간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Multi-cultural Acceptance of Freshmen in Nursing Colleges)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 수준을 파악하고 이에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 W 시 소재 K 대학 간호학과 1학년 학생 410명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 1일- 28일까지 설문조사하였고, 오픈소스 통계패키지 R을 이용하여 빈도, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, Multiple regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 신입생의 다문화수용성 수준은 평균 77.36점으로 다소 높은 다문화 수용성 능력을 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 다문화수용성 관련 요인의 영향을 분석한 결과 한국인 인정요건(𝛽=0.34, p<.001), 이주민에 대한 지각된 위협 인식(𝛽=0.29, p<.001), 다문화 교육 경험(𝛽=0.14, p<.001), 다문화 교육 적정 연령 인식(𝛽=0.20, p<.001)은 유의미하였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 간호대학생의 다문화 관련 정규 교육과정 및 프로그램을 개발하고 적극적으로 활용해야 할 필요가 있다.

  • A cylindrical type of self-controlled restrictor is designed for hydrostatic bearing of crank shaft for a grinding wheel spindle. The effect of operation parameters, clearance between spindle and housing on bearing stiffness are analyzed to determine the optimum conditions of operation parameters. The lowest values of the supply pressure and the loads by the theoretical and experimental results assuming oil film thickness and shape of pocket are compared.

Screening of MicroRNA in Patients with Esophageal Cancer at Same Tumor Node Metastasis Stage with Different Prognoses

  • Patients at the same pathological stage of esophageal cancer (EC) that received the same surgical therapy by the same surgeon may have distinct prognoses. The current study aimed to explore the possibility of differentially-expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) underlying this phenomenon. Samples were collected from EC patients at the same tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage but with different prognoses. Paracancerous normal tissues were taken as controls. The specimens were histopathologically analyzed. Differentially-expressed miRNAs were analyzed using real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Compared with patients with poor prognosis, those with good prognosis exhibited 88 two-fold or more than two-fold increased miRNA fragments and 4 half-decreased miRNAs. The most noticeably up-regulated miRNAs included hsa-miR-31, hsa-miR-196b, hsa-miR-652, hsa-miR-125a-5p, hsa-miR-146b, hsa-miR-200c, hsa-miR-23b, hsa-miR-29a, hsa-miR-186, hsa-miR-205, hsa-miR-376a, hsa-miR-410, hsa-miR-532-3p, and hsa-miR-598, whereas the most significantly-downregulated miRNAs were hsa-let-7e, hsa-miR-130b, and hsa-miR-103. EC patients at same TNM stage but with different prognoses show differentially-expressed miRNAs.

낙지 (Octopus minor)의 성 성숙과 성장 특성 (Sexual Maturity and Growth Characteristics of Octopus minor)

  • Sexual maturity and growth characteristics of Octopus minor were investigated in 796 individuals from mud flats in Goorori, Muan-Goon, Korea. Gonadosomatic index (GSI) peaked between June and July in females and between November and January in males. The discrepancy in the index peaks between females and males might result from the earlier sexual maturation of males. The sex ratio was biased toward females (68%) in April and toward males (78%) in September, although the differences were not significant (p>0.05). In females, about 50% of individuals with a mantle length of 70.6 mm were sexually mature versus 100% of individuals with mantle lengths over 80 mm. In females, fecundity was also related to size, ranging from 44 eggs in individuals with a mantle length of 54 mm to 179 eggs in the female with a mantle length of 100.5 mm. The relationship between mantle length (ML) an body weight (BW) was BW=0.008 ML$^{2.2797}$ (n=389, r$^2$=0.83, p<0.01) in males and BW=0.029 ML$^{2.2797}$ (n=407, r$^2$=0.74, p<0.01) in females. Analysis of co-variation showed that the difference in the slopes of the two regression lines was significant (p<0.01). Analysis of mantle length-frequency for each month revealed 1 to 3 normal distribution modes. The growth parameters obtained by fitting the modal progression to the seasonalized von Bertalanffy growth function (VBGF) were ML$\infty$= 112.38 mm, K=1.9, C=0.90, and WP=0.1. The results indicate that the seasonal growth oscillation of the stock is very strong and winter is the season when growth is the slowest.

Physicochemical and Rheological Properties of a Novel Emulsifier, EPS-R, Produced by the Marine Bacterium Hahella chejuensis

  • The rheological properties of an exopolysaccharide, EPS-R, produced by the marine bacterium Hahella chejuensis strain 96CJ 10356 were investigated. The $E_{24}$ of $0.5\%$ EPS-R was $89.2\%$, which was higher than that observed in commercial polysaccharides such as xanthan gum ($67.8\%$), gellan gum ($2.01\%$) or sodium alginate ($1.02\%$). Glucose and galactose are the main Sugars in EPS-R, with a molar ratio of ${\~}1:6.8$, xylose and ribose are minor sugar components. The average molecular mass, as determined by gel filtration chromatography, was $2.2{\times}10^3$ KDa, The intrinsic viscosities of EPS-R were calculated to be 16.5 and 15.9 dL/g using the Huggins and Kraemer equations, respectively, with a 2.3 dL/g overlap. In terms of rigidity, the conformation of EPS-R was similar to that of caboxymethyl cellulose ($5.0{\times}10^{-2}$). The rheological behavior of EPS-R dispersion indicated that the formation of a structure intermediate between that of a random-coil polysaccharide and a weak gel. The aqueous dispersion of EPS-R at concentrations ranging from 0.25 to $1.0\%$ (w/w) showed a marked shear-thinning property in accordance with Power-law behavior. In aqueous dispersions of $1.0\%$ EPS-R, the consistency index (K) and flow behavior index (n) were 1,410 and 0.73, respectively. EPS-R was Stable to pH and salts.

대향류와 평행류형 판형 증발기에서 운전방식에 따른 성능특성 분석 (Analysis of Performance Characteristics in the Counter and Parallel Type Plate Evaporator with Operating Methods)

  • The analysis of performance characteristics was carried out in the plate type evaporator with counter and parallel flow. To investigate performance of evaporator with water inlet temperature and refrigerant mass flow rate were changed. As a result, when the inlet temperature of water is $8^{\circ}C$, capacity of parallel flow evaporator higher than counter flow is 0.35%. But as the inlet temperature of water rises from $8^{\circ}C$ to $16^{\circ}C$, capacity of counter flow type evaporator higher than parallel flow type is 0.12%, 0.27%, 1.1%, 1.6%, respectively. The findings showed that counter flow type evaporator has a larger capacity than those that were parallel flow type evaporator. As the refrigerant mass flow rate rises, capacity and pressure drop increases in the counter and parallel flow type evaporator.

대상방목 체계하에서 고능력 착우유에 의한 초지 이용율에 대한 연구 I. 일당 채식 허용량의 수준에 따른 방목후 초생구조의 변화 (Studies on Herbage Utilization by Grazing Dairy Cows under Strip Grazing I. Changes in the sward structure affected by levels of daily herbage allowance)

  • 방목체계하에서 일당 채식허용량(kg OM/cow)의 수준에 따른 일당 채식량 및 산유량의 경향을 방목에 따른 초생의 구성 및 구조적 변화와 관련하여 검토하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 보에서는 5일간 24시간 대상 방목체계하에서 고능력 착유우에 대한 3 수준의 일당 채식허용량에서 방목후 초생의 구조와 관련된 요인들의 변화를 조사한 결과를 요약하였다. 시험시기별 방목적 초생량 및 초장은 시험시기 1에서 5,047kg OM/ha와 341mm에서 초생의 생육이 진행됨에 따라 유의적으로 증가하여 시험시기 3에서 6,877kg OM/ha와 446mmduTdmsk, 채식허용량의 수준을 달리한 시험구 간에는 유의적인 차이가 없없다(평균 6,068kg OM/ha와 410mm). 방목후 초생의 구성은 채식허용량의 수준에 의해 많은 영향을 받았는데, 방목후 초생내 청엽의 수직적 분포높이, 비율 및 밀도는 고사엽과 엽초보다 훨씬 높은 감소비율을 보였고, 방목전 청엽은 지상 50cm까지 분포되어다가 방목후 고 및 중 수준이 채식허용량에서는 25cm까지, 저 수준의 채식허용량에서는 20cm까지 분포되어 있던 청엽은 모두 채식되었다. 방목깊이와 예취된 채식초의 부피는 채식허용량의 수준에 따라 유의적인 영향을 받았다. 방목후 초생량은 방목전 수준에 비해 고, 중 및 저 수준의 채식허용량에서 방목전 수준에 비래 각각 35, 36 및 52%가 감소되었다. 채식허용량과 방목후 초장(r=0.79), 생엽의 비율(r=0.94) 및 생엽의 밀도(r=0.91)간에 각각 고도의 정의 상관관계가 인정되었다.

ELISA법에 의한 zearalenone 생성균주의 검색 (Screening of zearalenone-producing strains by ELISA method)

  • ELISA법을 zearalenone 생성균주 검색에 응용하였다. 먼저 zearalenone에 대한 항체를 500배 희석한 후 microtiter well에 $125\;{\mu}l$씩 주입하여 $40^{\circ}C$에서 overnight시켜 coating하고, 시료용액과 enzyme을 $37^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 반응시켰다. 배양후 washing buffer로 6회 세척한 다음 plate에 2,2'-azino-di-3-ethyl-benzthiazoline sulfonic acid(ABTS) 용액을 $100\;{\mu}l$씩 첨가하여 15분간 발색시킨 다음 반응 정지액 $100\;{\mu}l$씩을 가해 반응을 정지시키고 ELISA Reader로서 흡광도(410 nm)를 측정하였다. 그 결과 zearalenone 생성이 확인된 19 균주 중 분리균 R-5, C-46 및 S-134가 50 ng/ml 이상의 zearalenone을 생성하였다.

종횡비가 다른 납작관 내 응축열전달 및 압력손실 (Condensation Heat Transfer and Pressure Drop in Flat Tubes with Different Aspect Ratios)

  • 본 연구에서는 내경 5.0mm 원관을 납작하게 한 납작관에 대하여 R-410A 를 사용하여 응축열전달 실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 포화온도와 열유속을 각각 $45^{\circ}C$ 와 10kW/$m^2$으로 고정한 상태에서 질량유속과 건도를 변화시키며 수행되었다. 실험결과 납작관의 종횡비가 열전달계수에 미치는 영향은 유동양식에 따라 달리 나타났다. 환상류에서는 종횡비가 증가할수록 증가하고 성층류에서는 종횡비가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 한편 납작관의 마찰손실은 종횡비가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 기존 상관식들은 납작관의 열전달계수와 마찰계수를 적절히 예측하였다.

가열기가 내장된 냉매오일 분리기의 성능 고찰 (Performance Analysis of the Refrigerant oil separator with a build-in heater)

  • Refrigerant oil reduces friction between piston and cylinder of compressor and is normally hard to mix or dissolve in refrigerant. Oil separator deprives refrigerating oil from mixed solution of refrigerant and refrigerant oil. Sometimes much machine oil is carried into an evaporator and is applied to surface of the evaporator, and then disturbs heat transfer through it. Well-made oil separator helps refrigerating system stable and evaporator sustain full capacity. In this paper, new oil separate with different way to structure is suggested and tested. As result the new separates is 13% higher at 0C with 10% mixture and 6% higher at 0C with 20% mixture.
