The purpose of this study is to present the model of performance in new product R&D project team, from the perspective of the problem solving. The quality and commitment of the problem solutions in R&D project team depend on the team's cognitive diversity and affective acceptance. The higher cognitive diversity is, the higher quality of solutions is. And more affective acceptance is, more commitment to the problem solving is. The environmental maturity of team, and quality and commitment of problem solutions in R&D project teams are supposed to relate to the performance of research and development.

HRTF 를 사용하여 가상적인 음향 효과를 내는 시스템에서의 음의 왜곡은 필수적이다. 하지만 음성과 같은 사람이 민감하게 느끼는 부분에서의 음의 선명도 저하는 다른 대역의 왜곡보다 더욱 크게 느껴진다. 그리고 모노 및 두 채널의 주파수 특성이 비슷한 스테레오에서는 음질을 보상할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 음의 선명도의 저하를 유발하게 하는 가상 음향 발생 필터의 특징을 분석하고, 간단한 필터 설계에 의해서 본래의 가상 음향을 그대로 유지하면서 선명도를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 제시한 방법은 특히 모노 및 뉴스모드와 같이 음성이 많이 들어 있는 부분에서 뛰어난 성능을 보인다.

본 논문에서는 현재 위성 DMB 국내 표준으로 채택되어 있는 System E 방식의 Dual Mode 신호 전송에 따른 신호변환시 Time Delay측정 방법에 대해서 제안을 하였다. 제안된 방식의 경우 아날로그 방식이 아닌 디지털 방식으로 정확한 Time Delay 측정이 가능하다. 그리고 위성 DMB Gap Filler System의 입 출력 단자를 통하여 측정이 가능함으로 측정값에 대한 신뢰성 확보가 가능하며 자동측정 방식임으로 측정시 발생될 수 있는 Human Error를 최소화 할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

We report highly efficient phosphorescent-dye-doped polymeric light-emitting devices. The devices consist of a polymeric light-emitting layer comprising the phosphorescent dye, host, and matrix polymers. We patterned the phosphorescent-dye-doped polymeric layer with the LITI technique. The devices showed high efficiencies and good pattern quality to adapt to the development of full-color electroluminescent (EL) devices.

본 논문에서는 안정적인 변전소의 운영을 위해 최근 개발된 WEB 기반의 초고압 변전설비 원격감시 및 진단 시스템을 소개한다 WEB 기반의 초고압 변전설비 원격 감시 및 진단 시스템은 154kV급 이상의 초고압 변전소에 설치되어 있는 주변압기(MTR)와 가스절연개폐기(GIS)에 대한 감시 및 진단 데이터를 취득하는 Local System과 이러한 데이터를 전송 받아 감시 및 진단 기능과 WEB 서비스를 수행하는 Main Control Center로 구분된다. 실적용 사례로 최근 산업체의 몇 개 공장을 대상으로 시범 적응한 154kV급 변전소의 WEB 기반 감시 및 진단 시스템을 소개한다. 나아가 변전기기를 제어하기 위한 시스템과의 연계 방법에 대해 언급하고 있다.

This paper describes the definition of a substation automation system and presents core components and its layered structure based on the modular approach. Also it introduces the implementation and deployment of our substation automation system which was adopted to the field recently.
