  • 본 논문은 현재 교환시스템의 시스템 랙(rack)간 전송에 사용되는 전기적 신호전송 매체의 한계인 155Mbps 또는 250Mbps에서 15m의 전송거리라는 제약을 극복하고 또한 기존의 단순 동기식 전송방식(1:1)에서 탈피하여 다중/역다중 접속방식(16:1)을 채택하여 고밀도, 저가격, 다중화/역다중화 기능을 포함하는 광송수신 모듈을 개발한 내용을 기술하고 있다. 본 기술은 155Mbps 16채널의 전기적 신호를 2.5Gbps 광신호로 변환하여 양방향으로 전송할 수 있는 Twin-ax/Optical Bus Access Module 개발에 관한 것이다.

  • Current processor power consumption has dramatically increased and already reached 115 Watts. Therefore, Heat sink design needs more high accuracy in 1U server. The target performance of heat sink is very dependent of fin geometry and it is also seriously affected by design conditions such as fan type, air duct shape and heatsink design parameters. The present paper investigates the behavior of heat sink performance under various conditions. The present work addresses pressurized type plane fin heat sinks having dimension of 40 mm by 40 mm by 56 mm fan.

  • The millirneterwave high-T$_{c}$ superconducting(HTS) down-converter sub-system with the HTS/III-V integrated mixer as the central device is demonstrated first. The constituent components of HTS down-converter sub-system such as a single balanced type integrated mixer with rat-race coupler, a cavity type bandpass filter (26 GHz), and a HTS planar lowpass filter(1 GHz), semiconductor LNA and IF-power amplifier, a driving electronic module for A/D converter, and a Stirling type mini-cooler module were combined into an International stand- and rack of 19-inch. From the RF(-61 dBm, 26.5GHz)and LO signal(-1 dBm, 25.6 GHz), IF signal(0dBm, 0.9 GHz) agreed with simulated results is obtained.d.

  • 인터넷을 이용한 생활 패턴의 변화와 정보의 공유가 점차 이동 망과 무선망을 통해 확장되어, 이제는 유 무선의 경계가 없는 통신환경에서 살게 되었다. 이와 같은 접속환경의 변화와 확장은 더욱 네트워크 계층에서의 보안을 필요하게 만들었고, 이를 제공하는 IPSec은 네트워크 계층에서 IP 데이터 그램에 대한 인증, 무결성, 기밀성을 제공해 주는 표준 프로토콜로써 AH(Authentication Header), ESP(Encapsulation Security Payload), IKE(Internet Key Exchange)로 구성되며, 향후 통신의 발달과 함께 연구의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이 중에서 IKE는 IPSec에서 사용하는 보안연계(SA)를 자동으로 설정하는 기능을 가지고 있으며, 상호 인증 및 키 교환을 하는 하이브리드 프로토콜이다. IKEv1은 ISAKMP, DOI, SKEME등으로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 IKEv1은 상호호환성이 부족하기 때문에 구현이 용이하지 않으며, 서비스 거부 공격에 취약한 구조로 되어있다. IKEv2는 이러한 단점을 보안하기 위해 출현하였다. 본 논문에서는 IKEv2 설계시 요구사항에 대하여 알아보고, 그 설계를 기반으로 구현하였다.

  • The 3D simulations for the Rotary Specimen Rack (RSR), the shielding concret, and the reactor core dismantling processes in the Korea Research Reactor-1&2(KRR-1&2) were carried out in the present work. The four main dismantling items, which are the RSR, reactor core, beam tube, and the thermal column and the shield concrete, were selected among the many components in the KRR-2 by consideration of the activation, worker training, difficulty of the work and so on. On the basis of these, we built 3D CAD models, selected the proper dismantling technologies, and reviewed their dismantling processes. In this study, the 3D simulation results of the shielding concrete, and the reactor core dismantling processes are also presented and discussed.

  • UBV observations of the primary eclipse of Algol-type long period eclipsing binary AY Persei have been successfully made using the 61-cm reflector at the Ilsan Station of Yonsei University Observatory in September and October, 1989. These light curves furnish ones to deduce following results; (1) the total duration of the eclipse lasted for about 0.066(0.78 days) with no clear evidence of the existence of the totality, (2) the depths of mid-eclipse of $0^m.91$ and $1^m.07$ for V and B, respectively, (3) two times of minimum light, JD2447820.203 and JD 2447820.200 for V and B, respectively, and (4) no period variation with the improved light elements, Min I =JD2427152.237+$11^d.776620e$, $pm$10 $pm$4 are made.

  • 본 연구는 HHP,PDA,PMP,CNS 등등에 사용되는 중소형 A-Si:H TFT LCD 에서의 Automatic Gamma Correction 적용으로 화질 최적화 구현에 좀 더 쉽고 빠르게 접근하게 되었다. Analog Gamma String 대신 1chip Drive IC에 집적된 Gamma resister Ladder를 A-Si:H TFT-LCD Panel 특성에 보다 정확하게 적용시키기 위해 새로운 알고리즘을 개발 했으며 이를 적용시킨 회로를 Test Board로 실제 구현해서 최종결과를 도출하였다. Kick-Rack 전압을 고려한 Asymmetry-Gamma Correction 구현까지 Automatic으로 1chip Drive IC의 Register를 산출 할 수 있도록 알고리즘을 구성했다.

  • 본 논문에서는 10kW급 리튬계열 에너지 저장장치 (ESS;Energy storage system)의 전기화학적 온도특성을 분석하였다. 70개 $LiFePO_4$ 단위 셀의 직렬결합(70S1P)으로 이루어진 ESS의 온도특성 분석을 위해 여름(7월)과 겨울(1월)일때의 ESS Tray/Rack/Cell 전압(표준편차) 및 온도데이터(최대값/최소값)의 통계처리를 실시하였다. 실험결과를 통해, 주변 외기온도에 영향을 최소화한 안정적인 ESS의 최적구축을 위한 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있다.

Forecast of Influent Characteristics in Wastewater Treatment Plant with Time Series Model (시계열모델을 이용한 하수처리장 유입수 성상 예측)

  • The information on the incoming load to wastewater treatment plants is not often available to apply to evaluate effects of control actions on the field plant. In this study, a time series model was developed to forecast influent flow rate, BOD, COD, SS, TN and TP concentrations using field operating data. The developed time series model could predict 1 day ahead forecasting results accurately. The coefficient of determination between measured data and 1 day ahead forecasting results has a range from 0.8898 to 0.9971. So, the corelation is relatively high. We made forecasting program based on the time series model developed and hope that the program will assist the operators in the stable operation in wastewater treatment plants.

  • The structural analyses were conducted with three models of pinion gears connected to the rack gear which is driven by the steering axle at an automobile. Three models 1, 2 and 3 are designed as the different pinion gears due to the vehicle type. The lower the value of maximum stress, the better the durability of model. Model 3 has the best durability among three models. Models 1 and 2 are expected to require the adjustment in order to improve the durability better. By the utilization of this study result, it is thought to apply at designing the pinion gear with durability at the automobile.
