X-선 광전자 분광법(XPS)을 이용한 $PbO-Bi_2O_3-Ga_2O_3$계 적외선 투과 유리의 구조해석 (Structural Investigation of Infrared Transmitting $PbO-Bi_2O_3-Ga_2O_3$ Glasses by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)

  • X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) has been empolyed to investigate the structure of PbO-Bi2O3-Ga2O3 glasses. XPS OIS spectra recorded from binary PbO-Ga2O3 glasses clearly showed the presence of two peacks due to bridging and non-bridging oxygens, respectively. Gaussin best-fit deconvolution of the OIS peaks suggested there are substaintial amount of non-bridging oxygens in the structure. Therefore, in addition to the glassforming and charge compensating roles of PbO as suggested from the previous works, role of PbO as network modifiers needs to be considered. Addition of Bi2O3 to binary glasses resulted in the rapid decrease in the amount of non-bridging oxygens as well as in values of FWHM (Full Width at the Half Maximum intensity). It is believed that Bi2O3 form distorted BiO6 octahedra and therefore, work as intermediates. Infrared spectra also suggested that Ga2O3 behave as network-formers in the form of GaO4- tetrahedra.

클로즈 아키텍처 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 (Business Process Framework based on the Closed Architecture)

  • 현대의 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 맞는 응용 프로그램을 적시에 개발이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 기업들은 비즈니스 프로세스 개념 없이 애플리케이션을 개발하여 업무 변경 시, 필요한 응용프로그램을 적시에 개발하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 클로즈 아키텍처 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 제안한다. 이는 BPM(Business Process Model)과 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), 그리고 CBD(Component Based Development) 접목을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 프로세스 변경/개선이 용이하며, 이를 지원하는 응용프로그램을 재사용을 통해 적시에 개발하고 자 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 내에 5-Layer 구조 및 그에 따른 BNF(Backus Naur Form)을 정의하였다.

A possible mechanism responsible for translocation and secretion an alkaliphilic bacillus sp. S-1 pullulanase

  • The secretion of the alkaliphilic Bacillus sp. S-1 extracellular pullulanase involves translocation across the cytoplasmic membrane of the Gram-positive bacterial cell envelope. Translocation of the intracellular pullulanase PUL-I, was traced to elucidate the mechanism and pathway of protein secretion from an alkaliphilic Bacillus sp. S-1. Pullulanase could be slowly bue quantitatively released into the medium during growth of the cells in medium contianing proteinase K. The released pullulanase lacked the N-terminal domain. The N-terminus is the sole membrane anchor in the pullulanase protein and was not affected by proteases, confirming that it is not exposed on the cell surface. Processing of a 180,000M$\_$r/ pullulanase to a 140,000M$\_$r/ polypeptide has been demonstrated in cell extracts using antibodies raised against 140,000M$\_$r/ extracellular form. Processing of the 180,000 M$\_$r/ protein occured during the preparation of extracts in an alkaline pH condition. A modified rapid extraction procedure suggested that the processing event also occured in vivo. Processing apparently increased the activity of pullulanase. The western blotting analysis with mouse anti-serum against 140-kDa extracellular pullulanase PUL-E showed that PUL-I is processed into PUL-X via intermediate form of PUL-E. Possible explanationa for the translocation are discussed.

비정형 건축물의 외피시스템 설계를 위한 전·후처리 모듈 개발 (A Development of Pre and Post Processor for Design of Surface System of Free Form Building)

  • 최근 비정형 건축구조물은 건설 산업의 디지털화로 인해 점점 더 복잡한 형상으로 디자인되고 있다. 특히, 외관 및 내부 구성요소들의 단면이 자유롭게 변화되는 곡선 및 곡면의 형태를 띠고 있으며, 그로 인해 곡률을 가진 구조부재들이 빈번히 나타나고 있다. 이러한 구조물의 모형을 작성하고 안정성을 평가를 하는데 있어, 고전적 방식의 유한요소 해석기법이 적용된 상용프로그램들은 신속한 형상 모델링이 불가능하여 생산성 저하를 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 개발된 구조해석 통합시스템을 확장하여 비정형 외피 형상을 신속하게 모델링하고, 그 결과물을 이용하여 외피를 구성하는 프레임 구조를 자동으로 생성할 수 있는 전후처리 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 전후처리 모듈은 스플라인 곡선 및 곡면의 세분화 알고리즘을 적용하여 NURBS곡면의 형상정보를 통해 해석요소를 자동으로 생성하고, 해석 후의 변형 형상을 보다 현실적으로 가시화 시킬 수 있도록 개발되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 전후처리 모듈은 복잡한 곡면 형상을 신속하게 구축하고, 그에 따른 하부 골조시스템의 해석모형을 자동으로 생성할 수 있어 향후 비정형 건축물 설계의 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

중풍환자의 변증에 따른 맥상의 분포 (Study on the Pulse Diagnosis for Pattern Identifications in Stroke Patients)

  • This study is aim to evaluate pulse diagnosis as indicators for classification of the pattern identifications in stroke patients. To get the clinical information, we recruited the onset 1 month stroke patients through the multicenter network which consists of 13 oriental hospitals. The clinical informations about three pairs of pulse wave form and levels of their significancy based on the case report form (CRF) were collected and their distribution in each pattern identification were analyzed. The results are as follows Fire-Heat group shows high portions of floating pulse, rapid pulse and solid pulse. Qi Defficiency group has a greater portion of deep pulse, slow pulse, deficient pulse. The well-defined character of Phlegm-Retained Fluid, Yin Defficiency, Static Blood groups cannot be explained by pulse wave form. These results show a rough relationship between the pulse diagnosis and pattern identifications of stroke therefore, further studies are required to determine the pulse diagnosis as significant indicators of stroke pattern identification.

관계미학을 중심으로 본 유휴공간의 예술적 재생에 관한 연구 (A study on Artistic Regeneration of Idle Spaces focused on the Relational Aesthetics)

  • As the dark side of society, Idle spaces, which occurred with the paradigm change due to rapid modernization and industralization, has been existing as a severed part in cities. But with the periodic change, interest in the existing place and regional regeneration, and the necessity of reconsidering about the idle spaces values of space, city environment, socio-culture, and economy was proposed. I estimated that the change of relational aesthetics aspect of modern arts resulted in the consideration of recognizing 'place' of art, through the study, it was revealed that the form of modern arts and change of enjoyment were related to space, and the fact that this had a relation with the rise of artistic regeneration of idle spaces. mutually communicative relationship formation and practical form of arts was deducted through the interpretation of relational aesthetics, Idle spaces and artistic regeneration space can be categorized into forms of experiential space, creative space, and cultural space, depending on the formation of relationship between author-art-audience. Through the comprehensive analysis, Artistic regeneration space by relationship formation is Vitalization of various forms of art and participation program eliminates the boundary between creation and enjoyment, and the space itself can be said to contain extensive, integral, and nonterritorialization meaning as a place of experiencing art. In other words, Artistic regeneration space of idle spaces forms a close relationship with the local society, and is placed within the context of daily domain as an open space, straying off from the existing separative and closed artistic space configuration. and artistic changeover of idle spaces is not only the appearance of space that simply fulfills function according to transfiguration of modern art, but signifies that art is coexisting with space as an indivisible relationship, and can be said to be the foothold of new relationship creation as the practical 'place' of art.

치근형 골내 임플란트의 초기 1년간 치조골 소실 및 골 밀도 변화에 관한 연구 (ALVEOLAR BONE LOSS & BONE DENSITY CHANCES DURING THE FIRST YEAR A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON FOUR TYPES OF ROOT-FORM ENDOSSEOUS DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEMS)

  • Regular radiographic examination has been considered an essential diagnositic method for osseointegrated dental implantation. This study investigated marginal bone loss through the measurement on periapical radiographs and changes in bone density through digital subtraction image radiographic method around 88 endoseous root-form dental implants in 43 human subjects. Four types of endosseous dental implants were investigated : Standard series, Mini series and Hex-lock system of Steri-Oss Dental implant system, and $Br{\aa}nemark$-type implant from 3i dental implant system, in a 3 month interval for a total period of 12 months. The results were as follows : 1. Rapid bone loss occurred in the first 3 months in all 4 groups, and the bone level stabilized at the first thread of the implant fixtures. Amount of bone loss for 12 months showed correlation with the length of the polished neck portion. 2. Most of the implant systems showed resorption of alveolar bone up to the polished neck portion although a long polished neck could delay the resolution. 3. Alveolar bone loss apical to the polished neck portion stabilized at the first thread of the fixtures with no correlation to either the time of exposure of the polished neck or types of implant systems. 4. No changes in bone density around the implant threads were observed throughout the experimental period. Bone density decreased at the marginal bone, and increased at the newly-formed alveolar crest. These results indicate that most of the alveolar bone loss occur within the first 12 months after installation of endosseous root-form dental implants resulting in the exposure of polished neck portions, and the bone level stabilizes thereafter at the first thread portions of the implant fixtures. The experimental period of 12 months seems insufficient for observing changes in bone density, and a long-term observation should be needed.

크라우드펀딩 이해관계자 간의 분쟁발생과 해결방안 (A study on the occurrence and resolution of disputes among crowd-funding stake-holders)

  • Recently, the e-business market has become a place of convergence where consumers and suppliers communicate with each other, and a new method of trading of funds has emerged in the process. Crowd-funding is one of the types of money transactions that have emerged in the online space, and its interest and trading volume have been growing rapidly recently. The platform in the online space using crowd-funding method operates in the form of online telecommunication sales, and it is in the form of producing and delivering products based on funds obtained from potential consumers by the operators involved in securing funds. However, if the participating business operators do not deliver the product or deliver the product other than the promoted product and avoid responsibility, the potential demander will not be compensated without mediation by the platform operating entity. In this study, despite the rapid growth in the market size of crowd-funding, consumers who participated in the funding are protected and able to resolve disputes in the event of a conflict amid growing complaints from potential consumers and side effects. The structure or method of crowd-funding is a new form of trading that has different features from conventional e-commerce. Therefore, the legal basis is not yet in place and the standards need to be laid out through various and sufficient discussions politically, legally, socially and culturally and economically. As the potential market and positive effects of crowd-funding around the world have been recognized, a role is required as an ecosystem for new financial transactions. And the potential market could be realized as a new industry if the right legal system and policy consultation were made.

퀵서피스기법을 이용한 신장병 두상의 자유곡면 모델링 기술 (Modeling Technology on Free-form Surface of a New Military Personal Head using Quick Surface Method)

  • Recently, weapon system requires personal protection products due to the explosion of rapid-fire explosion, which is considered to be multi threat in modernization, complication and war against terrorism. However, the conventional Korean military bullet protection helmets are not suitable for wearing convenience and combatant interoperability in terms of ergonomic. In this paper, we propose a suitable 3D Scanning method for the head, and compare the measured 3D dimension with the existing 2D measurement value to identity the reliability. Reverse engineered soldier head using the quick surface method was realized with a perfect free-form surface and satisfactory tolerance range (${\pm}0.2mm$). Through the comparison of 3D and 2D measured head dimensions, the absolute error value was 0.73 mm on average and relative error was 0.35 %, confirming the high accuracy of the 3D scan modeling. Also, quick surface method using 3D scanner is suggested a fast and accurate skill for ergonomics in obtaining the head modeling needed for military's personal bullet protection helmet design.

캐피라리 전기 영동법에 의한 비시안 무전해 Au 도금액의 분석 (Analysis of cyanide free electroless Au plating solution by capillary elecrophoresis)

  • In the non-cyanide-based electroless Au plating solution using thiomalic acid as a complexing agent and aminoethanethiol as a reducing agent, analysis of each component constituting the plating solution is essential for the analysis of the reaction mechanism. And component analysis in the plating solution is important for monitoring component changes in the plating process and optimizing the management method. Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) method is rapid, sensitive and quantitative and could be readily applied to analysis of Aun+ ion, complexing agent and reducing agent in electroless Au plating solution. In this study, the capillary electrophoresis method was used to analyze each component in the electroless Au plating solution in order to elucidate the complex bonding form and the plating mechanism of the non-cyanide-based electroless Au plating bath. The purpose of this study was to establish data for optimizing the monitoring and management method of plating solution components to improve the uniformity of precipitation and stability. As a result, it was confirmed that the analysis of thiomalic acid as a complexing agent and Aun+ ions and the analysis of aminoethanethiol as a reducing agent were possible by capillary electrophoresis. In the newly developed non-cyanide-based electroless Au plating solution, it was confirmed that Aun+ ions exist in the form of Au+ having a charge of +1, and that thiomalic acid and Au+ are combined in a molar ratio of 2 : 1. In addition, it was confirmed that aminoethanethiol can form a complex by combining with Au+ ions depending on conditions as well as acting as a reducing agent.
