Interurban railway is expanded by transportation that population can be centralism and cope efficiently in traffic jam by augmentation of vehicles in the city. Railroad chair departs in space of an existent simple rest and products that can raise human body standard and size by powerful engineering vicinity, quality of the material, psychological satisfaction etc. of users are developed steadily. Specially, study of space that can use various materials efficiently with bodily size government official because various of man and woman old and the young etc.. are using in occasion of the train is urgently required. Specially, railroad chair is a product that material and standard, structure, human body engineering, a finish etc. is studied variously. In the case of advanced nation, in case of design a chair operating time of railroad, is placed as all standards orderly and harmonious because is considered exercise dynamics etc.. and designs. The other side, in the case of our country, study expert of chair is short real and is depending on technological data of overseas railway vehicle. Chair for railroad must consider removal of short-range, long distance. That have to be consider to a lot of uncomfortable such as psychological satisfaction of user because the domestic Motor Companies are defining in fair development study and many researchers but the railroad chair company are not accumulated professional manpower and technological know-how. Railway vehicle can recognize that overseas visitors as well as native is important element as space that space is exposed internationally by product that Public personality which used cultural value is strong. Therefore, wish to plan valid spec relationship presentation of various design and specification, function etc.. and contribute to railroad chair development design process lists and analyzes van instances of railway vehicle chair of inside and outside of the country through this study.

시대적 요구에 따라 인천공항철도가 1단계(인천국제공항~김포공항, 40.3km, 07년 3월 개통)와 2단계(김포공항~서울역, 20.7km, 10년 10월 개통)가 단계별로 개통되었으나, 표정속도의 저하로 도로교통과 경쟁력을 확보하지 못하고 수송수요의 저조 등으로 이어져 민간협약에 의한 정부 재정지원은 날로 늘어나 결국 2009년11월 국가에서는 한국철도공사로 하여금 민간지분을 매입하여 정부보조금 지출 축소를 모색하였으나, 정부보조금 지출 비중만 축소되었을 뿐 공항철도를 운행함에 따른 정부보조금은 상당분 지출되고 있는 상황이다. 더우기 2004년 4월 경부고속철도 개통에 따라 고객들도 시간가치의 소중함을 인식하고 대기시간이 길어지거나 운행시간이 길어지는 경우엔 더 빠른 교통수단으로 전환하는 것을 당연시 하고 있으며, 교통정보 전달의 가속화로 출발부터 목적지 도착까지 최적의 교통수단이 무엇인지 파악 후 출발하므로서 여행에 따른 시간손실을 최소화 하려한다. 따라서 공항철도의 고속화는 이 시대의 요구사항으로 당연시 되어 있고 공항철도의 고속화야 말로 타교통수단과의 경쟁에서 우위를 차지할 수 있으며, 인천공항철도 활성화가 가능하고 소외된 경기서북부 및 인천지역의 고속철도 수혜를 확대하는 방안일 것이다. 공항철도 고속화방안은 앞선 검토 자료를 기초로 실제 적용하는데 있어 좀더 구체적이고 현실적인 방안을 모색하고자 본 고에서는 공항철도구간의 고속화 가능구간과 노반, 궤도, 시스템개량에 따른 열차속도향상 효과를 분석하고 각 차량별 즉, 기존 AREX(120km/h), KTX(230km/h), 180km/h급 고속EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) 등의 차량투입에 따른 열차운행 대안을 분석하고 가장 효율적인 열차운전시격 및 열차운행패턴 등을 제시하여 인천공항철도를 이용하는 고객들에게 좀 더 신속하고 쾌적한 운송수단이 되어 새로운 수송수요 창출은 물론이고 타교통과의 경쟁우위를 확보하여 공항철도가 활성화되기를 기대해 본다.

자갈궤도는 그 유연성으로 인해 전세계적으로 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 소성 변형이 발생하여 궤도선형오차가 증가하므로 지속적인 유지관리가 필요하며, 최근 통과톤수, 열차중량, 속도 증가 등으로 유지보수 비용과 횟수가 증가하고 있다. 자갈궤도 강성이 거동의 중요 지표로 알려져, 소형동평판시험기(LWD)를 레일과 침목이 체결된 상태에서 실험을 하여 궤도 겉보기 강성을 측정하였다. 예비실험을 통하여 현장시험법을 결정하였고, 측정한 겉보기 강성과 TQI(Track Quality Index), 유지관리지표와의 상관성을 분석한 결과, 평균강성이 증가함에 따라 TQI와 탬핑연장이 지수함수적으로 감소함을 밝혔다. 이로부터 겉보기 강성을 궤도상태지표로써 사용가능함을 제시하였고, 향후 정량적인 유지관리지표를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

우리나라 철도산업의 생산특성과 효율성에 관하여 충분히 검토된 양질의 정보가 축적되기 위해서는 다양한 각도에서 다양한 방법으로 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 거리함수를 이용한 우리나라 철도산업의 생산특성 및 기술효율성 분석결과를 제시한다. Shephard(1953)가 처음 소개한 거리함수는 가격에 관한 정보를 필요로 하지 않는다. 따라서 가격에 관한 자료를 구하기 어렵거나 또는 공공부문의 경우처럼 가격에 대한 통제가 존재하는 상황에서 효과적인 분석수단이 될 수 있다. 또한 다수투입 다수산출 생산기술을 다룰 수 있으며 생산특성과 효율성을 동시에 분석할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 한국철도의 1963년부터 2004년까지의 연도별 자료로부터 이차계획법모형을 사용하여 거리함수를 추정하였다. 추정된 기술효율성은 1980년 이후 2004년까지 점진적으로 개선되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간접 Morishima대체탄력성 추정결과는 노동을 다른 투입으로 대체하는 것이 매우 어렵거나 또는 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 평균 규모탄력성은 2.7로 나타났으며 이는 규모를 1%증가시켰을 때 산출이 2.7%증가함을 의미한다. 즉 한국철도에 규모의 경제가 존재함을 의미한다.

In this Study, we analyzed fare rates of railway by calculating the price elastic of railroad freight. The transportation means of each section needs competitive carriage charges in market price. There are many factors when choosing the means of freight transportation. Therefore the main objective of this paper lies in the study of price elastic theory and evaluating elastic of goods rates of railway.

In this paper, we outlines the basic pricing rules that developed over the years, and illustrates how these rules apply in practice using railway fare, price discrimination in railway travel. we review the problems of rail fare system reflecting the market fare decision and consider fare decision structure and relative fare comparison with other modes of transportation. Specifically, we focus on tile effect of tile “fare varying system with distance”, using the characteristics of long distance transportation modes. And set up the framework for reasonable fare decision under the current circumstances.

Recently, many apartment houses were built in nearby road and railway. Road traffic noise level and railroad traffic noise level are important factors on apartment houses inhabitant's acoustic comforts. The measurement methods which noted by Ministry of Construction & Transportation, Ministry of Environment and Korean Industrial Standard are used for measurement of exterior noise at apartment houses. The purpose of this study compare the noise level characteristic by the measuring methods and evaluating methods. The results show that road traffic noise in the daytime appeared by not greatly noise level difference by the measuring method and evaluating methods. But railroad traffic noise appeared by greatly the noise level difference by the equivalent noise level(1hour) and continuous time.

This study introduces the basic concepts of the vibration reducing methods and presents a case study of 'A' apartment construction site which located nearby railroad. The site is only 60m away from the railroad. Therefor much noise and vibration damages could be expected during train or any other transportation's passing. Especially, the first and second floor may suffer much vibration with the low frequency radiation noise from the walls and floors. This study estimates the noise level of indoor area by measuring the vibration of indoor walls and floors. From this result, vibration barrier, as a method to reduce the noise level which exceeds proper standard value, was attempted to protect vibration transmit from the railroad.

This study explored the ridership pattern between Seoul and Busan after the introduction of KTX in 2004. Since the KTX opening, average daily passengers on the Kyungbu lines have increased. These figures clearly indicate that the transportation network is becoming railroad-centric. However, the operation. of the KTX will leave many existing Saemaul and Mugunghwa train sets idle, which will be put into operation for areas, not covered by the KTX. Statistics show that the railroad ridership is clarified the distinction between train service levels. So, our paper studied the change of market share by service levels between Seoul-Busan line which is a long distance route.

Safety requirment or guidance have been developing for a long time in the UIC, Germany, France, and Japan etc. Also, In Korea, the Ministry Construction & Transportation make an progress about this issue, document, called 'railroad tunnel safety standards 6th draft', was developed. In this paper, we'll show standard of other country and compare with Korea draft. next, we'll show some kind of railroad safety facility and installations and explain a relationship of safety issue and standards
