The business is faced with the situation must improve a power in an increasingly competitive environment due to the recent rapid advance in information technology and the opening and expansion of global market, fast technological change, and various customer demand. The rapid change in information technology is having an effect on not only all the processes to develop products, but information contents that is provided for the purpose of customer value, and the appearance of products. In other words, the information technology is being recognized as a very important factor among other factors for companies to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer's viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company's managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

This study deals with activities in internet, including activities on consumer counseling, exchange of consumer information, and anti-sites. Among consumers having utilized those three types of internet sites, this study examines whether their satisfactions on them differ depending on their socio-demographic characteristics and types of activities and also explores which factors critically influence consumer satisfactions. According to the results of this study, consumers' satisfactions were higher when consumers evaluated counselors were objective, rapid, and reliable. Thus, Counselors must be more efficiently classify counseling contents, systematically manage, rapid, active and concrete answers for consumers applying for counseling. Second, in the case of consumer information site, the consumer satisfaction turns out to be positively related with exchange of consumer information, rapid provision of information, and reliability. Connection of relevant specialized information, encouragement of active information exchange among consumers, and objectivity and specialty in consumer information site are necessary to increase the quality of internet consumer information cite. Third, in the case of anti site, consumer satisfaction is higher in cases of consumer being joined in anti-site and in cases of objective and reliable sites. In order to facilitate the utilization of anti-sites, those solutions include systematic classification and management of writings listed in the site, active management of the site managers, reducing criticisms on the writings listed and objectivity of information provided, and active searches for solutions. Finally, in order to preserve consumer sovereignty, policy suggestions include improvements of service qualities provided in internet sites, active advertisement, improvement of site management through charging some fees for users, enhancing specialties.

The purpose of this research was to develop an integrated interface for the usability test of systems or products in the design process. It is capable of automatically creating GOMS models which can predict human task performances. It can generate GOMS models to be interacted with the prototype interfaces. It can also effectively manage various design information and various usability test results to be implemented into the new product and/or system design. Thus we can perform usability test for products or system prototypes more effectively and also reduce time and effort required for this test. For usability tests, we established an integrated interface based on GOMS model by the LabVIEW program. We constructed the system that the linkage to GOMS model is available. Using this integrated interface, the menu structure of mobile phone can be constructed easily. User can design a depth and a breath that he want. The size of button and the label of the button is changable. The path to the goal can be defined by the user. Using a designed menu structure, the experiment could be performed. The results of GOMS model and the actual time are presented. Besides, values of operators of GOMS model can be defined as the value that user wants. Using the integrated interface that we developed, the optimal menu structure deducted. The menu structure that user wants can be established easily. The optimal layout and button size can be decided by comparison of numerous menu structures. User can choose the method of usability test among GOMS model and empirical data. Using this integrated interface, the time and costs can be saved and the optimal menu structure can be found easily.

With the rapid development of China's industrialization and urbanization, air pollution has become a growing concern. The emergence of air pollution not only affects people's health, but also restricts the development of China's social economy. This paper puts forward specific measures for air pollution control by examining the causes of air pollution and by comparing air pollution status and management policies between Korea and China. Methods of control involve improving the urban environmental management mechanism, spreading awareness of urban environmental management and air pollution management laws and regulations system, strengthening clean energy utilization and urban environmental greening, increasing investment and management funds and more. Through these measures, urban environmental management in China can be accelerated and level of environmental management improved.

And the integrated model of strategic enterprise management is ambiguous and many consulting firms didn't suggested the proper model yet. Therefore in this study we studied the strategic enterprise management system, And we studied how to try to integrate the various components of the strategic enterprise management system through the case of the domestic L company site that implemented ABC/ABM, ABS, BSC, business planning & forecasting system recently.

At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

During last 65 years, Korea has achieved very rapid economic growth and social reformation including healthcare system. Many foreigners have praised that Korea healthcare system is very good in the respect of ease accessibility to healthcare under the lowest cost among the industrialized countries. Whole population are covered by the National Health Insurance. Also utilizations of healthcare among different income classes are even. However Korea healthcare system faced with several challenges, in terms of the an aging population and a rise in chronic disease problem, new threats of communicable disease due to globalization, the rapid increase of healthcare expenditure and high financial burden of patients even though they are insured. To cope with these challenges, we need reconsider the healthcare system as followings; to set up ideology of healthcare as normative public goods, to rebuild paradigm of healthcare for 21 century, to reform public health for strengthening health promotion, to develop new method for healthcare management including quality improvement and consumer responsiveness, to build new governance for health and to view new perspective on healthcare as a kind of industry.

This study was executed to investigate the vegetation structure and to propose the vegetation management proposals of the Sansung Nature Park at Cheonju City and the results were as fellows. 1. A damage of vegetation and soil surface around the Namgosa was taken place up to 100m by picnic 2. Pinus rigida forest covered 36.1% of the total area(152.6ha) and total afforested vegetation covered 43.5%, respectively. P. denstflora comm. covered 28.4% arid Carpinus laxiflora Comm. as a climax vegetation in temerate zone covered 0.3%, respectively. 3. 6, 7 and 8 of the degree of human disturbance of vegetation covered 45.3%, 26.6% and 21.4%, respectively and resulted in low quality of naturalness. 4. Physical and chemical properties of soil were pour at high elevation and were poor severely in and around the Namgosa due to human disturbance. 5. Plant community were under rapid succession and had unvalanced structure and heterogeneous composition of species. Rapid vegetational succession from Pinus densiflora and Pf. rigida to Carpinus laxifora, Quercus spp. and Robinina pseudo-acacia were taken place.6. The speeies of Raunkiaer's frequency class I as of high frequency class were Pinus dunsiflora, Carpinus alxiflora, Quercus mmongolica, Sorbus alnifolia, Prunrs sargintii, Rhododendron yedoense, Stephanandra incisa and Lespedeza maxinowiczii. 7. Vegetational management proposals were made for three vegetation zones ; Historic landscape restoration and preservation zone, Afforested vegetation zone, Native vegetation conservation zone and recommanded native species for landcape planting.

Social overhead capital (SOC) facilities are being threatened continuously by abnormal climate events that are increasing globally. For disaster response, rapid decision making on evacuation routes and other matters is critical. For this purpose, spatiotemporal information that combine data on disasters and SOC facilities needs to be utilized. This information is separately collected by government agencies and public organizations, and is not managed in an integrated manner. For rapid disaster response, an integrated management of separately collected disaster data and the creation of such information as the safety and damages on SOC facilities are required. To achieve this goal, it is essential to build inventories that integrate all the related information to support decision making indispensable for disaster response. In this study, a development plan for an integrated inventory management system based on the management and connection of inventories to support rapid decision making for disaster response is proposed. This system can collect and standardize data related to disasters and SOC facilities that are being managed separately and provide integrated information in line with the needs of users. The proposed system can be used as a decision making tool for proactive disaster response.

Distribution management system or microgrid energy management system plays an important role in monitoring, operation and control of electrical distribution systems by utilizing IT infrastructure. Nowadays, the rapid increase of the distributed resources makes the conventional management system have some additional functionality for the reliable operation due to intermittent renewables and the efficient operation on the economical purpose. In this paper, the brief standard software functional requirements of microgrid energy management system are provided through survey of the recent commercial products of the major vendors, and furthermore the architectures of microgrid energy management system are provided in comparison with major suppliers' microgrid energy management system. The summary of investigation will be able to make the developers and researchers focus on the specific functionality in the real world.
