지능형철도선형계획 프로그램(ei-Rail) 기반의 단선철도 복선화 계획 기술개발 (Development of Planning Method for Double-Tracking of Single Track Railroad based on the Intelligent Rail Alignment Planning Program (ei-Rail))

  • 2013년에 개발된 지능형 철도선형계획 프로그램(ei-Rail)은 주로 해외의 신규 철도건설사업 사전 기획 분석 및 설계 결과 검증 등에 활용되어왔다. 그러나 한국 철도산업의 해외 진출 대상국인 개발도상국에서는 대규모 비용이 소요되는 신규 철도건설사업 보다는 기존 철도의 선형개량을 통한 증속, 또는 단선철도의 복선화 등의 사업이 보다 필요하고 실행가능성이 높은 것으로 판단되며, 이런 유형의 사업수요가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 신규 철도건설 사업 분석기능 중심의 ei-Rail 프로그램에 철도복선화 사업 분석기능을 추가하고자, 철도 복선화사업 모듈을 개발하였다. 기존에 운행 중인 철도 선형자료를 기반으로 복선화 사업의 종류와 규모를 반영하고 대상 지역별 공종 단가를 적용하여 공사비를 산출하고 설계도면 제작을 자동화할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 해외의 사례 적용을 통하여 ei-Rail의 복선화 사업 분석기능을 검증하였다. 향후 해외를 대상으로 하는 철도 복선화 사업의 기획 및 분석결과 검증을 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • As the demand for logistics services increases rapidly in modern society, the existing freight delivery system through road transportation is caused various problems such as traffic congestion and greenhouse gas emissions. To solve that, the development of an 'underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system' is currently being considered in Korea. In order to build a new concept stable and safe logistics system, derive system design requirements and functional specifications, and reflect them at the development of target system. In this study, to make foundation for development of an "underground logistics tunnel-based cargo transportation system," define system components through analysis from a hierarchical perspective, and the functions of each component were analyzed and defined. We identified what interfaces the components have at each stage of the operating process. Lastly, we defined a detailed operation scenario based on the previously derived results, deriving target system functional requirements.

  • Purpose: Domestically, a recent controversial part on Mixed-Use Development is its case that utilizes railroad sites among urban infrastructure. but most of all, a concern is being concentrated on the Mixed-Use Development that uses railroad depot. It has the advantage, which can give diversity and publicness to urban environment by using and planing the upper and bottom of railroad depot, a proximity site as Development Available Land. However, there are few cases except for only Yang-cheon APT in SinJeong railway depot as a domestic case even though a domestic concern about Mixed-Use Development is rising more than ever. Method: Accordingly, this study has something in common with a domestic case, dealing with a case of development in Hongkong that enhances efficiency for city space through Mixed-Use Development and solves various urban problems. Result: A purpose of this study, based on overall comprehension about Rail and Property Model of MTRC in Hongkong, is to figure out how it solve various problems in Mixed-Use Development using Railway Depot or stations in the base of Rail and Property Model of MTRC.

  • The development of Technology study for preventing of accident and reducing the risk through the intelligence of level crossing is provide the detection of stopped car at railway crossing with the most advanced intelligence technology such as sensor, computer, communication and date processing and transmit to the operational staff on broad for reaction or make the train stopped automatically through the connection with train. Also this study include that showing the situation of crossing railway when the train is approached and prevent the accident and reduce the risk through the connection of road transit signal system. On this study is performed the test through the date from spot level crossing and the development of video detection algorism for stopped road transit vehicle at level crossing with intelligent system.

  • 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어는 높은 신뢰성과 안전성이 요구된다. 이를 위해 철도에서는 고장회피(Fault Avoidance) 기법과 고장허용(Fault Tolerance)기법을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 최근 신호설비의 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 좀더 향상시키기 위해 일본, 프랑스, 스웨덴 등에서는 안전에 치명적인 시스템에 사용되고 있는 정형기법(Forma) Method)을 포함하여 많은 연구를 수행중이다. 본고에서는 국외 관련분야를 분석하고, 열차제어시스템 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 향상에 관하여 기술하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 특허 분석을 통하여 초고속 자기부상철도 기술과 관련된 주요 국가의 기술 개발 동향을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 기술 개발의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 초고속 자기부상철도를 구성하는 핵심기술을 14개로 분류하고, 각 기술 별로 주요 국가에서 출원된 특허의 건수, 증가율 및 점유율과 같은 양적 분석을 통하여 나라별 기술개발 현황 및 집중분야를 파악하였으며, 특허활동 집중도, 인용도 및 시장확보지수와 같은 질적 분석을 통하여 기술개발의 수준 및 시장확보력을 살펴보았다. 분석된 결과와 주요 기술의 발전 방향을 고려하여 국내 초고속 자기부상철도 기술 개발에 있어서 중점 개발하여야 할 분야 및 개발 방향 등을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, we introduce the software and hardware of the measuring system for on-line test and performances evaluation of traction and braking in KTX(Korea Train Express). The measuring system focuses on the verification of the performance and acquisition of test data. The hardware is connected many kinds of sensors, such as speed sensor, thermocouple. The software controls the hardware of the measuring system, performs the analysis and calculation of measurement data and acts as interface between users and the hardware. For this purpose, three programs, such as a measuring program, a back-up program and a analysis program, have developed.
