A study on the corrosion behavior of RE36 steel for marine structure was investigated with parameters such as micro-Vickers hardness, corrosion potential and corrosion current density measurement of weld metal(WM), base metal (BM) and heat affected zone(HAZ), Al anode generating current and Al anode weight loss quantity in case of cathodic protection. And we carried out slow strain rate test(SSRT) in order to research mechanical properties such as stress at maximum load, percent strain, time to fracture and strain to failure ratio etc and to find out limiting cathodic polarization potential for hydrogen embrittlement with applied cathodic polarization potential. Hardness of HAZ part was the highest among those three parts and also galvanic corrosion susceptibility was the highest in HAZ part among those three parts due to the lowest corrosion potential than other parts. However corrosion current density was the highest in WM part among those three parts. And the optimum cathodic polarization potential showing the best mechanical properties obtained by SSRT method with applied constant cathodic potential was from - 770mV to - 875mV(SCE). However it is suggested that limiting cathodic polarization potential indicating hydrogen embrittlement on the mechanical properties was under - 900mV(SCE).

This paper describes rapid prototyping (RP) and reverse engineering (RE) application for orthopedic surgery planning to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the orthopedic surgery. Using the symmetrical characteristics of the human body, CAD data of undamaged bone of the injured area are generated from a mirror transformation of undamaged bone data for the uninjured area. The physical model before the injury is manufactured from Poly jet RP process. The surgical plan, including the selection of the proper implant, pre-forming of the implant and decision of fixation positions, etc., is determined by a physical simulation using the physical model. In order to examine the applicability and efficiency of the surgical planning technology, two case studies, such as a distal tibia comminuted fracture and an iliac wing fracture of pelvis, are carried out. From the results of the examination, it has been shown that the RP and RE can be applied to orthopedic surgical planning and can be an efficient surgical tool.

The hollow RC(Reinforced concrete) pier has decrease of weight and reduced of materials compared to solid RC pier. However, the hollow RC pier shows a low ductile behavior due to brittle failure of inside concrete. To overcome this problem, the internally confined hollow reinforced concrete column has been developed. In this study, the behavior of internally confined hollow RC piers were evaluated with safety ratio, ductility, total material cost, the total weight of the pier, etc. The chosen parameters for the study are hollow ratio, thickness of internal steel tube, intervals between vertical re-bars, numbers of horizontal re-bars, and strength of concrete.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

This paper reviews the concept and limits of rural community development, examines the relation between consciousness education and movement, and suggests the model of social consciousness education to rural community movement. Since consciousness education is closely related to social movement methodologically, organizational and systematic community development movements for re-structuring the urban-oreiented policies and education which back up them be followed as natural consequence. Based upon the results of this study, the new paradigm is suggested. As shown in the model, new understanding of urban-rural continuum theory, new roles and concept of social consciousness education should be emphasized to solve the contemporary rural community problems. The organizational community development movement for the rural-oriented policy should be an essential process, and peoples' re-orientation, such as 'breaking stereotype', 'assumming a critical thinking toward social reality' etc., is the indispensible background of successful movement.

This research is to make an attempt the analysis award consumption state, import and export in the world coffee market. This research results were as follows. First, The result of the analysis of Korea coffee market, imports of green bean were 1,316,000 bags from export countries in 2000. Re-exports of processed coffee were 71,000 bags in 2000. Main suppliers were Brazil, Viet Nam, Honduras, Colombia, Indonesia. Second, The result of the analysis of United State coffee market, imports of all forms of coffee were 19.29 million bags. Main suppliers were Brazil(15%), Viet Nam(15%), Colombia(17%) etc. Third, The result of the analysis of Japan market, imports of green beans were 6.37million bags in 2001. Re-exports of processed coffee were 166.000million bags. Consumption per head in 2001 was about 3.5 kg and Japanese coffee consumer now drink on average 11.0 cups per week.

Peripheral devices of OBCS in kyeongbu KTX serve various function. those services operate to make sure the safety of trains by displaying some malfunction signs of system and help maintain them appropriately. and they also provide various services for passengers in KTX. They divide into TECA which supports drivers with various data, PID which displays where to go, FDTR, HVAC, MDT etc. To develop superannuated devices, maintain and check its malfunction., we need to analyse hardware specification, OBCS and also protocol for communication devices simultaneously. here, we're trying to find how to find efficient approach by using a protocol analyser properly. We're going to develop peripheral devices to elevate and improve maintenance functions by collecting, compiling data.

This research was conducted toward the types and kinds of repairing the randomly chosen apartment buildings. The conclusions are : There are eleven types of repairing executions, re - analyzed into thirty \ulcorner one kinds. For the public spaces, in and outside the buildings, there are five types and fifty - one kinds. The management of the buildings are all self - governed with the plannings to continually repair. The claims are most frequently answered by re - equipping the facilities of kitchen work. the bathroom facilities, etc. And for the public facilities there are claims against the bad conditions of electricity, noises tem other fleers, upper and lower, and moistures on the walls. The suggestions for the improvement of the apartment housing conditions may well contribute to the plannings for repairing the facilities, private and public, of the apartment buildings.

The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) constructed the IMO Korea homepage to owned jointly IMO information when establishing a international standard in about marine transport and the shipbuilding, in order to speak for the profit of Korea in IMO and it was double renewal since 2004. But the newly re-opened the IMO Korea homepage is also operated to the level which simply keeps IMO documents because of limited H/W sizes. This study investigated and analyzed the domestic and similar foreign homepages to provide effectively about the IMO informations At the result, these homepages were serviced to the meeting resultants using the various contents such as Semantic search, Thesaurus search, establishment of web accessible etc. Therefore, the existing IMO Korea homepage must be re-constructed as IMO Information Portal Site to provide better information.

In this paper, we analyze the current research technology trends through the literature reviews of technical outlines of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, domestic and overseas policy trends, etc. After analyzing the literature, we found out while the re-use and recycling of waste batteries and the in-wheel motor systems are essential areas for the development of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, the related research is not quite sufficient, so the direction for further research is proposed at the conclusion.
