세종특별자치시의 발전을 위한 교통체계 연구 (The Research on Transportation Systems Development in Sejong City)

  • 전 국토가 골고루 발전할 수 있는 세종시가 조기에 정착할 수 있는 방법 중 교통 인프라 구축이 가장 선행되어야 한다. 여러 가지 교통수단이 있지만, 본 연구에서는 BRT(Bus Rapid Transit)와 철도를 중심으로 연구하였다. 건설비가 지하철보다 10분의 1에 불과하지만, 지하철의 시스템을 갖추어 수송능력을 크게 높이는 신개념 대중교통수단 BRT, 기존선을 활용하여 건설하는 충청권 광역철도가 있다. 또한, 대전지하철 1호선을 정부세종청사까지 연장 운행하여 중앙행정기관 이전과 세종시 인구유입에 따른 교통수요의 급격한 증가에 대비하여 교통편익을 제공하고 세종시에 새로운 교통수단이 추가로 건설하여 인근 지역과 상생 발전을 기대할 수 있다.

  • 우리나라의 철도산업 구조개혁 관련 논의는 1998년 철도청 경영진단을 시작으로 2005년 한국철도공사의 출범, 2013년 수서발 KTX 법인 면허 발급과 민영화 논란에 이르기까지 지속적으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 철도산업 구조개혁이 10년 이상의 장기성을 통해 이루어진 점에 비추어, 이러한 정책변동은 여러 외적 변수와 장기적인 정책주체들의 상호작용에 기인하여 이루어졌다고 보고, 옹호연합모형을 적용하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 철도산업 구조개혁은 연합(Coalition)간의 합의점을 도출하지 못한 채 정권교체 등의 시점에 보다 우월한 지배연합에 의해 정책이 추진되었다고 볼 수 있으며, 이러한 정책의 성공적인 집행을 위해서는 깊은 갈등관계 속에서의 상이한 정책선호와 도구들을 중재하고 절충할 수 있는 대안을 도출하는 정책중개자의 역할이 중요할 것으로 판단하였다.

  • 본 논문은 트램-트레인 추진용 130kW급 IPMSM 설계에 관한 연구이다. 트램-트레인은 속도 가변 영역이 넓은 특성을 가지고 있다. 그러한 이유로 넓은 속도 가변 특성을 갖는 IPMSM으로 트램-트레인 추진용 전동기로 제안하고, 요구 견인력에 적합한 기초 모델을 설계하였다. IPMSM은 회전자의 형상에 따라 전자기적 특성 및 구조 특성이 상이하게 된다. 따라서 추가적으로 영구자석을 분할하여 Bridge를 추가한 형상으로 변경한 제안 모델도 설계하였다. 기초 모델과 제안 모델을 유한요소해석을 통해 부하 특성 및 구조 특성을 분석하여 최종적으로 트램-트레인 추진용 IPMSM에 만족하는 모델을 도출하였다.

지방 항구도시의 토지이용 변화에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 여수시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Changes of Land Use in the Local Port City - Focused on Yeosu in Jeonnam Province -)

  • This study is on the formation and the development process of urban space by referring to the literature in Yeosu where is the important location in logistics & transportation and maritime since the Japanese colonial period. There are many factors and results of the development process in Yeosu by the opening port, railroads, loads and industries. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the formation process of urban space and the characteristics of physical space in Yeosu. The results are as follow; The urban formation and development process in Yeosu where was a small fishing village in the 1910s is largely divided into four processes. Formation: the population increased due to constructions such as of a railroad, a port, and roads and there were many reclamations around the center of the old city center in the Japanese colonial period. Stagnation: There was no urban development due to stagnation, war, and the Yeo-sun Incident. Expand: the industrialization of the Yeocheon Industrial Complex and Gwangyang Steel and other areas around Yeosu led to a surge in Yeosu's population. To cope with this, the city was expanded through three land readjustment projects and the development of large-scale residential complexes. Decline and Remodeling: Yeosu's urban space declined due to the decline of fisheries and the decrease in marine and railway logistics. And the expansion and improvement of the transportation network for hosting the Yeosu World Expo increased the accessibility of the old city center, transforming it into a tourist city using cultural heritage and nature.

고속철도 축소모형의 환경소음 예측을 위한 소음원 연구 (A Study of Sound Source to predict Environment Noise in High Speed Train : Scaled model)

  • Nowadays rolling stock has become a fast and convenient transportation and increased in its demands. But the improvement of speed has result in increase of aerodynamic noise and therefore residential districts near by the railroad are now constantly suffering from the racket. Thus the study regarding rolling stock's environmental noise measurement and appraisal has become important. The case of environmental noise, there are no changes of tone so prediction can be made by reducing areas around the railway. This is part of the study which estimates the noise around the railway using scaled model, and the source of the noise has been researched on. The scaled model of rolling stock will have to be able to make high frequency and it needs to be spread out in a short amount of time. When popping a balloon or firing a gun fits its condition and this study analyzed the characteristics of these two different noises. Measurement was held on a wide vacant lot and the reflection effect of the ground is additionally examined. It is judged to be used in the future when predicting the environmental noise of railway vehicles.

  • 국내 여객열차 전용 승강장은 높이에 따라 두 가지 종류로서, 일반 간선열차에서 주로 사용하는 저상 승강장과 수도권 전동차에서 주로 사용하는 고상승강장으로 구분된다. 중 고속 열차가 수도권 전철구간과 본 선구간에서 혼용할 경우에 안전운전 및 승객편의를 함께 고려하기 위해서는 저상/고상 승강장에 상관없이 승하차할 수 있는 승강문 스텝장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전철역사 및 일반 철도역사에서 모두 승하차가 가능한 저상/고상 승강장 겸용 승강문 스텝 개념설계(안)의 구조해석 및 강도시험을 수행하고 이의 안전성을 검토하였다.

  • HEP(Head Electric Power) system, supplying 3-phase service power to the coach vehicles, is a kind of special auxiliary power equipment which is boarded on 8200 series electric locomotives in KORAIL. This equipment shares high voltage DC link with a main propulsion converter/inverter systems. It was difficult to use high frequency PWM technique so that GTO has been used as a power device same like the main power system. Due to low PWM frequency(300Hz) of HEP inverter, the output voltage has less power quality comparing to normal SIV(Static Inverter) system. In this paper, an optimal PWM strategy is presented for new IGBT type HEP inverter system. Several PWM techniques were investigated to improve output voltage quality under fixed lower filter inductance and not high PWM frequency. Finally PC simulations have been done to clarify its availability.

Moment redistribution of continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel

  • The continuous composite I-girder should have a sufficient rotation capacity (or ductility) to redistribute the negative bending moment into an adjacent positive bending moment region. However, it is generally known that the ductility of the high strength steel is smaller than that of conventional steel, and application of high strength steel can cause ductility problems in a negative moment region of the I-girder. In this study, moment redistribution of the continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel was studied, where high strength steel with yield stress of 690 MPa was considered (the ultimate stress of the steel was 800 MPa). The available and required rotation capacity of the continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel was firstly derived based on the stress-strain curve of high strength steel and plastic analysis, respectively. A large scale test and a series of non-linear finite element analysis for the continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel were then conducted to examine the effectiveness of proposed models and to investigate the effect of high strength steel on the inelastic behavior of the negative bending moment region of the continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel. Finally, it can be found that the proposed equations provided good estimation of the requited and available rotation capacity of the continuous composite I-girder with high strength steel.

바이모달 트램의 후진주차보조 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing Reverse Parking Assistant Algorithm for Hi-modal Tram)

  • The bi-modal tram is under development as a new public transportation. The features of the tram are an extended wheel base and its length. This features result in difficulties for drivers on maneuvering the tram. Therefore, the all wheel steering system is applied to the articulated vehicle. The AWS system enables the vehicle to steer all the rear wheels independently and improves its driving characteristics. However, the bi-modal tram has a problem to move backward in the limited place because of its geometric feature and the AWS system. Hence, the reverse parking assistant algorithm for articulated vehicle is developed to solve the problems of the reverse parking. Using the vehicle model which includes the reverse parking assistant algorithm, the dynamic analysis is performed for several parking cases. By the result of the analysis, the stability and validity of the reverse parking assistant algorithm is verified.

  • City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.
