본 논문에서는 인쇄공정기술로써 ETRI $0.8{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 사용하여 수동형 인쇄 RFID 태그칩용 64bit ROM을 설계하였다. 먼저 태그 칩의 제작단가를 줄이기 위하여 기존 실리콘 기반의 복잡한 리소그래피 공정을 사용하지 않고 게이트 단자인 폴리 층을 프린팅 기법 중 하나인 임프린트 공정을 사용하여 구현하였다. 그리고 �弼壅� ROM 셀 회로는 기존 ROM 셀 회로의 NMOS 트랜지스터대신에 CMOS 트랜스미션 게이트를 사용함으로써 별도의 BL 프리차지 회로와 BL 감지 증폭기가 필요 없이 출력 버퍼만으로 데이터를 읽어낼 수 있도록 하였다. $0.8{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계된 8 행 ${\times}$ 8 열의 어레이를 갖는 64b ROM의 동작전류는 $9.86{\mu}A$이며 레이아웃 면적은 $311.66{\times}490.59{\mu}m^2$이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the schemes to enhance information service functions by the utilization of CD-ROM in medical school libraries. The results of the study are summarized as follows : 1. The selection and evaluation of CD-ROM database are necessary steps in the planning of a CD-ROM. Before the CD-ROM is selected, therefore, medical libraries must make a practical evaluation criteria in important order of information services environment, characteristics of hardware/software, service requirements, price and cost, etc. 2. If possible, CD-ROM MEDLINE must be suited for the information services environment. 3. In case of the popular core journals, full-text CD-ROM should be gradually purchased. 4. In order to reduce the time required from search of bibliographic informations to receipt of original articles, CD-NET system and library holding administration program must be built up and developed. And channel of information search and order/receipt of original article should be varied. 5. Search education program for medical librarians and users should be enforced, and librarians must play an important role in CD-ROM retrieval consultant and intermediator.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early passive range of motion (ROM) exercise on ROM of lower extremities and foot edema in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods: The data were collected between August 2009 and April 2010 from 11 patients in the experimental group and 13 in the control group. The passive ROM exercise was performed twice a day for 2 weeks. Results: In the experimental group, ROM of lower extremities (flexion of hip, flexion of knee and ankle) increased significantly compared to that of the control group. There was no significant difference in foot edema between the two groups. Conclusion: The results indicated that the early passive ROM exercise can improve the ROM of lower extremities, but not the foot edema in patients after stroke.

홍수예경보란 홍수예측시 적기에 홍수예경보를 발령하여 홍수피해를 경감시키고자 하는 방재활동의 일환으로 이는 홍수조절과정을 전제로 한다. 유역내에서 홍수조절을 직접 수행할 수 있는 곳은 홍수조절용량을 갖추고 있는 다목적 댐으로 홍수시 다목적 댐의 역할은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 홍수예경보시스템에서 이러한 다목적 댐의 저수지 운영과 관련된 부분의 바로 저수지 운영모듈이다. 본 연구에서는 한강홍수통제소에 구축된 저수지 운영모듈의 현황과 문제점을 고찰하여 한정된 범위내에서 개선작업을 수행하였고 결과적으로 Technical ROM과 ARD ROM을 추가적인 저수지 운영모듈로 구축하였다. 새로이 구축된 저수지 운영모듈을 이용하여 홍수시 한강 홍수통제소는 Technical ROM과 같은 확정론적인 모의방법을 통해 우선 홍수통제에 관한 1차적인 계획을 수립하고, 이후 승인된 방류량에 따라 ARD ROM을 이용하여 최종적인 홍수통제 및 예측 업무를 수행할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD-ROM title for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence in middle school students. Method: The process for developing the CD-ROM title consisted of 10 steps proposed by Alessi and Trollip. Results: This CD-ROM title was composed of 4 domains, 11 subjects, and 31 detailed subjects. The 4 domains were: 1) understanding of sexual harassment and violence, 2) cases of sexual harassment and violence, 3) prevention and coping strategies, and 4) sexual knowledge. The subjects included texts, and the detailed subjects included graphics, animations, videos, and pictures. Conclusion: This CD-ROM may reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence and accommodate enriched humanity in middle school students.

Supplementation of iodine at the level of 3.5mg/kg reduced weight gain of the rats fed rapeseed oil meal (ROM) diets. Treatment of ROM with ammonia at the level of 2 or 4% tended to increase metabolizable energy value and availability of dry matter, crude protein and crude ash of ROM in the chicken. Potential goitrin level of ROM was reduced by ammoniation at 6% level, while the level of potential isothiocyanates was increased by ammoniation. Treatment of ROM with ammonia at the level of 3% and above reduced weight gain of the chickens fed treated ROMs. Weight of thyroid glands of the birds increased as the level of ammoniation of ROM increased. Supplementation of Avoparcin to the diets containing ROM improved weight gain and dressing percentage of the broiler chickens.

A 3-Transistor cell CMOS OTP ROM array using standard CMOS antifuse (AF) based on permanent breakdown of MOSFET gate oxide is proposed, fabricated and characterized. The proposed 3-T OTP cell for ROM array is composed of an nMOS AF, a high voltage (HV) blocking nMOS, and cell access transistor, all compatible with standard CMOS technology. The experimental results show that the proposed structure can be a viable technology option as a high density OTP ROM array for modern digital as well as analog circuits.

본고는 아직 우리들에게 생소한 분야인 CD-ROM(Compact Disk-Read Only Memory)이라고 하는 정보매체가 어떻게 Audio CD에서 발전하여 컴퓨터의 Data Storage의 매체로 탄생되었는지에 대해 다음과 같은 내용을 해설하였다. 첫째는 매체로서의 잇점과 그것을 정보전달매체로서 이용하였을 때의 특징에 대하여 기술하였으며 둘째는 실제로 CD-ROM을 사용한 시스팀으로서는 어떠한 형태로 되는가,Application을 염두에 두고 생각한다. 셋째는 데이터의 가공에서 디스크의 제작에 이르기까지의 과정에 대하여 기술하였으며 끝으로 장래의 전망과 문제점에 대하여 간단히 기술하였다.

본연구(本硏究)는 레이저기술(技術)과 정보공학(情報工學)의 눈부신 발전과정(發展過程)에서 등장한 대용량 정보축적매체(情報蓄積媒體)인 CD-ROM Catalog Production Product 중에서 BiblioFile을 선택하고, CD-ROM BiblioFile과 과학기술대학도서관(料學技術大學圖書館)에서 자체 개발(開發)한 시스템인 KITLAS를 시스템구성(構成), 파일구조(構造), 특성(特性) 및 기능면(機能面)에서 비교분석(比較分析)한 후 CD-ROM에 수록(收錄)된 MARC 레코드의 변환(變換)과 온라인 대량, 동시 전송(傳送)하는 과정(過程)인 이른바 다운로드(download)와 업로드(up-load)하는 과정(過程)을 구현하여 서지정보(書誌情報) 데이터베이스의 신뢰성(信賴性) 향상(向上) 방법(方法)을 모색하였다.

Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate on the ankle pain, Range of Motion(ROM) and balance ability with old man have fall down experience used to ankle strengthening exercise for 6 weeks. We introduced ankle strengthening exercise in this study in order to recover the pain, ankle ROM and balance ability. Methods : Twenty-four old mans have fall down experience were included for the study. Among them, twelve old mans(experimental group) were ankle strengthening exercise and physical science methods(H/P, TENS, U/S), another twelve old mans(control group) were treated by physical science methods(H/P, TENS, U/S). Each group made use of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) to pain and goniometer to ankle ROM and Berg Balance Test(BBS) to balance ability to compare the possible changes of pain, ROM and balance ability in two groups after treatment. Results : In experimental group, pain reduced, ankle ROM has increased in dorsi-flexion, plantar-flexion and balance ability has increased for 6 weeks. In control group, pain reduced, ankle ROM has not changed in dorsi-flextion, plantar-flextion and balance ability has not changed for 6 weeks. Conclusion : According to the results, we concluded that ankle strengthening exercise for 6 weeks is effective for reducing pain and increasing ankle ROM and balance ability. Therefore, we thought the old man have fall dawn experience need ankle strengthening exercise for prevention repeatedly fall down.
