최소 탐색시간을 위한 2단 구동기의 최적설계법 (AN OPTIMUM DESIGN METHOD OF DUAL-STAGE AGE-ACTUATORS FOR MINIMUM SEEK TIMES)

  • In this paper, we propose a design method using Taguchi method and a neural network. Using this method, we can design a dual-stage actuator having the required tracking/focusing properties in real time. Also, as an application of this method, a proposed dual-stage pick-up actuator having the required properties was designed. The seek time of this designed actuator is less than 13 msec by a time optimal technique. Simulation results show that this method can potentially be implemented in all the dual-stage actuators.

자우(仔牛)에 있어서 심마취기도달(深麻醉期到達)에 요구(要求)되는 Chloral Hydrate의 투여시간(投與時間) 및 용량측정(用量測定)에 관(關)하여 (Study on the Determination of Administration Time and Dosage of Chloral Hydrate Required to Produce Deep Anesthesia in Calves)

  • Ten calves were subjected to general anesthesia with ten percent chlooral hydrate solution. The drug was administered by the method of slow intravenous injection so as to have a better control over the dosage and time until deep anesthesia was attained. Although one of ten calves failed to produce anesthesia, the remainder of nine responded satisfactorily with deep anesthesia. The dosage required averaged as great as 17.5gm per calf, and the time 23 minutes. In view of these advantages indicated in the results, further studies on the use of intravenous chloral hydrate for deep anesthesia in bovine species are to be justifiable.

고식적 단락술후 활로 4 징증의 완전교정수술 (Results of Two-stage Surgical Treatment of Tetralogy of Fallot)

  • Between July, 19S4. and July, 1987, 9 two-stage repair of symptomatic tetralogy of Fallot were carried out at the department of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, Kyungpook national university hospital. Their age ranged from 5 years to 18 years [mean age 9.4 years] at the time of total correction, and there were improvement of systemic oxygen saturation values by 10% and decrease of hemoglobin by 1.6gm/dl after shunt procedures. The interval between the initial shunting procedure and total correction ranged for 7 to 101 months with a mean of 32.7 months. Four of these patients required patching of the infundibulum alone, three required patching of the right ventricular outflow tract across the pulmonary annulus, and valved conduit was used in one due to coronary artery anomaly. Aortic cross clamping time averaged 122.2minutes [range from 60minutes to 150minutes], and cardiopulmonary bypass time averaged 174.4 minutes [range from 80minutes to 300minutes]. The operative mortality rate was 22% [2/9].

  • The product process is sequence of all the required activities that a company must perform to develop, and manufacture a product. These activities include marketing, research, engineering design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and a whole chain of suppliers and vendors. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

IR 고무의 특성(特性) 및 고무화류(靴類)에 활용(活用)하는데 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Application and Characteristics of IR for Footwear)

  • The characteristics of IR and IR blended elastomers, for footwear by means of blending with NR and SBR, have been studied. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The mastication of IR was almost not required, where as NR and SBR are necessary. Therefore mixing time was much reduced because of speedy filler feeding. 2. Disadvantage of low Mooney viscosity was covered by blending with NR and SBR, and by loading filler. Superior flow property in comparison to other polymers was worthy and valuable in providing formulas for mould flow, 3. The elongation property of green stocks and vulcanizates was shown smooth surface for extruded and calendered stocks, and facilitated fabrication processes. 4. Because of slow vulcanization, IR is required to control vulcanization time by adding proper accelerators. This property, in turn, made possible to improve the storing stability of green stocks by controlling scorch time.

  • DVR(Digital Video Recorder), a recently popular visual monitoring system, is required to support multi camera channel display(upto 16 channels) with various display modes in real-time. For such a multichannel display system, it is well known that tearing artifacts become more serious. Thus, one needs to design a display system for DVR so that it does not show tearing artifacts as much as possible, but keeps real-time display speed. In this paper, we present our efforts in designing and implementing a display system which rarely ever shows tearing artifacts, but without degradation of required real-time display speed, and which displays character information stably without blinking.

  • Green Frame is a method for Rahmen structure construction composed of composite PC members. The composite PC members of Green Frame which are based on in-situ production can reduce the construction cost and are more likely to secure quality when compared to production in factories. Previous studies developed forms for in-situ production of Green Frame composite PC members and proposed algorithms to arrange them on site. However, it requires not only their arrangement, but also calculation of an accurate production period to produce the required PC members in a limited space and supply them in a timely manner. In particular, it is necessary to clearly define the properties of detailed processes for in-situ production of PC members and to calculate the time required for respective process. To do so, this study is a basic research on calculating the time for in-situ production using a linear scheduling method.

  • Nonlinear dynamic time history analysis of a structure with energy dissipation devices is complicated and time consuming. In this regard the nonlinear static analysis is a practical alternative for evaluating the earthquake resisting capacity of a structure. In this study the nonlinear static response of a structure was obtained first, and the equivalent viscous modal damping ratio required to satisfy the performance objective was computed in the capacity spectrum format. Then proper amount of viscous dampers were installed to provide the required damping. Parametric study has been performed for the period of the structure, yield strength, and the stiffness after the first yield. According to the earthquake time history analysis results, the maximum displacement of the model structure with viscous dampers designed in accordance with the proposed method corresponds well with the target displacements that was used in the beginning of the design process.

  • Various devices have been emerging as a means of measuring indoor air quality, and among them, there are devices that support real-time remote monitoring through IoT technology and a cloud environment. To improve indoor air quality, based on the results determined by measuring devices, air purifiers or ventilation systems may need to be operated, and temperature and humidity control may be required. In this paper, we propose a design of indoor air quality measuring devices required for indoor air quality evaluation, and of the system needed to control relevant devices to improve indoor air quality through the interaction with the measuring devices. Currently, the servers for the interaction of indoor air quality devices and IoT devices are divided into conventional server type and serverless type, comparing the differences in response time of IoT devices to changes of indoor air quality.

  • 디지털콘텐트는 복제가 용이하고 원본과 복사본이 동일하다는 특성 때문에 불법적인 복제와 유통의 방지를 통한 저작권의 보호에 어려움이 있다. 근래에는 웹을 기반으로 한 각종 디지털콘텐트 서비스 시스템이 상용화되고 있으며, 이것이 안정된 수익 모델로서 발전하기 위하여 적절한 저작권 보호 기술이 요구된다. 일반적으로 웹 기반의 저작권 보호를 위해서는 디지털콘텐트의 암호화를 통한 안전한 전송 방법을 사용한다. 이때 암호화된 디지털콘텐트의 크기는 증가하여 실행과정에 필요한 시간을 증가시킨다. 따라서 실행시간과 안전성을 고려한 시스템의 설계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는, 디지털콘텐트의 저작권 관리 기술을 기반으로 부분 암호화를 통해 수행시간과 안전성을 고려한 디지털콘텐트 전송시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 분석을 통해 제안시스템의 성능을 평가하였다.
