섬유.패션 스트림간 신속대응을 위한 상품 기획 프로그램 개발 (Program Development of Quick Product Developing in Textile and Fashion Industry)

  • 섬유 패션 산업은 소비자의 구매 욕구를 예측하여 제품을 개발하는 경우가 빈번하며, 예측이 잘못될 때는 즉 소비자들이 특정제품을 외면하는 경우 할인판매를 통해 제품을 처리해야 하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 반면에 신속대응 시스템은 소비자의 욕구를 지속적으로 관찰하여 신속하게 제품개발 및 생산일정을 수립함으로써 불필요한 재고가 쌓이는 경우를 사전에 방지할 수 있게 한다 소비자의 욕구는 POS 시스템에서 창출되는 자료를 통해 수집 분석되고 이런 소비자의 선호도는 네트워크를 통해 실시간으로 관련 제조업자에게 제공되어 제조업자들이 소비자의 선호도에 부합하는 제품을 개발, 생산, 제공할 수 있도록 해준다. 본 연구에서는 신속대응 시스템의 주요한 목표인 신기술의 접목을 통하여 의류제품의 기획, 구매, 생산, 유통과정 상의 재고 수준의 절감 및 과정 소요기간의 단축, 의류제조업자와 소매업자간의 보다 나은 협조체계의 개발, 소비자의 욕구에 적절히 대응하는 시스템을 학생들에게 교육할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였는데 신속대응 시스템을 위한 섬유 패션 스트림간 상품 기획 프로그램을 개발하였다.

국내 섬유.의류산업의 신속대응(QR)시스템 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Adoption of QR Systems in Korean Clothing and Textiles Industry)

  • Quick response in the textiles and clothing industry is widely recognized at a strategic concept implemented by information technology to transfer changes in customer needs to the final product as soon as possible. This paper addresses which factors should affect the adoption of quick response systems in Korea. We surveyed 108 companies in the textile and clothing industry by using a questionnaire. We asked whether they adopted QR or not, and measured the usage level of QR-related ITs and the level of both internal and external factors in Likert's scale. We conducted multiple linear regression to analyze the data collected by using SAS. The findings are as follows: The adoption of QR, measured by the usage level of QR-related ITs, is positively affected by internal factors such as the recognition of QR concept and the capability for IT applications and by external factors such as the overall informating level of the industry, the needs for cooperation between organizations, and the leadership as an industry coordinator.

  • The most important thing in the garments enterprises is fast reaction. Expecially in the China has both many population and large territory, so each region of China, for instance, northeast, northwest, huanan, huabei, has various climate and considerably different temperature. As a result China garments enterprises require different clothes at the same time. This study build a reliable market-response process as a sub module of SCM that lay emphasis on production and sale cope with specific character of China. This process build a information chain including manufacture-planning, manufacture-ordering, production, arrivals of goods, distribution, sale, sale-evaluation, cross shipment, supplement shipment, and ordering popular goods and similar products. As a result of those, the focused points of this process are real time data gathering and various analysis of data, so it can be possible supporting more faster and more accurate market decision making system and our proposed goal is accomplishment of management profit.

  • Direct torque control(DTC) is known to produce quick response in ac drives. Some drawbacks of the classical DTC are the relatively large torque ripple in a low speed range and notable current pulsation during steady state. They are reflected speed response and increased acoustical noise. In this paper, The DTC quick response are preserved at transient state, while better qualify steady state performance is produced by Space Vector Modulation(SVM). It is able to reduce the acoustical noise, torque ripple and current pulsation during steady state. The system presented are closed loop stator flux and torque observer for wide speed range that inputs are currents and voltages sensing of motor terminal. Simulation results for the 2.2kw general purposed induction motor are presented and discussed.

국내 의류업체의 QR의사결정지원시스템 및 지연생산 사례 연구 (A Case Study of QR Decision Support System and Postponement Production in the Korean Apparel Company)

  • The quick response(QR) system is very popular in Korean apparel companies. However, the usage of QR system was not known well. The purpose of this study is to identify the usage of the quick response decision support system(QR DSS) and postponement manufacturing in the Korean apparel company. The researched company was the only one which used the QR DSS. The researchers carried out the depth interview with the QR decision makers of the company. This company had 14 brands, and had used the QR DSS since January, 2008. The results are as follows: The QR DSS was supportive computer software program, and it helped the staffs to make agile decision about QR repeat production of clothing. The QR DSS automatically calculated the related data, and suggested the expected sales volume and the proper supply amounts of the styles. There were four functions in QR DSS : 'QR Alert', 'Proper Supply Amount Simulation', 'Sensible QR', and 'Supply/Sales Simulation by Item'. The men's clothing brands effectively used 'Supply/Sales Simulation by Item' function. And the women's clothing brands effectively used 'QR Alert' function. This company also used the postponement production system for QR repeat production. The postponement production was conducted with four methods : the yarn stocking, the grey fabric stocking, the dyed fabric stocking, and the fabric sourcing. The men's clothing brands usually used of the yarn stocking methods and the dyed fabric stocking methods. The women's clothing brands usually used the grey fabric stocking methods. By using QR DSS and postponement production system the company was able to shorten the lead time for QR decision making.

  • In a two-inertia motor system with flexible shaft, a torsional vibration is often generated as a quick speed response is required. This vibration makes it difficult to achieve a quick response of speed and disturbance rejection. The objective of this paper is to provide a systematic analysis and design of the three kinds of speed controllers such as I-P, I-PD, and state feedback control by using the weighted ITAE performance index. Some simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed design.

  • 본 논문에서는 전류제어형 PWM인버터-유도전동이 구동 시스템의 속응제어를 위한 벡터제어시스템을 제시하였다. 벡터제어 특성을 충분히 발휘하기 위해서는 고정자 전류의 숭시치 제어가 가능해야하므로 히스테리시스 제어기를 가진 전류제어형 PWM인버어터를 채택하였고 복잡한 벡터회전 및 연산은 마이크로프로세서를 사용한 소프트웨어로 처리하였다. 제시한 시스템을 디지탈시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 그 특성의 우수함을 입증하였다.

기업특성과 Quick Response Technologies의 사용 수준과의 관계 연구 (A Study of Relationship between Organizational Characteristics and the Usage Level of Quick Response Technologies)

  • 급변하는 국내외의 교역환경 변화에 따라 의류산업에도 새로운 경영 전략 수립이 요구되고 있다. Quick Response(QR)는 의류제품을 생산하는 기업의 경쟁력을 증가시키기 위해 소개된 새로운 경영 전략으로서, 유통 채녈 사이에 정보와 상품의 흐름을 효울화시켜 최대의 소비자 만족을 제공한다. 본 연구의 목적은 QR technologies의 사용현황을 밝히고 기업 특성과 QR technologies 사용수준과의 관계를 조사하였다. 종족변수는 QR technologies의 사용 수준이며, 선별된 독립변수들은 기업크기 (firm size), 기업전략 (organizational strategy), 제품종류(product category) , 패션변화(fashion change), 주기 적변화(seasonal change)였다. 조사대상은 미국 전역에서 무작위로 추출된 306개의 의류업체를 대상으로 하였으며, 1차 우편과 2차 전화로, 설문지를 통해 자료수집을 하였다. 설문 응답률은 47%(n=103)였고, 자료의 분석은 기술통계(i, e., 빈도, 퍼센트)와 비모수통계기법을 사용하였다. 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 QR technologies는 소량주문(small lot orders) , 단기 사이클 재단 계획 (short cycle cut planning)과 고객의 견이 반영 된 생산계획 (Production planning with customers)이였다. 가장 적게 사용되고 있는 QR technologies는 전자 재주문(electronic reorder)과 단위 생산 시스템 (unit production system)이 였다. QR technologies 사용수준에 관계가 있는 것은 기업크기 (firm size), 기업전략 (organizational strategy), 패션변화(fashion change) 임으로 나타났다. 의류업체의 크기가 클수록, 혁신적 선도기업 일수록, 패션변화가 큰 제품을 취급할수록 QR technologies의 사용수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의류업체는 자원과 생산하는 제품종류에 따라 경영전략과 QR technologies의 사용수준이 다양하였다.

Joint-transform Correlator Multiple-image Encryption System Based on Quick-response Code Key

  • A method for joint-transform correlator (JTC) multiple-image encryption based on a quick-response (QR) code key is proposed. The QR codes converted from different texts are used as key masks to encrypt and decrypt multiple images. Not only can Chinese text and English text be used as key text, but also symbols can be used. With this method, users have no need to transmit the whole key mask; they only need to transmit the text that is used to generate the key. The correlation coefficient is introduced to evaluate the decryption performance of our proposed cryptosystem, and we explore the sensitivity of the key mask and the capability for multiple-image encryption. Robustness analysis is also conducted in this paper. Computer simulations and experimental results verify the correctness of this method.
