가상하도 내에서 2차원 흐름분석을 통한 오염원의 유입 지점 탐색 (Detecting Water Pollution Source based on 2D fluid Analysis in Virtual Channel)

  • 2D pollutant transport model was applied to the simulation of contaminant transport in the channel. At first, two kinds of virtual channels having different slopes were designed. The distribution of contaminant, which flows from one of the three drainages to the main channel, was simulated by each 2D model. Concentrations of 745 nodes were converted to input data of neural network model (Multi-perceptron) for training and verification using matrix. The first three cases (Case A-1, A-2, A-3) were used for training Multi-perceptron, the other three cases (Case B-1, B-2, B-3) were used for verification. As a result, Multi-perceptron reasonably divided the cases into the three characteristics which have different contaminant distributions due to the different input point of water pollution source. It can be a useful methodology for the water quality monitoring and backtracking.

  • Recently, the need to strengthen the Air Environment Conservation Act and secure alternative heat sources during the winter by carbon neutrality policies has been raised. Accordingly, winter construction, which has safety and quality measures, is emerging as an essential factor. It is believed that eco-friendly tropical type electric hot air heaters will be able to solve most of the problems of winter construction at construction sites, especially prevention of suffocation and fire accidents. In addition, as a result of on-site performance verification, it has secured more than the same performance as the existing curing method, and the curing technology can create an eco-friendly and pleasant working environment while considering safety and construction.

디지털도서관의 품질평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Evaluation of Digital Libraries)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 우리가 구축해 놓은 디지털도서관의 품질을 종합적으로 검증해 보고, 향후 품질관리 및 개선을 위한 거시적 전략을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해. 먼저 다양한 의미로 해석되고 있는 디지털도서관의 개념을 정리하였고, 선행연구와 이용자조사에 근거하여 품질검증을 위한 평가항목을 개발하였다. 이어, 국내에서 구축한 디지털도서관의 현황을 총체적으로 파악하였으며, 이들 중에서 영역별로 대표적인 디지털도서관을 선정하여 연구팀이 개발한 평가항목에 의거하여 품질을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 우리의 디지털도서관은 괄목할 양적 성장을 이루었지만, 디지털 콜렉션과 시스템 기능에 있어 품질개선을 위한 여러 과제를 안고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이에, 우리 디지털도서관의 건강한 발전을 위한 품질관리와 개선 전략을 국가적 차원에서 제시하였다.

유역모형과 하천수질모형의 연계를 통한 비점오염원 영향분석 (Non-point Source Impact Analysis through Linkage of Watershed Model and River Water Quality Model)

  • In this study, the accurate water quality analysis in rivers, including the non-point source is performed. First of all, watershed model, SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) was applied to analyze the impact of the non-point source in study area. And then, water quality analysis integrating the point source and the non-point source is implemented using QUALKO model. For more exact simulation, it should be the calibration and verification of variables and parameters which are needed for simulation. In addition, the importance of considering the non-point source was confirmed in river water quality simulation. BOD, TN, TP were analysed, and the results shows that BOD, TN and TP concentration was increased to 16.8%, 8.2% and 25.8% respectively. The more accurate estimate will be carried if use of reliable measurements and watershed simulation be done in models linking process. The suggested technique will improve the accuracy of the water quality analysis. The methodologies presented in this study will contribute to basin-wide water quantity and quality management.

횡성댐 상류유역에 대한 수질관리모형의 적용 (Application of Water-Quality Management Model for Upstream Basin of Hoengsung Dam)

  • In this study, an optimized deterministic water-quality model was constructed to estimate water quality of a river and lake in the upstream basin of a dam. A stochastic water-quality analysis using reliability analysis technique was applied to the model. The model was tested in the 13.9 km reach from Maeil stage station of Kyechun to Hoengsung Dam of Sum River. After finding hydraulic characteristics from nonuniform flow analysis, Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) optimization technique for model calibration was applied to determine optimum reaction parameters, and model verification was performed based on these. The stochastic model, using Mean First­Order Second­-Moment (MFOSM) and Monte-Carlo methods, was applied to the same reach as the deterministic study. Variations of discharge and water quality in headwater were considered, as well as variations of hydraulic coefficients and reaction coefficients. The statistical results of output variables from MFOSM were similar to those from the Monte-Carlo method. Risk analysis using MFOSM and Monte-Carlo methods presented the probabilities of some locations in the Hoengsung Lake violating existing water-quality standards in terms of DO and BOD.

와인교육프로그램의 품질, 가치, 만족도 및 충성도에 대한 구조적 모형 구축 (Development of Structural Model for Quality, Value, Satisfaction, and Loyalty in a Wine Training Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of quality factors on value, satisfaction and loyalty in a wine training program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Structural verification of the wine training program loyalty model showed that the quality of the wine training program positively affected both value (p<0.001) and satisfaction (p<0.001). Further, the value of the wine training program positively affected satisfaction (p<0.01), which in turn positively influenced loyalty (p<0.001). The quality of the wine training program was presented as solicitude for students, textbook and curriculum, qualification and confidence of lecturer and staff, and training quality, whereas the value of the program was composed of sense of belonging, promotion of self-esteem, good impression on others, and improvement of social status. Therefore, the wine training institute's intensive management of the quality and value of the program could induce students' loyalty by enhancing satisfaction for the wine training program.

지각된 의료서비스 품질이 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Word-of-Mouth Intention)

  • Objectives : This study empirically verified the effects of service provided by medical service providers on customer satisfaction and favorable word-of-mouth intention. Moreover, it measured the mediation effects of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and favorable word-of-mouth intention and proposed implications in terms of marketing. Methods : The research hypothesis was verified with a structural equation, and the Sobel test was used to analyze of customer satisfaction in the relationship between medical service quality factors and word-of-mouth intention. Results : From the hypothesis verification results, physical and human factors among the quality factors of medical service affected customer satisfaction.Additionally,customer satisfaction interacted as a factor influencing favorable word-of-mouth intention. Conclusions : Medical service providers should work to enhance the satisfaction of customers in terms of human and physical factors by providing quality medical service that is different from other providers and by improving the quality of medical service and the environment which could lead to effective word-of-mouth intention.

  • This paper provides the foundation to settle the new paradigm in the beauty industry service quality by confirming the beauty industry service quality influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty through the actual verification. The scale of this study for measurement of beauty industry service quality is confirmed through the certification of reliability and feasibility with questionnaire investigation after confirmation of contents and preliminary feasibility. The dimensions and items for measurement of beauty industry service quality are selected with service ability(6), tangible(4), responsiveness(3), reliability(2), conveniency(2). And it is confirmed that the level of service quality is changing unlike a beauty-shop facility or cost recognized traditionally as a key factor to occupy the higher position in competition of beauty-shops. This thesis presents the important point of current issue about kinds of strategy which beauty industry should establish in providing the beauty industry service for occupying higher position in keen competition.

고객관계관리전략이 관계품질과 고객로열티에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 영유아교육기관 이용 부모를 대상으로 (A Study on the Impact of Customer Relationship Management Strategy on Relationship Quality and Customer Loyalty: Focused on for Parents Who Use Infant and Toddler Education Institutions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the structural paths of relationship quality in the relationship between customer relationship management strategies perceived by parents of service users and customer loyalty, and to provide basic data for improving institutional operations to enhance service quality. Methods: The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 4.0 statistical analysis programs to check and verify the data. Results: The results of the study showed that all of the relationships between customer relationship management strategies and the sub-dimensions of relationship quality, except for professionalism and customer orientation, have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, the mediation effect of customer trust was rejected in the verification process. Finally, it was found that customer orientation and professionalism have a sequential mediating effect on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer trust in the relationship between customer loyalty and customer relationship management strategies. Conclusion: Through the research results, it can be concluded that early childhood education institutions should consistently and continuously respond to ensure that service users, parents, have confidence in the services provided, which is an important strategic point.

서낙동강 시험유역에서의 SWAT 모형을 이용한 수문 운영에 따른 연속유출 및 수질변화 예측 (Prediction of Continuous Discharge and Water Quality Change for Gate Operation in Seonakdong River Experimental Catchment Using SWAT)

  • 서낙동강 유역의 대부분은 농경지와 임야로 이루어져 있으며, 서낙동강은 상하류에 위치한 수문으로 인해 자연적인 하천흐름이 원활하지 않은 정체수역으로서 비점오염원등의 오염원으로 인해 수질이 점점 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형을 이용하여 수문운영에 따른 서낙동강의 유량과 수질 거동을 모의하였다. SWAT 모형을 검보정하기 위하여 2006년에서 2007년까지 서낙동강 주요 지류의 5개의 수위관측소 지점에서 유량 및 수질을 측정하였다. 민감도 분석을 수행한 이후에 유량과 수질의 보정 결과로 $R^2$ 값은 각각 0.86과 0.70으로 나타났다. 검증기간에서의 $R^2$ 값은 각각 0.81과 0.51로 나타났다. 수문 운영에 따른 수질모의 결과, 수문개방시 BOD 농도는 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, TN과 TP도 BOD와 유사한 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 유역단위의 시공간적인 수문 및 수질 모의가 가능한 SWAT 모형을 사용하여 서낙동강의 수질관리를 위한 수문 운영 기법을 검토하였으며, 이를 활용하여 수문 운영자는 갈수기 수질향상을 위한 최적의 유입량 및 방류량을 결정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
