  • A new and rapid method for the hydrolysis of ginsenosides to panaxadiol or panaxatriol was developed. It is based on the microwave oven reaction, which is high temperature and high-pressure reaction. The optimal hydrolysis time using 5% $H_2SO_4$ solution was found at 10 min PTFE reaction vessel in microwave oven, which is more than 30 times faster than the conventional hydrolysis method.

  • In this research, the blast-furnace slag powder using the hydrometer also attempted to analysis the influence factor due to the temperature change of water and sample, and the number of upside down turns at the time of rapid evaluation. As a result, the influence of the number of turn was not large, but was the temperature of the water and sample are greatly affected.

  • Railway has been pointed to the efficiency of transportation, rapid transit, and comfortable train ride. the construction of railway near the downtown area and station building are increasing for maximization of utilization and convenience. but the heavy of transportation and rapid transit lead to increase noise and vibration. the noise and vibration of railway may cause the civil appeal, decline in the serviceability and insufficiency of environmental standard. In this study, floating slab system which is one of the solution to avoid noise and vibration in railway has been introduced, and analyzed floating Slab Track into arrangement of reduction material of vibration. As a result of analysis, It was estimated the bearing installation though slab have not a negative factor and terminal arrangement of reduction material of vibration have advantage for static behavior.

  • This study was proceeded the analytical methods using various analytical instruments for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in food products. Various analytical methods were developed to determine levels of PAHs including benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, and chrysene formed in various food products using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and raman spectroscopy. Recently, the rapid on-site response for the detection of hazardous substances in food aims to develop an onsite rapid detection of a simplified technical analysis method to reduce the time and cost required for analysis of PAHs. Current PAHs detection methods have been reviewed along with new raman spectroscopy analytical method.

  • Purpose : This study has already started commercial Gated RapidArc automation equipment which was not previously in the Gated radiation therapy can be performed simultaneously with the VMAT Gated RapidArc radiation therapy to the accuracy of the analysis to evaluate the usability, Amplitude mode applied to the patient. Materials and Methods : The analysis of the distribution of radiation dose equivalent quality solid water phantom and GafChromic film was used Film QA film analysis program using the Gamma factor (3%, 3 mm). Three-dimensional dose distribution in order to check the accuracy of Matrixx dosimetry equipment and Compass was used for dose analysis program. Periodic breathing synchronized with solid phantom signals Phantom 4D Phantom and Varian RPM was created by breathing synchronized system, free breathing and breath holding at each of the dose distribution was analyzed. In order to apply to four patients from February 2013 to August 2013 with liver cancer targets enough to get a picture of 4DCT respiratory cycle and then patients are pratice to meet patient's breathing cycle phase mode using the patient eye goggles to see the pattern of the respiratory cycle to be able to follow exactly in a while 4DCT images were acquired. Gated RapidArc treatment Amplitude mode in order to create the breathing cycle breathing performed three times, and then at intervals of 40% to 60% 5-6 seconds and breathing exercises that can not stand (Fig. 5), 40% While they are treated 60% in the interval Beam On hold your breath when you press the button in a way that was treated with semi-automatic. Results : Non-respiratory and respiratory rotational intensity modulated radiation therapy technique absolute calculation dose of using computerized treatment plan were shown a difference of less than 1%, the difference between treatment technique was also less than 1%. Gamma (3%, 3 mm) and showed 99% agreement, each organ-specific dose difference were generally greater than 95% agreement. The rotational intensity modulated radiation therapy, respiratory synchronized to the respiratory cycle created Amplitude mode and the actual patient's breathing cycle could be seen that a good agreement. Conclusion : When you are treated Non-respiratory and respiratory method between volumetric intensity modulated radiation therapy rotation of the absolute dose and dose distribution showed a very good agreement. This breathing technique tuning volumetric intensity modulated radiation therapy using a rotary moving along the thoracic or abdominal breathing can be applied to the treatment of tumors is considered. The actual treatment of patients through the goggles of the respiratory cycle to create Amplitude mode Gated RapidArc treatment equipment that does not automatically apply to the results about 5-6 seconds stopped breathing in breathing synchronized rotary volumetric intensity modulated radiation therapy facilitate could see complement.

  • For the detection of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), multiple and ultra-rapid real-time PCR methods were developed. The target DNA sequences were deduced from HIV-1 specific 495bp partial env gene (gi_1184090) and from HIV-2 specific 294 bp partial env gene (gi_1332355), and were synthesized by using PCR-based gene synthesis on the reason of safety. Ultra-rapid real-time PCR was performed by $Genspector^{TM}$ using microchip-based, $1\;{\mu}l$ of reaction volume with extremely short time in each 3 step in PCR. The detection including DNA-amplification and melting temperature analysis was completed inner 15 minutes. The HIV-1 specific 117 bp-long and HIV-2 specific 119 bp-long PCR products were successfully amplified from minimum of template,2.3 molecules of each env gene. This kind of real-time PCR was designated as ultra-rapid real-time PCR in this study and it could be applied not only an alternative detection method against HIV, but also other pathogens using PCR-based detection.

  • Rapid detection-method for Shiga toxin type 1 that was produced from Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) was developed by two-step ultra-rapid real-time (URRT) PCR. The specific primers were deduced from 80 bp stable region of stx type 1 (stxl) gene among various informations of STEC strains. URRT PCR is a microchip-based real-time PCR using 6 ${\mu}l$ of reaction volume with extremely short denaturation step and annealing/extension step (1 sec, 3 sec, respectively) in each cycle of PCR. Using the stx1-specific URRT PCR, 35 cycled PCR were finished in time of 6 min and 38 see, also measured 7 min and 28 see including melting temperature (Tm) analysis. The detection-limit of stxl-specific URRT-PCR was estimated until 3 colony forming units / PCR with products with stable Tm at $81.42{\pm}0.34^{\circ}C$. In the applications to various STEC strains and contaminated genomic DNAs, stx1-specific URRT-PCR were tested and shown that it would be expected an useful method for the rapid detection of stx1-coded STEC strains.
