Current status of soybean transformation method in Korera was reviewed with recent publications. Most frequently used method for genetic transformation was Agrobacterium-mediated transformation on cotyledonary node which is most popular method used in foreign country. In addition to this, various methods such as sonicationmediated transformation, in planta transformation, and transformation on meristem tissue of germinating seed, have been tried in Korea, even though their efficiencies on repeatability and stability were relatively low. Based on the promising results developed recently by reviewer, several important considerations for successful soybean transformations were suggested. They are 1) proper genotype screening, 2) targeting transformation on exact point, 3) multiple shoot formation, 4) efficient selection pressure, 5) successful shoot elongation, 6) efficient root formation. These are the basic requirements for stable and highly efficient soybean transformation of Korean soybean.

일반적으로 사람들은 특정 상품에 관한 의견을 표현할 때 그 상품이 갖는 개별속성에 대해 긍부정 성향을 표시한다. 어떤 경우에는 상품이 갖는 동질의 개별 속성에 대해 포괄적으로 긍부정 성향을 표현하거나 상품 자체에 대해 표현하기도 한다. 따라서 의견검색 분야에서 추출 대상이 되는 의견 속성명에는 상품의 개별 속성명, 이 개별 속성들을 포함하는 전체어, 그리고 상품명이 존재한다. 그러나 의견 대상을 상품명이나 전체어로 표현할 때, 경우에 따라 의견문장 표면에 나타나는 속성명과 의견 작성자가 의도한 실제 대상이 일치하지 않을 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 의견문장으로부터 의견 대상을 추출하는 방법을 제시한다. 무엇보다 우리는 의도한 대상과 일치하지 않는 속성명으로부터 의도한 대상을 추출하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제시하는 방법에서는 단어간 의존관계를 이용하여 의견속성 후보쌍을 추출하고, 추출된 후보쌍들 중 의견 대상과 일반적으로 빈번히 불일치하는 속성명을 선택한다. 선택된 속성명을 작성자가 의도한 개별속성으로 변경한 뒤, 이를 포함한 전체 의견속성 후보쌍들로부터 적합한 의견속성을 추출하기 위해 사람들이 관심 있어할만한 순으로 재배열하게 된다.

온라인 리뷰는 소비자의 구매 의사결정에 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 소비자의 지각된 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미치는 리뷰 요인을 확인하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 온라인 리뷰의 유용성에 대한 대부분의 기존 연구는 주로 리뷰 및 리뷰어 속성과 같은 정량적 요인에 중점을 두고 있다. 최근 연구에서는 리뷰 콘텐츠과 언어 스타일이 소비자의 구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 또한, 소비자가 의사결정 과정에서 리뷰를 평가할 때 추가적으로 리뷰 텍스트 속성들을 고려해야 한다고 주장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 리뷰 맥락에서 리뷰 콘텐츠과 언어 스타일이 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 한다. 추가적으로 리뷰어의 전문성이 리뷰 콘텐츠 및 언어 스타일과 리뷰 유용성 간의 영향관계를 조절하는지 여부를 조사했다. 연구결과 긍정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠는 리뷰 유용성에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠와 언어적 스타일은 리뷰 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 리뷰어의 전문성은 부정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠와 언어 스타일이 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 온라인 전자상거래 기업이 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이를 마케팅 전략에 반영하여 기업 매출 성장을 달성하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구는 yelp.com에서 2019년 작성된 온라인 음식점 리뷰를 분석하고, 음식점 소비 의사결정 과정에서 온라인 리뷰의 유용성 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한다. 구체적으로 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 요인들을 정교화 가능성 모델에 따라 분류하고, 레스토랑의 가격대에 따라 그 영향이 달라질 것이라고 가정하였다. 2020년 2월 yelp.com에서 제공한 데이터 중, 미국 네바다주에 위치한 Food and Restaurant 카테고리에 속하는 업체들의 온라인 리뷰를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 음이항회귀분석 결과, 리뷰 깊이, 가독성을 포함한 중심단서 및 리뷰 일관성, 리뷰어 인기, 리뷰어 노출을 포함한 주변 단서가 리뷰 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 음식점의 가격대가 높아질수록 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인의 영향이 달라지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 레스토랑 가격이 리뷰의 유용성에 대한 중심 및 주변 단서의 영향을 조절한다는 것을 밝혔으며, 또한 리뷰 플랫폼과 외식업에 가격에 따라 차별화된 리뷰 관리 전략의 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

국내의 의료보험 제도의 순기능은 높이 평가받지만 불완전한 보장성의 문제로 인해 국민들은 민영의료보험 가입을 통해 보장성을 확보하고자 한다. 이로 인해 최근 민영의료보험의 가입률이 높아지게 되었고, 청구율 또한 높아지게 되었다. 이처럼 민영의료보험을 찾는 사람이 늘어남에 따라 민영의료보험사의 근로자는 직무 부담이 가중되었으며, 특히 보험금 지급을 담당하는 보험심사 근무직의 경우 보험금을 고객과의 소통, 회사의 수익 상출에 기여 등 다양한 이유로 직무스트레스가 나날이 증가하고 있으며 그로 인한 부작용을 경험하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보험심사 근무직의 직무스트레스가 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하여 보험심사 근무직의 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 정신건강을 증진하고자 서술적 조사 연구를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 보험심사 근무직의 직무스트레스는 정신건강에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 직무스트레스가 역할수행능력·자기신뢰도, 우울, 수면장애·불안, 일반건강·생명력의 정신건강 4가지 요인 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 보험심사 근무직의 직무스트레스가 정신건강에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 직무스트레스는 근로자로 하여금 직무수행에 대한 열의를 감소시키고 이직률, 퇴사율을 높이는 등 조직적인 측면에서의 부작용을 초래하기도 하지만 개인의 신체 건강을 악화시키고 우울, 불안 등과 같은 질환을 유발하여 정신건강을 피폐하게 만들기도 한다. 따라서 이를 예방하기 위하여 대상자의 특성에 맞는 적절한 직무스트레스 예방법과 대처법을 제공하여 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 정신건강을 증진할 수 있도록 지원하여야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 학술논문 투고관리시스템의 소개 및 발전방향에 대하여 연구하였다. 학술논문 투고관리 시스템은 논문저자에게 되도록 빠르고 편리한 학술지 게제를 제공하고, 논문심사자가 공정하고 편리하게 심사할 수 있도록 시스템을 제공한다. 현재 우리나라는 KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, 한국과학기술정보연구원)가 무상으로 제공하고 있는 KISTI-ACOMS가 보급되고 있으며 또한 각 학회들은 자신들에 맞는 투고관리시스템을 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 앞으로도 지속적인 개선을 통해 발전해 나아갈 것으로 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 학술논문투고관리에 전형적인 심사, 수정, 게재 등에 대하여 설명하고 올바른 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 제시하고자 한다.

PURPOSE: To summarize the evaluation tools of balance [Berg Balance Scale (BBS), timed up and Go (TUG), forward reaching test (FRT)], gait [6 m walking Test (6MWT)], and strength [Chair Stand Test (CST)] for patients with dementia. METHODS: The following databases were searched: Pub MED, Cochrane, Sciences Direct, and Web of Sciences. The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) repeated measurement design, 2) subjects with dementia, 3) use of testing tools such as the BBS, TUG, FRT, 6MWT, and CST, 4) report the reliability. One reviewer performed the quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy study and two evaluators performed data extraction independently. RESULTS: Six articles and one letter were included. The interrater reliability of 6MWT, TUG, and CST, were acceptable (ICC>.90). However, FRT had unacceptable reliability. In test-retest reliability, only BBS has acceptable reliability (ICC>.90). Others had various reliabilities. The risk of interrater reliability bias was low in all studies. However, the risk of bias of intrarater reliability was low in five studies and moderate in two studies. CONCLUSION: The interrater reliability of the 6MWT, TUG, and CST were acceptable. However, in test-retest reliability, only BBS has acceptable reliability. Therefore, we suggest the use of BBS to test the balance of dementia patients. In addition, the study of tool reliability according to the subtype of dementia is needed in the future.

'Dress of the Year' by the UK Fashion Museum in Bath suggested an ideal role for a fashion museum and created fashion history along with the development of fashion journalism. A case study and literature research identified the characteristics of this scheme in terms of roles and functions for a fashion museum and defined them as: suggestion of collection cases, data construction for fashion research, and contribution to fashion critique. First, it suggested a good case of collection process. The 'Dress of the Year' creates a museum identity with a collection selected by designated journalist reviewer every year in order to maintain and strengthen a virtuous cycle. Second, it contributed to the accumulation of data for fashion research. The vast amount of data accumulated for more than 50 years became a fashion history that shows the change of fashion trends with a value of public confidence. It presented the possibilities of fashion research in various perspectives. Third, it contributed to the development of fashion criticism. The development of fashion journalism was conducted on the initiative of 'Dress of the Year' as well as contributed to the birth and growth of fashion journalists.

Introduction to Medicine (Euihak-Ipmun), written by Lee Chun of the Ming Dynasty, is a comprehensive medical book brought to Joseon in the 1600s. It directly influenced many medical books written in the Joseon Dynasty of the same period, and became a major citation document of Dongui-Bogam. Introduction to Medicine became a major text for medical education in 1834 and has since been used as a clinical primer of Korean medicine. This article first examines the Joseon's era published version of Introduction to Medicine using documentation of the Diary of the Royal Secretariat (Seungjeongwon Ilgi), and a woodblock list. Based on these investigations, the reviewer examined the existing versions of the book, and focused on various characteristics for comparison. This article reveals facts which include : 1) All editions of Introduction to Medicine published at the present office are published by Jeolla-do provincial office (Jeolla-Gamyeong). 2) The first edition was published before 1636. 3) A finely produced version (Jeongganbon) was published around 1760. 4) The Jeongrijache-iron type publication was published around 1801.
