Human lipocortin-I was expressed as a secretory product by Saccharomyces cerevisiae harboring an expression system consisting of GAL10 promoter, inulinase signal sequence and lipocortin-I terminator. Fed-batch fermentation was carried out to overproduce recombinant human lipocortin-I. The culture medium was desalted and concentrated by ultrafiltration, and then subjected to hydroxyapatite column chromatography. The lipocortin-I was purified to >98% purity by single-step hydroxyapatite column chromato-graphy. However, it was found that the purified lipocortin-I was a proteolytically-cleaved form which was cleaved immediately after the basic amino acid Lys26.

Out of 20 primers, 6 generated a total of 1,11 major and minor RAPD bands, producing approximately 4.2 average polymorphic bands pe primer in shortnecked clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) population from Anmyeondo. The bandsharing value altered form 0.15 to 0.74, with the average of 0.5, as calculated by bandsharing analysis. The RAPD profiles obtained with DNAs of two populations from Anmyeondo and Seocheon, respectively, were considerably different (0.20 and 0.51, respectively). The varying degrees of difference among populations may also be of relevance to the retricted hybridization of wild bivalve. Besides gene mapping and breeding applications, PCR-RAPD system could be very useful for the rapid certification and quality control of seed production and for every projects based on PCR amplification of specific bivalve DNA fragments.

The object of this study is the business form between the consumer and the enterprise having a rapid growth nowadays. We classified enterprises' characteristic factors in internet shopping mall into product's characteristic factors on shopping mall, characteristic factors of the system on shopping mall and characteristic factors of the interaction between customers and shopping mall in the internet shopping mall. And then we investigated how these classified characteristic factors on shopping mall could influence on customer loyalty.

Lymphomatosis cerebri is considered a diffuse form of primary central nervous system lymphoma and very rare. It is not well recognized and may be misdiagnosed with infiltrating tumors, degenerative disorders, ischemic diseases, and infectious diseases developed in the brain. Awareness of the possibility of this rare disease and early biopsy are required for differential diagnosis and preventing poor clinical outcomes. We report a case with lymphomatosis cerebri who presented with rapid neurological deteriorations and review the relevant literatures.

The continuous development of information technology had led people into the era of new media. New technologies, in its rapid development, have also produced impacts on traditional visual communication design. As an integral element in traditional visual communication design, Chinese characters have no longer confined to traditional paper media but turned to dynamic video space. In light of the changing globalization tendency, dynamic Chinese characters are producing increasing influences in motion graphics. It is an inevitable trend in character typography design that visual communication will make a breakthrough in the traditional expression boundary. This paper analyzes the influence of dynamic Chinese characters upon motion graphics in view of typography and style, and puts forward with the typography design that can conform to the development of the time, spread information and express emotions in a better way.

The theory of option pricing has undergone rapid advances in recent years. Simultaneously, organized option markets have developed in the United States and Europe. The closed form solution for pricing options has only recently been developed, but its potential for application to problems in finance is tremendous. Almost all financial assets are really contingent claims. Especially, Black and Scholes(1973) suggest that the equity in a levered firm can be thought of as a call option. When shareholders issue bonds, it is equivalent to selling the assets of the firm to the bond holders in return for cash (the proceeds of the bond issues) and a call option. This paper takes the insight provided by Black and Scholes and shows how it may be applied to many of the traditional issues in corporate finance such as dividend policy, acquisitions and divestitures and capital structure. In this paper a combined capital asset pricing model (CAPM) and option pricing model (OPM) is considered and then applied to the derivation of equity value and its systematic risk. Essentially, this paper is an attempt to gain a clearer focus theoretically on the question of corporate stock risk and how the OPM adds to its understanding.

The propose of this study is to discover concrete secondary products for proper mixing by lightweight concrete. The standard of water ratio 50% and weight substition 0%, 10%, 20% by Fly-ash. When produce manufactures, there use for maintain its form weight substition and addition among the viscosity agent each Silica-fume and Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulos. Testing method was to operate slump, air content, compressive strength test, rapid freezing and thawing test. The result of this study is appeared when substition Fly-ash generally it had better use Silica-fume.

It become increasingly important to design user interface to carry low complexity. The cognitive limitations of users severely restrict utility of highly intelligent but complex modern systems. Since humans are known to use schemas to reduce cognitive complexity, imposing good consistency to an interface design that may help that user form useful schemas will provide powerful control over the complexity. This present a research effort to develop a quantitative method for evaluating interface complexity that the user would experience planning his or her course of action. Taking into account the user's potential schemas, a quantitative measure based on information theory was develped to assess the navigational complexity. This approach does not rely on the subjective judgment of the researcher as most schemes dealing with user schemas do. The proposed method may benefit the rapid prototyping approach to design a better user interface by allowing handy assessment of the design.
