입체 형상 분석을 위한 3차원 계측시스템의 활용 -WBS와 RapidForm 2004를 중심으로- (Applications of Three-Dimensional Measurement System for Shape Analysis -Focused on WBS and RapidForm 2004-)

  • The concern with three-dimensional measurement has been growing in recent years. And over the last few years, several studies have been made on three-dimensional measurement. Some of the studies using a three-dimensional measurement have focused on type of form of human body and evaluation of fitness. But there has been no study about applications of three-dimensional measurement system for shape analysis. So, the purpose of this study was to investigate about application of three-dimensional mea-surement system lot shape analysis. The instrument and tools for three-dimensional measurement was Whole Body 3D scanner(model name: Exyma-WBS2H). Analysis program used in experiment is Rapid Form 2004 PPI (INUS technology, Int, Korea). The following results were obtained; 1. The point data using three-dimensional measurement system built 3D model. 2. The three-dimensional data were used to analyze length and curvature of shape. 3. The shape using three-dimensional measurement system could be used in variety field.

3차원 가상모형을 이용한 하악 제2소구치 교두 변이 대칭성에 대한 융복합적 분석 - 전북지역 일부 대학생을 중심으로 (Convergence analysis of cusp variation symmetry of the mandibular second premolars using 3-dimensional virtual models - Focusing on college students in Jeollabuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 3차원 가상모형을 이용하여 하악 제2소구치 교두 변이 양상을 정성적으로 분석하고, 교두 변이에 따른 치아 표면적의 정량적 분석과 함께 좌·우측 대칭성을 분석하고자 하였다. 127개의 하악 제2소구치 가상치아를 준비한 후, RapidForm2004(INUS technology INC, Seoul, Korea)을 이용하여 각 교두의 절대적/상대적 단면적, 전체 치관 단면적, 교합면의 중심구 형태 등을 분석하였다. 통계방법은 Independent t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test 및 교차분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 중심구의 형태는 양측간 높은 대칭성을 보였다. 좌측에서 U 형태이면 우측도 100.0% U 형태를 나타냈으며, 나머지 H 형태와 Y 형태는 각각 73.7%, 78.9% 비율로 양측간 동일한 중심구 형태를 나타냈다(p<.001). 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 CAM/CAM을 이용한 보철물 제작 시 참고자료로 활용이 가능할 것이며, 향후 맹출 직후의 하악 제2소구치를 포함한 더 많은 샘플을 대상으로 한 후속연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

Study on Solid Phase Extraction and Spectrophotometric Determination of Nickel in Waters and Biological Samples

  • A sensitive, selective and rapid method for the determination of nickel based on the rapid reaction of nickel(II) with QADMAA and the solid phase extraction of the Ni(II)-QADMAA chelate with $C_{18}$ membrane disks has been developed. In the presence of pH 6.0 buffer solution and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) medium, QADMAA reacts with nickel to form a violet complex of a molar ratio of 1 : 2 (nickel to QADMAA). This chelate was enriched by solid phase extraction with $C_{18}$ membrane disks. An enrichment factor of 50 was obtained by elution of the chelates form the disks with the minimal amount of isopentyl alcohol. The molar absorptivity of the chelate was $1.32{\times}10^5L\;mol^{-1}cm^{- 1}$ at 590 nm in the measured solution. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.6 ${\mu}$g/mL. This method was applied to the determination of nickel in water and biological samples with good results.

  • This paper is described manufacturing to jewelry by using rapid prototype. At that time, the SLC file is useful for solved generating errors to part build file. Then. we have reduced the time of manufacturing complicated three-dimensional form. Generally, it is used the STL file for rapid prototype that it is necessary to considerable time when complicated firm as jewelry generated pan build file. But the SLC file is solved to problem because it consists of configuration of a section. Neter the less, Generating Part build file hate had a lot of problem when the SLC file is used.

  • The overall objective of this research was to find out the role of rapid mixing conditions in the species of hydrolyzed Al(III) formed by different Al(III) coagulants. When an Al(III) salt is added to water, monomers, polymers, or solid precipitates may form. Different Al(III) coagulants (alum and PACl) show to have different Al species distribution over a rapid mixing condition. During the rapid mixing period, for alum, formation of dissolved Al(III) (monomer and polymer) increases, but for PACl, precipitates of $Al(OH)_{3(s)}$. increases rapidly. Also, for alum, higher mixing speed favoured Al(III) polymers formation over precipitates of $Al(OH)_{3(s)}$ but for PACl, higher mixing speed formed more precipitates of $Al(OH)_{3(s)}$. At A/D and sweep condition, both $Al(OH)_{3(s)}$ and dissolved Al(III) (monomer and polymer) exist, concurrent reactions by both mechanism appear to cause simultaneous precipitation.

  • This study is aimed to diminish the errors which created during transforming from 3D shape created with CAD program to STL file formation. The length strain which created on X-Y axises at STL file transforming is diminished by using the relation between common shape error and shrinkage rate. As the result of study, we have confirmed the length strain in accordance with facetres value. Also, the shape error is compensated with shrinkage rate by error of length strain. so, we could diminish to shape error by several tens micrometer.

  • This paper shows the analysis of the inductive power transfer system in conjunction with series resonant converter operating variable high frequency. Of particular interest is the sensitivity of the complete system to variations in operational frequency and parameters. In inductive power transfer system, electrical power is transferred from a primary winding in the form of a coil or track, to one or more isolated pick-up coils that may relative to the primary. The ability to transmit power without contact enables high reliability and easy maintenance that allows inductive power transfer system to be implemented in hostile environments. This technology has found application in many fields such as electric vehicles, PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) etc. The coupling between the primary and secondary is then presented to include the effects of parameter and operational frequency variation.

Study on the Solid Phase Extraction of Hg(II)-SBDTR Chelate with C18 Disks and Its Application to the Determination of Mercury in Tobacco and Tobacco Additive

  • A sensitive, selective and rapid method has been developed for the determination of mercury based on the rapid reaction of mercury(II) with p-sulfobenzylidenethiorhodanine (SBDTR) and the solid phase extraction of the colored chelate with $C_{18}$ disks. In the presence of pH 3.5 sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution and Emulsifier-OP medium, SBDTR reacts with mercury(II) to form a red chelate of a molar ratio 1 : 2 (mercury to SBDTR). This chelate was prconcentrated by solid phase extraction with $C_{18}$ disks. An enrichment factor of 50 was achieved. The molar absorptivity of the chelate is $1.28{\times}10^5 L{\cdot}mol^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-1}$ at 545 nm in measured solution. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-3 ${\mu}$g/mL. The relative standard deviation for eleven replicates sample of 0.01 ${\mu}$g/mL is 1.65%. This method was applied to the determination of mercury in tobacco and tobacco additive with good results.

  • A sensitive, selective and rapid method has been developed for the determination ${\mu}$g/L level of vanadium ion based on the rapid reaction of vanadium(V) with 2-(2-quinolylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (QADEAP) and the solid phase extraction of the colored chelate with $C_{18}$ cartridge. The QADEAP reacts with V(V) in the presence of citric acid-sodium hydroxide buffer solution (pH = 3.5) and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) medium to form a violet chelate of a molar ratio 1 : 2 (V(V) to QADEAP). This chelate was enriched by solid phase extraction with $C_{18}$cartridge and the enrichment factor of 50 was obtained by elution of the chelates from the cartridge with ethanol. The molar absorptivity of the chelate is $1.28 {\times}10^5L\;mol^{-1}cm^{-1}$ at 590 nm in the measured solution. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.6 ${\mu}$g/mL. The detection limit is 0.04 ${\mu}$g/L in the original samples. This method was applied to the determination of vanadium(V) in water and biological samples with good results.
