가 등급의 문제점, 방송을 비롯한 매체들은 영화와 달리 사전심의를 받지 않는다는 점, 비용부담의 문제 등을 감안할 때 우리의 제도는 개선이 필요하고, 대안 중 하나가 등급분류기관을 민간자율로 전환하는 것이다. 민간자율의 등급분류제도 도입방법은 메이저 영화사들이 중심이 되어 등급분류협회를 설립하고 그 산하에 등급분류위원회를 두되 위원회 운영의 독립성을 보장하는 것이다. 정부는 저예산 예술영화의 심의료를 지원하고 청소년보호단체 등이 공정한 심의과정과 결과 준수를 감시하도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 영화산업이 등급분류제도의 민간자율화에 적극 나서지 않는 다는 사실이 가장 큰 걸림돌이지만, 표현의 자유 신장을 위해 합리적 방안을 찾는 노력이 필요하다.

With the purpose of instilling an awareness of the safety of users of electrical equipment and inducing voluntary facility improvement through the safety rating system for general low voltage electrical equipment, simulation and field application of the safety rating of general low voltage electrical equipment were conducted. For the introduction and application of the safety rating system for general low-voltage electrical equipment, data related to domestic safety was investigated and analyzed, cases of introduction in other fields were reviewed, and for design, the 4M risk assessment method of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and the cases of safety index development in Korea were analyzed and standardized. Safety rating system simulations were conducted for general low-voltage electrical equipment, and problem improvement measures were prepared by analyzing the results through on-site verification and simulation applied to the initial design. Design standards for the introduction of the safety rating system for general low-voltage electrical equipment were prepared, and 394 youth training facilities were applied to the field to see if the design standards were practically applicable to the field. With the application of the safety rating system for low-voltage electrical equipment for general use, youth training facilities that had been classified as 'appropriate' were able to induce an upgrade to a higher level through voluntary facility improvement according to the application of grades (A to E). As a result of inducing voluntary repair projects based on the results of the 1st and 2nd inspection of youth training facilities, it was confirmed that 86 facilities received grade A, 225 facilities received grade B, and only 311 facilities received grade A to B out of a total of 394 facilities, and there was no grade E.

The KS of “Measurements of impact sound insulation of floors” was established before the years. But the KS of “Rating of floor impact sound insulation for impact source in building and of building elements” is not founded yet. To establish the rating measurement of floor impact sound insulation. The studies on the rating method of domestic floor system of impact sound insulation and response of its inhabitant’s were reviewed. And the rating method of ISO’s and JIS’s were studied in this consideration. The result of this study, KS of “Rating of floor impact sound insulation for impact source in building and of building elements” is proposed.
