Local Electric Field Analysis for Evaluation of Charge Transfer System Using Sequential Sub-window Techniq (유한요소법을 이용한 쌍극자 공간전하 방전분산형 피뢰침 정전유도구체의 국부전계 해석)

  • In this study, in order to increase electric field intensify near a lightning rod a floating conductor is adopted. If a floating conductor is located near the lightning rod, the positive and negative charges are equally induced on the lightning rod and the floating conductor, and the local electric field intensity near them increases. This increase of electric field intensity can ignite easily the ionization process of the surrounding air and the corona phenomenon begins there. It occurs before the usual lightning process begins on the top of the conventional rod. The charges of the ground or some buildings are omitted during the corona process through the floating conductor. Therefore, the probability of the main lightning on the conventional rod can be reduced.

  • 기체 막분리 공정은 상업적으로 많은 개발의 여지를 가지고 있지만 RO, UF, MF 등과 같은 수처리분야 정도로 공정의 개발 및 실제 응용분야는 매우 미약한 형편이다. 이와 같은 현실에서 최근 청정 에너지로 각광을 받고 있으며 화학공정의 주원료로 잠재적인 수요를 가지고 있는 수소 기체와 지구 온난화 물질 중 가장 대표적인 물질로 주목받고 있는 이산화탄소의 분리를 목적으로 공정 개발의 타당성 연구를 전산모사를 통해서 수행하였다. 본 전산모사의 목적은 공정 형태별 최적의 공정조건 선정을 위한 타당성 연구를 목적으로 하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal gas turbine system for special purpose ships. First we generate critical evaluation criteria an construct their hierarchical structure. The criteria consist of qualitative ones as well as the economic factor. Then AHP is applied to solve the decision making problem AHP gibes good results different from those only by the economic evaluation methods. And during the analysis, the procedure produces many useful informations to the decision making. The results shows that AHP is an appropriate method for these kinds of problems such as the system selection.

  • This paper describes the unified reliability evaluation with partial loss of continuity for complex distribution system. To evaluate reliability considering line limitation of the system, PLOC technique is employed. And reliability indices calculation method is used. Finally, Analytic network process method is employed. As a result, calculating accurate reliability, finding weak points, and expansion scheduling of the system is possible.

막분리공정을 이용한 폐수재활용 설비 기술

  • 폐수 재활용방법은 반도체업계나 도금, 기타 산업에서 주로 2차 세정수를 회수하여 저급수로 직접 사용하는 방법 또는 간단한 전처리를 거쳐 원수에 혼합하여 정수처리하는 RECLAM SYSTEM과 1차 세정폐수를 분리하여 전처리와 RO 등을 거쳐 용수로써 재활용하는 PROCESS RECYCLE SYSTEM, 종합 폐수처리 후 방류수를 재활용하는 방류수 재활용설비로 구분할 수 있다. 막분리를 사용한 폐수 재활용기술에서는 방류수 재활용(종합폐수 재활용)와 원폐수 재활용(성상변 분리 재활용)만을 다루고져 한다.

Reducing Bias of the Minimum Hellinger Distance Estimator of a Location Parameter

  • Since Beran (1977) developed the minimum Hellinger distance estimation, this method has been a popular topic in the field of robust estimation. In the process of defining a distance, a kernel density estimator has been widely used as a density estimator. In this article, however, we show that a combination of a kernel density estimator and an empirical density could result a smaller bias of the minimum Hellinger distance estimator than using just a kernel density estimator for a location parameter.
