The purpose of this study is to investigate the family resource management problems caused by the Internet use. The family resource management problems are composed of time management problem, money management problem and interpersonal resource management problem. And time management problem is perceived as most serious of the three. The perception of family resource management problem is influenced by socio-demographics variables and Internet related variables. Based on the findings, we suggest several implications for education and public policy.

Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

The purpose of this study were, (1) to analyze the effect of the selected variables on urban housewives' family resource management attitude and behavior, and (2) to identify the casual effects of variables on family resource management behavior. A sample of 641 was selected from housewives living in urban area. For data analysis, one-way ANOVA, DMR test, t-test, multiple regression, and path analysis were used. The major findings were as follows: 1. The housewives' family resource management behavior level was lower than their attitude level. 2. The family resource management attitude and behavior among the respondents were affected by the following independent variables : interest with environmental reports and newspapers, perception of time constraints, perception of economic reward. 3. The family resource management attitude had the greatest causal effect on the family resource management behavior.

The purpose of this research is to introduce a new method for teaching family resource management using classroom experiments. Classroom experiments are very attractive in the sense that students are placed directly into the various environments being studied, and they enhance the effectiveness of the Socratic Method, as opposed to traditional lectures. The family resource management approach focuses on the resource allocation behavior of families in the utilization of their human and non-human resources to achieve goals. Therefore, there are many family resource decision situations to which classroom experiments may be fruitfully applied. Within this context, this research provides useful implications for applying managerial concepts of family resource management behavior in practical situations. The study results might be used to analyze an interactive framework that facilitates discussions of classroom experiments, family resource management behavior and human ecology.

This paper develops a framework for efficient resource management within the grid service environment. Resource management is the core element of the grid service; therefore, GridRMF(Grid Resource Management Framework) is modeled and developed in order to respond to such variable characteristics of resources as accordingly as possible. GridRMF uses the participation level of grid resource as a basis of its hierarchical management. This hierarchical management divides managing domains into two parts: VMS(Virtual Organization Management System) for virtual organization management and RMS(Resource Management System) for metadata management. VMS mediates resources according to optimal virtual organization selection mechanism, and responds to malfunctions of the virtual organization by LRM(Local Resource Manager) automatic recovery mechanism. RMS, on the other hand, responds to load balance and fault by applying resource status monitoring information into adaptive performance-based task allocation algorithm.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family resource management. For this purpose we analyze the level of home informatization focused on the Internet use and it's effects on the family resource management through time management and financial management. Data were collected from 582 housewives who use the Internet at home. The results show that home informatization through the Internet use has changed family resource management totally. It contributes to improve planning and efficiency of resource management, but simultaneously it causes the imbalance of resource management. And the Internet use of housewives also affects time allocation and household expenditure. These changes depend on socio-demographics variables, home informatization related variables, and personal resource variables. The results show that the ability to manage time and finance have much more importance to improve the level of planning and efficiency and to decrease the level of imbalance in managerial subsystem. The results of this research suggest several implications for public policy.

This study is to identify the present condition and level of human resource administration in domestic profit and non-profit organizations, and to investigate on the relation between human resource management and management performance in enterprise. This study is to make items related to the human resource management of American Malcolm Baldrige Award's level and management performance researching questions, investigates seven patterns of organs surveyed positively. The results are as follows: Firstly, the profit organs like manufacturing companies shows more positive than non-profit in comparison with human resource management of each organs. And a local government and public enterprise which is non-profit show to recognize human resource management is insufficient on th whole. Secondly, perception level of a medical institution, educational institution and service industry about aromaticity of human resource management by global standard shows to be positive, but the local government negative. Thirdly, the profit organ in the recognition of human resource management about details practice too, shows to be positive, while non-profit negative. Fourth, the result which compares and analyzes management performance between the similar industry overall show to recognize positive, but public enterprise negative about product, service performance and human resource management. Fifthly, the details practice of human resource administration shows to influence meaningly to all management performance. Therefore, all organizations will positively confront human resource management, make the circumstance of organization through systematic program, and promote the management performance of the organization.

The cloud environment need resource management method that to enable the big data issue and data analysis technology. Existing resource management uses the limited calculation method, therefore concentrated the resource bias problem. To solve this problem, the resource management requires the learning-based scheduling using resource history information. In this paper, we proposes the ART (Adaptive Resonance Theory)-based adaptive resource management. Our proposed method assigns the job to the suitable method with the resource monitoring and history management in cloud computing environment. The proposed method utilizes the unsupervised learning method. Our goal is to improve the data processing and service stability with the adaptive resource management. The propose method allow the systematic management, and utilize the available resource efficiently.

The Korean Family Resource Management Association(KFRMA) celebrated its $20^{th}$ anniversary in 2016. KFRMA has tried to improve the quality of family life through research and education since it was formed in 1996. The purpose of this study was to show the contributions of this association and to suggest the future direction. For these purposes, this study showed the process of development through themes of 40 symposiums and it analyzed the research trends among articles published in the Journal of KFRMA. Based on this evaluation, this study suggested an expansion of the research area, the identification of family resource management relating to family policies or healthy family services. Support for leading research projects and the training of healthy family specialists are needed in this association for next 20 years.

A 'Resource recycling society' is the common goal to reduce environmental impact from human activities and to conserve natural resources. The Resource-Recycling Waste Management is necessary to explicitly show objectives, and to evaluate the achievement level gained by school administration. In this paper, focusing on resource-recycling school waste management, three indicators are designed to evaluate the present conditions of school waste management, which include evaluation of school policy, waste management and education for waste management by school administration. Each indicator is made up of three or four questions that are supposed to be answered by school managers, teachers and students. Questionnaire surveys, which is based on the resource-recycling school waste management indicators, were carried out in elementary school, middle school and high school in the National Capital region. The resulting of indicators well describe the situation of school waste management among these schools. Influential strategies towards resource-recycling school waste management have been found in analysis.
