가스차단기의 성능은 노즐재질, 접점분리 속도 차단기의 치수 그리고 마크시간 등에 좌우되며 이러한 일련의 현상을 고찰하기 위한 유동현상을 모의하기 위해서는 기본적으로 두 접점의 상대운동 및 접점 사이에서 발생하는 아크 플라즈마(arc plasma)에 의한 전도, 대류, 복사현상 뿐만 아니라 아크전류에 의한 로랜츠힘(Lorentz's force), 용삭(ablation)에 의한 화학작용 등과 같은 매우 복잡한 물리적 현상을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 차단과정 중 대전류 영역에서의 아크특성과 마크에서 방출되는 강한 복사에너지에 의해 발생하는 PTFE 증기에 의한 영향을 고려하기 위해서 상용 CFD 프로그램인 PHOENICS에 아크 모델링과 고온에서의 $SF_6$-PTFE 혼합가스의 물성치 대입을 위한 보조 프로그램을 작성하여 해석을 수행하였다.

본 연구에서는 유도기의 사용 환경과 운전 조건을 고려하여 출력 1 [MW]급의 대형 유도기를 설계하였다. 유도기의 설계사양은 당사의 유도기 설계 프로그램(=등가회로법)을 통하여 전체적인 사양을 도출하였고, 기계 방정식과 결합된 유한요소 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 세부적인 동특성을 해석하였다. 유도기의 설계 변수는 턴수, 슬롯면적, 운전전압으로 하였고, 구동 주파수 25~60 [Hzl의 범위에서 가장 효율이 높은 유도기를 설계하였다. 해석의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 샘플용 유도기를 제작하고 부하 시험을 수행하여 해석결과와 비교하였다. 부하 시험은 구동 주파수 25$\sim$60 [Hz]의 범위에서 부하율을 25$\sim$100 [%]로 변화시켜 수행하였다.

This study is for stabilization of the water balance of the closed cooling water system. The pipe network analysis program is used for the water balance review, and the resistance factor correction is performed through the field measurement with the ultrasonic flowmeter to improve the reliability of the pipe network software. Based on this, it is aimed to derive optimal driving method through various case simulations.

This study was conducted to evaluate hydrocarbon and water dew points of natural gas. For this purpose, algorithm of suppressing divergence was devised to evaluate hydrocarbon dew point up to near critical point and algorithm for finding water dew points lower than that of hydrocarbon, which cannot be calculated by commercial dew point program, was developed. The evaluated values were compared to commercial program and ISO reference values, and the results showed that deviations were zero.

This study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of Virtual Reality(VR) program on recovery of functional in Stroke through systematic literature review and meta-analysis. The following databases were used to search the literature: RISS, KISS, KMbase. Keywords included 'stroke', 'CVA' 'virtual reality', 'rehabilitation', 'virtual reality program' and the evaluated articles were published from 2009 to November 2018. The statistical was used R program, the effect size of upper limb, balance and ADL were calculated by random-effects model. As a result, 9 RCT studies were meta-analyzed and were evaluated for the risk of bias by the RoB of Cochrane Collaboration; the overall risk of bias was low. The effect sizes of VR program was balance(g=.77), ADL(g=.80) as indicated by a "large effect size". Therefore, VR program is large effective in reducing balance and ADL in strokes. It is necessary to develop and apply a virtual reality-based program using more efficient program development.

The primary goal of this study is to develop proper performance indicators for evaluating the results of industrial R&D program. We define R&D results include output, transfer, outcome, and impact in the performance of R&D program. Performance indicators are focused on the results of R&D commercialization, building the industrial foundations as performance proxy of R&D program of Ministry of Knowledge Economy. And we first try to design the coupled structure as logical model between R&D program goals and performance indicators. The coupled structure is represented with objectives of group unit of R&D program, implementation process, R&D practical stage, and the ultimate goal of R&D program.

편집 디자인계에서 인디자인은 강력한 루키다. 인디자인은 10여 년 이상을 우리나라 출판 인쇄 분야를 독점한 쿼크에 정면 도전하고 있는 어도비의 편집 전문 프로그램이다. 실무 현장의 대부분인 출력실이나 인쇄소에서 현재까지 거의 쿼크를 사용하고 있기는 하지만 인디자인은 끊임없는 관심과 기대를 한몸에 받고 있는 프로그램이다. 총 5회의 연재에 걸쳐 인디자인의 모습과 장점, 특징, 쿼크(Quark)와의 대결 구조, 인디자인으로 작업하는 전반적인 과정, 출력 전 PDF 파일로 만드는 방법 등에 대해 알아본다. 이번 호에서 먼저 인디자인의 정의와 용도, 접근 방법 및 작업을 위한 기본 환경 설정에 대해 살펴본다.

본 논문의 목표는 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어에 대한 연구이다. 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어는 아날로그 지상파, 케이블 방송, DVD VCR등과 같은 미디어로부터 아날로그 컨텐츠를 받아 H.264 Encoder를 상용하여 디지털화하여 유무선 인터넷을 통해 개인에게 직접 재전송 해 주는 플랫폼이다. 전 세계적으로 아날로그 방송을 디지털 방송으로 전환하고 있으나, 아날로그 방송을 시청하는 사람들은 상당히 많다. 대부분의 시청자들은 집에서 TV를 통해 프로그램을 시청하고 있다. 광대역 인터넷이 일반화 되면서 많은 사람들이 인터넷상에서 UCC나 VOD서비스 같은 멀티미디어 서비스를 이용하고있다. 하지만, 이러한 서비스들은 실시간으로 방송되는 프로그램을 서비스해주지는 못하고있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 개인형 리치미디어 플레이어는 실시간 방송 프로그램을 H.264로 인코딩하여 시청자가 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 곳이면 어디든지 인터넷상으로 방송 프로그램은 즐길 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 플랫폼은 ARM CORE와 H.264 Encoder를 사용하여 실시간으로 방송 컨텐츠를 인코딩하여 RTP, RTSP Protocol을 이용하여 유무선으로 전송하게 된다. 운영체제는 uClinux 26이고 Streaming Server는 실시간으로 네트워크 상황을 인지하여 다이나믹하게 전송 레이트를 조절함으로써 QoS를 구현하고 있다.

우리나라 연안해역의 해양자원과 관광자원을 연계한 해양치유산업 기반구축 모델이 2017년부터 해양수산부 R&D 사업의 일환으로 '추진되고 있다. 동 R&D 사업을 통해 울진, 태안, 고성, 완도 등 4개 지역이 시범사업 대상지로 선정되었으며, 각 지역의 특성화된 해양치유 자원을 바탕으로 의학적 임상연구와 사회경제 현황과 연계한 비즈니스모델 수립 등이 추진되고 있다. 비즈니스모델 수립의 경우 지역 특성화 해양치유자원을 활용한 세부 프로그램 도출, 수요 추정, 도입시설의 규모 및 형태 등에 대한 사항을 도출함으로써 해양치유 활동이 이루어질 지역 해양치유센터(가칭)의 설립 기본계획 기초자료를 제공하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 4개 시범지역 중 울진해양치유센터를 대상으로 지역 특성화 해양치유자원으로 설정된 해양대기, 심층안반해수, 해사 등과 연계된 아토피 등 피부질환, 만성폐쇄성폐질환 등 호흡기계통질환 치유 프로그램을 제시하고 있다. 또한 해당 특성화 프로그램의 지속가능한 수요 창출을 위해 기본적 도입시설과 함께 요구되는 연계 인프라를 제시하였으며, 동 프로그램을 통해 예상되는 사회경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하여 제시하였다.

This study was to identify factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygienist students located in G, J region. The data was analyzed by t-test, Anova, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. There were significant in satisfaction of score(F=2.925, p<.05), perceive heath status(F=8.108, p<.001), satisfaction on department(F=8.198, p<.001). The relationship on peers with score(r=.277, p=.01) and perceive health status correlations with relationships on peers(r=.327, p=.01), The satisfaction on clinical practice had positive correlations with score(r=.127, p=.05), perceive health status(r=.226, p=.01), relationship on peers(r=.240, p=.01). The factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice were satisfaction of relationship on peers, satisfaction of department, perceive health status. The results suggest that development of program to improve satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygiene students.
