A Performance Analysis of Environmental Education based on a Combined AHP and RFM Model (AHP와 RFM 결합모델 기반의 환경교육 성과분석)

  • The environmental education is more and more important according to increasing environmental problems, but university students don't receive it actively. Actually, environmental education in university is conducted and focused on environmental engineering. In order to have an effect on environmental education for all engineering college students, the course of environmental education consists of various fields of engineering study including environmental engineering. The environmental education categories for engineering college students are determined by using an AHP technique in this study. After educating engineering college students with the developed environmental education course, we evaluated the environmental education performance using the survey on perception level and purchasing data of environmentally consciously products by statistical and RFM analysis.

  • The object of study is to propose a method for grouping R, F, and M in RFM model. Our model uses 6 levels using standard normal distribution. First level is upper 2.5% and second level next 13.5%, third level next 34%, fourth level next 34%, fifth level next 13.5%, sixth level next 2.5%. Values are symmetric and limits are clear. We compare proposed model with traditional 5 level model and 10 level model using NDSL data of KISTI. Proposed model divides most clearly the distribution of the RFM function for all cases of weights, because it uses the distribution of customers. Comparison studies of our model with grouping using cluster analysis and studies on weights of RFM model are needed.

  • In retail industry, it has been a major focus of marketing to identify and manage loyal customers effectively. Being established as a mature distribution channel, Internet retailing has launched various one-to-one marketing efforts and enjoyed much more fruitful outcome because it is founded on digitally enabled infrastructure. As more complicated and crowded transactions are expected, Internet retailing is in need of electronically available customer management services. This research presents architectural design of Web services for loyal customer management in Internet retailing. The fundamental models of the services are based on traditional RFM analysis. The Web services provide various agents that automate complicated loyal customer management tasks. beadily available Web services are expected to easily integrate into existing applications of any electronic retailers.

  • RFM is believed to be universally applicable to any type of the sensor. Most of researches carried out lately are concentrated on terrain-independent method, but the researches about approvement of accuracy by way of terrain-dependent method are required to increase a practical use of satellite imagery in nonprofessional groups. This research focused on a means to improve RFM solution, a matching technique, and a generation of DEM through a correlation analysis, with terrain-dependent solution. The result shows that accuracy problem which is caused by over-parameterization on RFCs was removed through correlation analysis, and it was possible to generate a accurate DEM with terrain-dependent solution. And also, the application of RFM with different satellite images show sensor independent characteristics of RFM

  • Collaborative filtering which is used explicit method in a existing recommedation system, can not only reflect exact attributes of item but also still has the problem of sparsity and scalability, though it has been practically used to improve these defects. This paper proposes the personalized recommendation system using RFM method and k-means clustering in u-commerce which is required by real time accessablity and agility. In this paper, using a implicit method which is is not used complicated query processing of the request and the response for rating, it is necessary for us to keep the analysis of RFM method and k-means clustering to be able to reflect attributes of the item in order to find the items with high purchasablity. The proposed makes the task of clustering to apply the variable of featured vector for the customer's information and calculating of the preference by each item category based on purchase history data, is able to recommend the items with efficiency. To estimate the performance, the proposed system is compared with existing system. As a result, it can be improved and evaluated according to the criteria of logicality through the experiment with dataset, collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

Positional Precision Improvement of RFM by the correlation analysis and Production of DEMs (상관도 분석을 통한 RFM의 위치 정확도 분석 및 수치표고모형의 제작)

  • 최근 들어 다항식비례모형(RFM: Rational Function Model)은 비전문가에게 있어서 지형보정을 위한 정확도 문제를 해결함과 동시에 센서 종류에 상관없이 적용 가능한 범용적인 센서모델링 기법으로 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 엄밀(physical) 모델이 없는 센서 혹은 위성의 궤도력 자료를 제공하지 않는 센서의 경우 다항식비례모형의 적용을 위해서는 다수의 매개변수 사용으로 인한 계수들 간의 상관성을 고려해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2차 다항식비례모형에 기초하여 전방 다항식비례모형(Forward RFM)과 상관도 분석을 통한 전방 다항식비례모형의 이른 및 위치정확도에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 대상연구지역은 KOMPSAT(Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite)과 SPOT으로 촬영한 대전광역시와 그 주변지역으로 SPOT과 KOMPSAT 모두 상관성 분석 전에는 대략 50% 정도의 검사점에 대해 과대오차(>100m)가 얻어졌으며, 이 점들을 제외한 검사점에 대해서도 SPOT은 평균수평오차 20-24m, 평균표고오차 25m, KOMPSAT은 평균수평오차 15-24m, 평균표고오차 30m를 나타내었다. 전방 다항식비례모형에 대하여 상관성 분석을 수행한 후에는 검사점에 대한 모든 과대오차 조정결과가 소거되었고 검사점에 대해서 SPOT은 평균수평오차 8.8m, 평균표고오차 25.2m, KOMPSAT은 평균수평오차 8.4m, 평균표고오차 14.5m를 나타내었다. 최종적으로 연구지역에 대한 수치표고모형의 제작을 통해 상관도 분석을 통한 다항식비례모형의 실제 적용 가능성을 보여주었다.

  • 소매유통업에 있어 충성고객을 발견하고 효과적으로 관리하는 일은 마케팅 부서의 주요 관심사라고 할 수 있다. 최근 성숙된 유통 채널로 자리잡고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업도 다양한 마케팅 노력을 기울이고 있으며 그 성과가 기존 소매유통업 보다 클 것으로 기대하고 있는데 이는 인터넷 소매유통업이 기본적으로 디지털 기반 구조 하에 사업이 수행되기 때문이다. 그러나, 매출 규모가 확장됨에 따라 고객 관계가 보다 복잡해지고 거래 건수도 크게 확장되고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업은 전자적으로 이용 가능한 고객 관리 서비스를 필요로 하고 있다 본 논문은 인터넷 소매유통업의 충성고객관리를 위한 웹서비스의 프레임웍 및 적용 사례를 제시하고 있다. 고객관리 웹서비스의 기본 모델은 전통적인 RFM분석에 기반을 두고 있는데 복잡한 충성고객관리 업무를 처리하는 에이전트를 제공한다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰이나 상점의 운영 시스템과 용이하게 통합될 수 있는 웹서비스는 적은 비용으로 효과적인 고객관리를 실현하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • It is the important accurately to identify the needs of our customers in order to success the project. Requirements in the early stages of business is very abstract or not quantitative, and that will cause problems such as cost or schedule changes. Particularly many people are likely to prefer the early stages of the project, because the time of applying VE related cost savings is important. Owner's requirement analysis for project success in the VE process does not easy, and specific ongoing management of the requirement is difficult. Therefore, the analysis and the application of owner's requirements is limited in project process. The purpose of this study is proposed to the RFM technique to supplement the functional analysis on the basis owner's requirements analysis in planning a building project.

  • Disk type single phase switched reluctance motor which is a simple robust construction, simple control circuit and low manufacturing cost, has a characteristics of axial and radial flux machines. However, because this DSPSRM has a complicated magnetic circuit, it is difficult to analyze the design characteristics.. In this study, the calculation of design parameter based on the conventional design theory of electric machine and the characteristics analysis by computer simulation was performed. As the DSPSRM has the characteristics of both AFM and RFM, it is difficult to analyze its characteristics by the 2D FEM. 3D FEM was applied in the analysis of energy distribution and approximated calculation of torque characteristics with rotor positions. With analysis results, prototype of DSPSRM is manufactured.

  • Conventional research on customer relationship management(CRM) in general has focused on the effects of individual customer's satisfaction, retention and profit management. However, corporate customers are more profitable than individual customers because of high volume and frequent transactions between companies. In this article, a prototype for a corporate customer relationship management is developed in the postal service. First, the frequency and amount of customers' usage were examined, and thereby the corporate customer rating scheme was established to provide customized service. Second, five different types of usage patterns were determined using clustering analysis. In addition, we presented the rationales behind the five types of patterns. Third, RFM(recency, frequency, monetary) analysis was performed, and then action plans were developed to increase sales. Finally, the prototype software was developed to automatically perform the above analysis using MS Excel program.
