In this paper, we implemented RS232C serial communication by the 2 wires(Data,GND), and multiple access, by the applying Collision Sensing Multiple Access(CSMA) Protocol. Multiple access is implemented by assigning a unique ID to each controller. The multiple access control operation starts by sending a command packet from a host to another host and the command packet is composed of ID bytes of source and target host computer, data bytes and the check sum, byte. In host computer, after sending command packet, the collision from loop back data. If collision is detected, it means a command packet was collided with another command packet for another host. The packet communication of the controller enables the multiple acces of the controller through the common serial data link. The application of this serial communication through CSMA protocol and the usage of two wires, have an effect on saving the wires and convenient of layout work.

SiC/SiC composites and monolithic SiC materials have been fabricated by the melt infiltration process, through the creation of crystallized SiC phase by the chemical reaction of C and Si. The reinforcing material used in this system was a braided Hi-Nicalon SiC fiber with double interphases of BN and SiC. The microstructures and the mechanical properties of RS-SiC based materials were investigated through means of SEM, TEM, EDS and three point bending test. The matrix morphology of RS-SiS/SiC composites was greatly composed of the SiC phases that the chemical composition of Si and C is different. The TEM analysis showed that the crystallized SiC phases were finely distributed in the matrix region of RS-SiC/SiC composites. RS-SiC/SiC composites also represented a good flexural strength and a high density, accompanying a pseudo failure behavior.

P2P 온라인 게임 시스템에서 대규모 사용자의 동시 접속을 수용할 수 있는 안전한 게임 운영 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 P2P 온라인 게임 시스템은 RS(Region Server)들의 재구성 및 RS간의 상호 정보 교환을 통해 한 영역에 플레이어가 집중되는 현상을 피하여 대규모 플레이어를 수용할 수 있으며, 안전한 게임을 운영할 수 있다. 또한 모니터링 서버의 광역 버퍼(Global Zone Buffer)를 이용한 부하분산으로 타임스탬프 시간 내의 게임 동기화가 가능하며, 미들웨어를 단위 영역별로 관리하여 게임 월드의 크기에 관계없이 수행 가능하다. 따라서, 고비용의 서버 추가 문제 및 메시지 전송의 안정성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안 시스템에 대한 효율성을 입증한다.

약물의 화학적 구조와 그 약물의 약리작용간의 연관성은, 'Medicinal Chemistry' 분야에서 활발히 연구된다. 이는 화학구조를 기반으로 하여 신약을 설계하려는 시도로서, 약학자는 신약 개발 시 만들고자 하는 약물과 비슷한 화학구조를 가지고 있는 기존 약물들에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 조사하며, 특정 화학구조가 어떤 약물들에서 나타나는지 신속히 검색하기를 원한다. 이처럼 어떤 화차구조에서, 특정한 부분구조가 존재하는지를 검사하는 것을 부분구조검색(Substructure Searching)이라 하며, 이는 그래프 이론에서 NP-complete인 동형성 판정(Subgraph Isomorphism) 문제로 귀결된다. 검색 시간을 단축시키고자 여러 다른 전근방법들이 연구되었는데, 1990년대에는 구조에 대한 인덱스를 미리 만들어 RDBMS에 저장한 후, 검색시 이론 이용하여 성능을 높이는 방법으로 미국 특허를 획득한 RS3 시스템(http://www.acelrys.com/rs3)이 현재 상용화되어 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RS3 시스템의 문제점을 규명하고, 이의 개선방안으로서 새로운 인덱스를 제안한다 RS3 시스템은 각 원자를 중심으로 다른 원자와의 구조를 문자연로 표현하고, 부분구조검색 쿼리를 부분문자열 검색을 실행함으로써 수행하는데, 이의 화학구조를 기술하는 인덱스에는 동일 원자, 동릴 결합에 대한 정렬이 불가능하여 재현율(Recall)과 정도(Precision)가 낮다. 이론 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 2차원의 화학구조를 나누어 1차원의 구조 단편으로 만들고 이를 문자열로 기술하는 방안을 제시하며 구체적인 방법으로 한 인자를 중심으로 최소비용신장트리를 구성한 다음 레벨별로 경로를 나누어 기술하는 방안을 제안하며, 이와 같은 방법의 새로운 인덱스로 재현율과 정도가 급격히 향상됨을 보인다.

통계적 방법을 사용하여 스퍼터 증착한 Ta 박막의 증착속도, 비저항, 면저항 균일도, 반사도, 응력 등의 물성을 측정하고 분석하였다. RS/1의 표면 반응 분석법에 의해 독립변수와 종속변수간의 함수관계를 예측하였으며. 이때 비저항과 면저항의 균일도 측면에서 최적조건은 증착 압력 2 mTorr, 증착 전력 8 W/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 및 기판온도 $20^{\circ}C$였다. 실험 모텔의 신뢰성 (fitness)은 풀링(pooling)하지 않은 경우 0.85 ~0.9의 값을 얻었다. 본 조건하에서 증착된 박막은 비저항 180$\mu$$\Omega$cm와 면저항 균일도 ~ 2%의 값을 가졌다. 투과전자 현미경과 X선 회절법을 이용하여 분석한 결과 증착된 박막은 100~200 정도의 결정립 크기를 갖는 $\beta$-Ta 임을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 기숙사사생의 인적 정보 관리, 출입관리, 식당 이용 관리 등의 기능을 가지는 U-기숙사 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 기숙사 관리 시스템은 RFID 하드웨어 시스템과 미들웨어, 응용프로그램으로 구성된다. RFID 하드웨어 시스템은 근접 거리에 적합한 13.56MHz 대역의 주파수를 사용하고, 미들웨어는 RFID 하드웨어 시스템의 입력 값을 RS-232c 통신 방식으로 받아들여 응용프로그램을 전달하며, 응용프로그램은 RFID 의 고유한 태그 값을 데이터베이스화하여 처리한다. 제안하는 U-기숙사 관리 시스템을 설계 제작하여 대덕대학 생활관에 설치하여 실험한 결과 유용성을 확인하였다.

The running of the electric train are done by powering, breaking and coasting. Powering to start and accelerate the rolling stock means driving the three-phase electric induction motors controlled by VVVF inverters which are connected to overhead power line directly(DC) or indirectly(AC, DC/AC). Breaking is achieved by blending control which is the proportional combination between regenerative breaking of VVVF inverter and air pressure control of breaking operating unit(BOU). Therefore, Data obtained during two operation are very important items to evaluate the running performance of RS. This paper has investigated in real time data acquired from VVVF inverter and measured by pressure sensor directly connected to air breaking line(motor car and trailer car). By analyzing data in the region of time and frequency, fundamental methods for eavaluating the running performance of RS quantitatively and objectively have been suggested.

The focus of this study is to represent a methodology of analysis for integrated logistic system by means of the Evolution Strategies and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). The integrated logistic system is composed of AS/RS (Automated Storages and Retrieval System), AGVs(Automated Guided Vehicle System) and Conveyor System. We design the simulation alternatives with choosing the qualitative critical factors for the each subsystem. Evolution Strategies is used to optimize the quantitative critical factors and responses of each alternative. DEA is applied to measure the efficiency of the alternatives in order to select the optimal operation efficiency scheme. The method of analysis which combines Evolution Strategies with DEA can be used to analyze the qualitative and quantitative critical factors in the integrated logistic systems.

Impedance spectroscopy informs electrical properties of materials as accumulated charges, contact status between electrode and organic materials. We carried out impedance spectroscopy of organic light-emitting diodes as ITO/Alq3(60 nm)/Al on temperatures from 10 K to 300 K. The result described Z'-Z" plot, cole-cole plot and dielectric relaxation time τ. Z'-Z" plot means that real and imaginary part of materials in organic and electrode by frequencies and temperature. Z' as real part of impedance by applied frequency depending on temperature shows the plateau in low frequency region as Rs+ Rp and over 100 kHz in high frequency region as Rs. Cole-cole plot shows resistance of materials in equivalent circuit of the device by temperatures. And equivalent circuit and dielectric relaxation could be accomplished by using the complex impedance analysis.

데이터방송이 가능해지면서 디지털 TV, IPTV, DMB 등을 통해 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있게 되었지만 사용자를 만족시킬 만한 킬러 콘텐츠가 부족한 상황이다. 반면 웹의 경우 사용자 중심의 서비스를 지향하는 웹 2.0의 등장으로 콘텐츠 시장이 크게 성장하였다. 이러한 웹 2.0의 개념과 기술을 데이터방송에 접목한다면 콘텐츠 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 데이터방송에서 웹 2.0 적용하기 위한 구체적인 예로 RSS를 활용하는 방안을 제안한다. 이에 따라 지상파 DMB 데이터방송에서 최신 정보 제공이 중요한 뉴스 등을 저작 단계에서 RSS를 이용하여 서비스를 생성하는 시스템을 개발했다. 또한 IPTV에서는 저작단계에서 RSS를 활용하는 생성 시스템뿐만 아니라 사용자가 원하는 RSS Feed를 직접 선택해서 정보를 이용할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 구현했다. 이를 통해 콘텐츠 저작과정이 간소화되고 웹의 최신 정보 제공이 용이하게 되어 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
