A Meta-analysis of Relationship between Satisfaction, Trust and Loyalty on E-commerce (전자상거래 연구에서 만족, 신뢰 및 충성도 관계에 대한 메타분석)

  • A Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. Recently, the convergence of knowledge-based society and e-commerce, information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between satisfaction, trust and loyalty on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 57 research papers that established causal relationships in between satisfaction, trust and loyalty on e-commerce published in Korean academic journals during 2002 and 2013. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the highest effect size in the path from the satisfaction to the trust with the effect size(0.591). Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

Meta-Analysis of Information Privacy Using TSSEM (TSSEM을 이용한 정보 프라이버시 메타분석)

  • With widespread use of information technologies, information privacy issues have been gaining more attention by not only the public but also researchers. The number of studies on the issues has been increasing exponentially, which makes incomprehensible the whole picture of research outcome. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a systematic examination of past research. This study developed two competing models with four essential constructs in information privacy research and empirically tested the models with data obtained from previous studies. This study employed a quantitative meta-analysis method called TSSEM. It is one of MASEM methods in which structural equation modeling and meta-analysis are integrated. The analysis results indicated that risk-centric model exhibited much better model fits than those of concern-centric model. This study implies that traditional concern-centric model should be questioned it's explanatory power of the model and researchers may consider alternative risk-centric model to explain user's intention to provide privacy information.

  • As digital transformation accelerates, the proportion of non-face-to-face services in financial services is also increasing. Recently, user experience has emerged to secure competitiveness in mobile services, and analysis techniques to improve user experience have emerged. User review data, one of the data used for quantitative evaluation, contains a lot of unnecessary information, which is time-consuming to derive improvement directions. Therefore, this study aims to develop a UX analysis system based on the hierarchy of UX needs by using a cosine similarity algorithm and analyze user review data of Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank, Kakao Bank, and Toss for verification. This study proved that the developed UX analysis system is a system that can effectively analyze UX through the analysis of user review data. The system of this study is expected to be easily used to identify improvement plans for the hierarchy of UX needs in an agile organization that needs to quickly reflect customer feedback.

  • Here are background, method, scope, main contents of this research. As the interests increased in recent about the construction in complex and diverse areas, construction is locally connected to human life like to coexistence of the technology and culture. The local development should not be fragmentary construction to improve local recycling ability. Local society should be inherited by modern cultural perspective through a variety of local culture and coexistence. Effective decision making analysis is necessary to build a livable area with a combination of high-tech industry. For this reason, this paper will study the political analysis for decision making at the planning stage of construction in point of fusion of technology and culture by using unstructured data analysis. Conclusion is as in the following. Local planning stage of construction describes diverse meanings of intangible and intangible factors as political factor. Technology factors have various qualitative and quantitative factors in construction field. Understanding decision making at the planning stage of construction means not only visible 'technology factor' such as structure, method, shape, and so on, but also invisible 'culture factor' such as spirit of age, religion, learning, and life-style reflected in formation process of space, and insight of brain power about art.

A Systematic Review on Voice Characteristics and Risk Factors of Voice Disorder of Korea Teachers (우리나라 교사의 음성 특성과 음성장애 위험 요인에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • As the range of professional voice users are expanding, interest towards voice increases as well. Especially as teachers compose the occupational group, exposed to high risk of voice disorder, it is necessary to identify the cause of speech problems and speech disorders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the voice characteristics of teachers and to investigate the causes of voice disorders. From 2000 to 2018, 414 studies were found under a combinated set search words of 'profession', 'Teacher', 'Professional Voice User', 'Voice', 'Voice disorders', 'Risk' and out of them, 8 studies were selected as final focus analysis subjects. The qualitative evaluation was carried out by modifying the Quality: checklist for assessing the Risk of bias. The study confirmed that voice misuse frequently occurred to teachers when they used their voice and this feature was affected by the environment. These results suggest that environment improvement of teachers' speech abuse and consistent voice education are necessary.

Inundation Accident Analysis Using Hydrodynamic Model and Consideration of Disaster Roots Using Cause and Effect Diagram (동수역학 모형을 이용한 침수사고 분석 및 특성요인도를 활용한 재해 원인 고찰)

  • Recently, the damages by typhoons and heavy rains are increasing due to the climate change. However, we are still vulnerable to inundation disaster due to various causes such as poor physical flood control and lacks of disaster and safety management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish systems to ensure safety and prepare practical countermeasures that can minimize damage when an inundation occurs, thereby minimizing economic loss and casualty. In this study, hydrodynamic inundation modelings were implemented to analyze the "Noryangjin reservoir inundation accident" and "Choryang No. 1 underground road inundation accident." and spatial risk was assessed by a quantitative hazard index. In addition, cause and effect diagrams were provided to present the risk causes in terms of physical and managemental aspects.

  • This study discusses the occupational value and the feasibility of introducing an accredited detective system that is not the only OECD country. The procedures and methods of the study were developed as qualitative research methods through review of various previous studies and case analysis in related fields. The results obtained through the study are as follows. First, detectives have various social values as public goods. It is basically a policy alternative that can improve the quality of public services and secure the soundness of national finance. This can further enhance the confidence of the people in state institutions. Second, as detectives are already legally recognized in other countries, they will be able to fulfill their social roles as new jobs through cultivation. Next, in order to advance research in the field of accredited detective systems, research based on quantitative data should be more active.

  • The military is facing an era in which it must take advantage of technologies related with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The representative of the final application of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology is the unmanned system. Many unmanned systems have not yet been harnessed to the army, and it is assumed based on literature studies that improving familiarity with unmanned systems will have a positive effect on force strength in the future. To verify these assumptions, the structural equation model(SEM) was used for quantitative analysis. The results suggest that the increase in familiarity with unmanned systems induces the increase in availability of unmanned systems in each field, which eventually raises the expectation that overall ground force strength will increase. These results imply that the military should reinforce the curriculum that enhances the familiarity of the unmanned system in military education system.

An Evaluation Study of an ESP Module Program Combining with Keller's Learning Motivation Model for the 1st grade Nursing Students (학습동기모델과 특수목적영어 융합 모듈 프로그램 평가연구: 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of an ESP module program which combines Keller's ARCS model for the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students. Students' learning motivation and academic achievement were compared between an intervention group and a control group and their perception and subjective effects on the module program were identified. Quantitative data showed that the overall level of learning motivation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=2.391, p=.019). No significant difference was found on the level of academic achievement between two groups (t=0.116, p=.098). Contents analysis on the qualitative data showed that ESP module program was interesting, effective, helpful for understanding clinical settings, and giving confidence and satisfaction. According to the result, it is assumed that the ESP module program which combines ARCS model can be effective in motivating the $1^{st}$ grade nursing students to learn nursing contents and English.

  • This study covers the results obtained after three years of development work of real - time gas safety monitoring app. In order to reduce the risk of accidents in the gas workplace, it is essential to provide information so that operators can recognize the location of dangerous substances, dangerous facilities, safety procedures, and the temperature and humidity of the workplace. Therefore, this study was conducted to develop a monitoring app that allows the main system to efficiently receive the information in the field where the information is continuously updated. As a result of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis on app scenarios based on the research done in the past and web screen of the main system, it was modified and improved in terms of ease of use, readability, and intuitiveness. Especially, we made many improvements at low depth, which is a sub-area of ease of use. As a result of conducting a user satisfaction survey on the finally derived app scenarios, the average score of 98.5 was obtained in terms of functionality, convenience and readability.
