Towards Enacting a SPEM-based Test Process with Maturity Levels

  • Effective monitoring and testing during each step are essential for document verification in research and development (R&D) projects. In software development, proper testing is required to verify it carefully and constantly because of the invisibility features of software. However, not enough studies on test processes for R&D projects have been done. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi)-based software field R&D test process that offers five integrity levels and makes the process compatible for different types of projects. The Software & Systems Process Engineering Metamodel (SPEM) is used widely in the software process-modeling context, but it lacks built-in enactment capabilities, so there is no tool or process engine that enables one to execute the process models described in SPEM. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)-based workflow engines can be a solution for process execution, but process models described in SPEM need to be converted to BPMN models. Thus, we propose an approach to support enactment of SPEM-based process models by converting them into business processes. We show the effectiveness of our approach through converting software R&D test processes specified in SPEM in a case study.

R22 대체 냉매의 마이크로 핀관내 흐름 비등 열전달 특성 (Flow Boiling Heat Transfer Characteristics of R22 Alternative Refrigerants in a Horizontal Microfin Tube)

  • Flow boiling heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) of R22, R134a, R407C, and R410A were measured experimentally for a horizontal plain and a microfin tube. Experimental apparatus was composed of 3 main parts: a refrigerant loop, a water loop and a water-glycol loop. The test section in th refrigerant loop was made of a copper tube of 9.52 mm outer diameter and 1 m length for both tubes. The refrigerant was heated by passing hot water through an annulus surrounding the test section. Tests were performed at a fixed refrigerant saturation temperature of $5^{\circ}C$ with mass fluxes of 100~300 kg/$m^2$s. Test results showed that at similar mass flux the flow boiling HTCs of R134a were similar to those of R22 for both plain and microfin tube. HTCs of R407C were similar to those of R22 for a plain tube but lower than those of R2 by 25~48% for a microfin tube. And HTCs of R410A were higher than those of R2 by 20~63% for a plain tube and were similar to those of R22 for a microfin tube. In general, HTCs of a microfin tube were 1.8~5.7 times higher than those of a plain tube.

B형 간염백신 'Hepa-Vax' 접종후 항체검사시약 'Hepa-S' kit의 정확도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Validity of 'Hepa-S' Hepatitis B Antibody Detecting Reagent after Vaccination of 'Hepa-Vax')

  • To attempt to measure the effect of domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination schedule, P.H.A. test and R.I.A. test on the 330 healthy adults were carried out. The results obtained were as follow ; 1. The positive anti HBs rate after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination were; in P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit 81.2%, in P.H.A. test with foreign product P.H.A. kit 82.7%, and in R.I.A. test 95.8% 2. Using the result of R.I.A. test as the standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit was 84.8% and specificity was 100.0% 3. Using the result of R.I.A. test as standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with foreign P.H.A. kit was 86.4% and specificity was 100.0%. 4. The concordance rate of P.H.A. test with domestic product and foreign product kit was 98.5%. On the result of this study, there was no significant difference in the validity between the domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' and the foreign P.H.A. kit $'Hebsgencell^{TM}'$. So that it is recommendable to use domestic product P.H.A. kit instead of foreign product P.H.A. kit.

  • Flow condensation heat transfer coefficients (HTCs) of R22, R134a, R407C, and R410A were measured on horizontal plain and microfin tubes. The experimental apparatus was composed of three main parts; a refrigerant loop, a water loop and a water/glycol loop. The test section in the refrigerant loop was made of both a plain and a microfin copper tube of 6.0∼6.16 mm inside diameter and 1.0 m length. Refrigerants were cooled by passing cold water through an annulus surrounding the test section. Tests were performed at a fixed refrigerant saturation temperature of 4$0^{\circ}C$ with mass fluxes of 100, 200, and 300 kg/m2s. Test results showed that at similar mass flux the flow condensation HTCs of R134a were similar to those of R22 for both plain and microfin tubes. On the other hand, HTCs of R407C were lower than those of R22 by 4∼16% and 16∼42% for plain and microfin tubes respectively. And HTCs of R410A were similar to those of R22 for a plain tube but lower than those of R22 by 3∼9% for a microfin tube. Heat transfer enhancement factors of a microfin tube were 1.3∼1.9.

수평 평활관내 R245fa의 흐름 응축 열전달 특성 (Flow Condensation Heat Transfer Characteristic of R245fa in a Horizontal Plain Tube)

  • Flow condensation heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) of R123 and R245fa are measured in a horizontal plain tube. The main test section in the experimental flow loop is made of a plain copper tube of 9.52 mm outside diameter and 530 mm length. The refrigerant is cooled by passing cold water through an annulus surrounding the test section. Tests are performed at a fixed saturation temperature of $50\;{\pm}\;0.2\;^{\circ}C$ with mass fluxes of 50, 100, $150\;kg/m^2s$ and heat flux of $7.3{\sim}7.7\;kW/m^2$. Heat transfer data are obtained in the vapor quality range of $10{\sim}90%$. Test results show that the flow condensation HTCs of R245fa are overall 7.9% higher than those of R123 at all mass fluxes. The pressure drop of R245fa is smaller than that of R123 at the same heat flux. In conclusion, R245fa is a good candidate to replace ozone depleting R123 currently used in chillers from the view point heat transfer and environmental properties.

제강 슬래그 및 순환골재를 사용한 순환 아스팔트 혼합물의 장기 공용성 평가 (Long-Term Performance Evaluation on the Recycled Asphalt Concrete Using the Steel Slag and Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement Aggregates)

  • 본 연구에서는 철강산업 부산물인 제강슬래그 및 폐아스팔트 콘크리트포장 파쇄물인 순환골재를 사용하여 아스팔트 혼합물용 천연골재를 대체 가능성을 파악하고 제강슬래그를 활용한 아스팔트 혼합물의 공용성 평가를 수행하였다. 일반 WC-2와 Slag WC-2(R)에 대한 평가는 동일한 조건으로 수행하였으며, 수행기관은 국가 공인시험기관(KTR) 및 한국도로학회로 각 기관의 연구용역을 통해 평가되었다. 동적안정도, 동탄성계수, 피로균열 시험결과 슬래그 아스팔트 혼합물이 일반 아스팔트 혼합물에 비해 각각 140%, 저온·고온 487·350%, Low·Middle·High Stress Level 32·325·900% 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다. 함부르크 휠 트래킹 시험결과 두 가지 혼합물의 수분저항성이 우수한 것으로 조사되었으나, 슬래그 아스팔트 혼합물 시험결과에 변곡점이 없고 변위발생량이 낮아 일반 혼합물 대비 우수한 것으로 조사되었다. 장기공용성 평가(APT) 결과 슬래그 아스팔트 혼합물에서 소성변형 발생량이 6.5% 적게 발생하였으며, 표층, 기층 및 하부층의 압축량을 분석한 결과 슬래그 포장도로의 표층 소성변형 저항성이 45% 높게 조사되었다.

시험불안척도, 상태-특성불안 척도, 간이정신진단검사를 이용한 한의학과 대학생의 시험불안 특성 (Test Anxiety Investigation of Students in Oriental Medicine College by Using Korea's version-Test Anxiey Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Symptom Check List-90-Revision)

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate and measure the Test-anxiety of college students in OO Oriental Medicine by using Korea's version-Test Anxiey Inventory(K-TAI-K), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI), Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R), etc. Methods : We studied 181 students who being at OO College of Oriental Medicine in second semester, 2007 We used some questionaries like K-TAI-K, STAI, SCL-90-R , College Life Satisfacaion, Life Event Questionnaire. Results and Conclusions : 1.141 persons(83,43%) of students feel the largest test anxiety before test. 18 persons(9.94%) of students feel the largest test anxiety after test. 2.The 1st grade students of preparatory course and 4th grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R. The 2nd grade students of regular course have the lowest score in State Anxiety Inventory and obsessive-compulsive of SCL-90-R 3. Students who failed in test one time have the lowest score , and who failed in test more than two times have the highest score in K-TAl-K Students who failed one time in grade promotion more than two times showed high score in second K-TAI-K. 4. The higher grade, the lower score in College Life Satisfaction. The scores of College Life Satisfaction have negative correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety, 5. The scores of Life Event Questionnaire have positive correlations with those of K-TAI-K, STAI and SCL-90-R except phobic anxiety. 6. The scores of K-TAl-K have positive correlations with those of STAI, SCL-90-R, College Life Satisfaction and Life Event Questionnaire. A correlation coefficient of obsessive-compulsive scale is highest, anxiety scale is second, interpersonal sensitivity scale is third, depression scale is fourth high among the scales of SCL-90-R.

  • In this paper, we present some results on No-failure accelerated life test of aerial vehicle for reliability demonstration. The design of general accelerated life test consists of the three phases: 1) Estimating normal life test time of a single product from Weibull distribution model; 2) Determining the acceleration factor (AF) by utilizing the relation between the life of mechanical components and the applied torque; 3) Calculating the accelerated life test time, which comes from dividing the estimated normal life test time into AF. Then, we applied the calculated life test time to the real reliability test of the flap actuating system, while considering the requirement specification for mechanical components and operating environment of the actuation system. Real experimental processes and results are presented to validate the theory.

연료전지 가속내구모드 개발 (Development of An Accelerated Durability Test Mode for Fuel Cell)

  • The fuel cell vehicle is a type of hydrogen vehicle which uses a fuel cell to produce electricity, powering its on-board electric motor. The fuel cell vehicle driving principle is completely different from the internal combustion engine vehicle. In order to ensure the durable quality of the fuel cell vehicle, durability test mode considering the characteristics of the fuel cell must be developed. In this study, we derived the durability test mode profile through collecting and analyzing fuel cell vehicle driving data. Then, the accelerated durability test mode is developed by adding degradation conditions and is experimentally validated to have an acceleration factor of 5~6.

The Performance Evaluation of R407C and R410B in a Residential Window Air-Conditioner

  • This study presents test results of a residential window air-conditioner using R22 and two potential alternative refrigerants, R407C and R410B. A series of performance tests has been carried out for the basic and liquid-suction heat exchange cycles in a psychometric calorimeter test facility. For R407C, the same rotary compressor was used as in the R22 system. However, compressor for the R410B system was modified to provide the similar cooling capacity. The evaporator circuit was changed to get a counter-cross flow heat exchanger to take advantage of zeotropic mixture's temperature glide, and liquid-suction heat exchange cycle was also considered to improve the system performance. Test results were compared with those for the basic R22 system. The modified system with a liquid-suction heat exchanger increased cooling capacity and energy efficiency by up to 5%.
