Purpose: The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of fundamental nursing practice course. Methods: Participants were 132 students who took the fundamental nursing practice course at D university in N city. The study included processes of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program and qualitative data were evaluated through content analysis. Results: The 12-step designing college courses model by Fink was applied in the planning. In the acting stage, the course was conducted according to the instruction in designing the course, students wrote reflective journals and the professor gave feedback to the reflective journal and the class observation journal was used for lessons. In the observation stage, the course evaluation was surveyed and analyzed, evaluations were positive with 47.1% of students positively evaluating the teaching strategy. In the reflecting stage, outcomes in course improvement were reflected on and, the number of students at the lower level-of-achievement decreased. Conclusion: Action research was a useful research method that could capture the quality improvement process in college courses. Expression of effort and passion to improve quality of education through action research in various ways and to share quality improvement strategies for nursing education are important.

이 연구의 목적은 모바일 학습환경에서 교수실재감, 인지적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 서비스 질, 학습몰입과 학습 만족도 간의 구조적인 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 설문조사는 국내 W 디지털대학교에서 모바일서비스를 사용하는 학습자 255명을 대상으로 구조방정식 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 인지적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 서비스 질은 학습 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 인지적 실재감, 서비스 질, 학습몰입은 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 토대로 모바일러닝 환경에서 학습몰입과 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 전략을 제시하였다.

e-Learning이 발전하기 위해서는 e-Learning을 통한 학습 효과와 효율이 지금보다 더 높아져야만 한다. 이는 콘텐츠 기획, 교수설계 등을 반영한 콘텐츠의 품질을 고려하는 미시적 관점과 실제 현장에서 의도한 학습이 촉진될 수 있도록 하는 거시적 관점 모두가 반영될 때 비로서 가능해질 것이다. 미시적 관점에서의 학습효과는 e-Learning 콘텐츠의 품질에 달려있고 콘텐츠의 품질은 그 개발 방법에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 콘텐츠 개발모델을 정리하고 이를 토대로 콘텐츠의 품질을 더 높일 수 있는 방법으로서 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영시 관련되는 지식을 활용하는 지식기반 e-learning 모델과 관련 지식에 관해 논의한다.

본 연구에서는 각 대학의 최근 변화된 강의환경을 고려하여 도서관에서 제공하고 있는 상용 디지털 콘텐츠와 대학의 e-Learning 현황을 분석하고 현재의 환경하에서 요구되어지는 대학도서관 서비스 활성화 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 e-learning 강의를 이용하고 있는 I 대학의 교수 학생을 대상으로 e-Learning 강의 지원에 미치는 대학도서관에서 제공하는 상용 디지털콘텐츠 서비스 품질에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 도서관의 상용 디지털콘텐츠 제공 서비스 품절은 디지털도서관 서비스 측정모형으로 사용되어지고 있는 Digital Library Service Quality Index(이하 DL-SQL모형이라 함)을 바탕으로 4개의 차원(정보시스템 품질, 디지털장서 품질, 고객서비스 품질, 고객커뮤니티 품질)과 7개의 구성요인(검색성, 전담조직 및 인터페이스, 접근성, 디지털장서, 고객지원서비스, 개인화서비스, 고객커뮤니티) 등을 일부 수정하여 디지털 콘텐츠관련 서비스 품질을 측정하였다. 측정결과 디지털콘텐츠 관련 도서관서비스에서 "고객서비스"와 "고객커뮤니티" 품질 서비스는 "정보시스템"과 "디지털장서"에 대한 품질 서비스보다 e-Learning 강의 지원과 학습에 더 영향을 주는 것으로 분석 되었다. 이러한 결과는 e-Learning 강의를 개설하는 교수와 수강하는 학생들에게 대학도서관에서 상용 디지털콘텐츠를 구입하여 제공하는 양적 푸싱 서비스 보다는 도서관의 대 이용자 고객맞춤정보 서비스가 e-Learning 강의지원에 더 많은 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 분석됨으로써 향후 대학에서 e-Learning 강의와 연계된 디지털콘텐츠 구축관련 정책수립시 참고해야 할 도서관 서비스 활성화 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

본 연구는 한국 대학의 교양교육 서비스와 만족도에 관한 연구이다. 연구 분석 결과 학생들은 교수들의 공감성 및 신뢰성 그리고 모든 서비스 품질요인들에 만족을 하고 공부하고 싶은 과목과 학점취득이 쉬운 과목에 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공부의 양과 수강생수의 규모 등 수업의 내용과 질에 영향을 줄 수 있는 교육 요인들은 만족도에 전혀 영향을 주고 있지 않다. 학생들은 좋아하는 과목을 교수들이 쉽고 편하게 자상하게 해주면서 학점을 잘 주면 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

Outcome-based education (OBE) is a tried-and-true teaching technique based on a set of predetermined goals. Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), Program Outcomes (POs), and Course Outcomes (COs) are the components of OBE. At the end of each year, the Program Outcomes are evaluated, and faculty members can submit many recommended measures which dependent on the relationship between the program outcomes and its courses outcomes to improve the quality of program and hence the overall educational program. When a vast number of courses are considered, bad actions may be proposed, resulting in unwanted and incorrect decisions. In this paper, a recommender system, using collaborative filtering and association rules algorithms, is proposed for predicting the best relationship between the program outcomes and its courses in order to improve the attributes of the graduates. First, a parallel algorithm is used for Collaborative Filtering on Data Model, which is designed to increase the efficiency of processing big data. Then, a parallel similar learning outcomes discovery method based on matrix correlation is proposed by mining association rules. As a case study, the proposed recommender system is applied to the Computer Information Systems program, College of Computer Sciences and Information Technology, Al-Baha University, Saudi Arabia for helping Program Quality Administration improving the quality of program outcomes. The obtained results revealed that the suggested recommender system provides more actions for boosting Graduate Attributes quality.

교육용 인터넷 학습 자료에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 생산되는 문서의 양도 급속히 늘고 있다. 그러나, 교육에 있어서는 양적 팽창보다 중요한 측면이 질적인 우수성이다. 양질의 웹 문서를 개발하고 보급하는 것이 교수-학습의 수준을 높이는데 중요한 요소이다. 이 논문은 웹 코스웨어의 수준 향상을 위한 평가의 준거를 마련하고 질적 개선을 위하여 기술 실태를 분석하며 교육적 효과를 거두기 위한 기술적 요구 사항들을 제시한다. 기술 실태의 현황 파악을 위하여 국내 최대의 교육 전문 사이트인 에듀넷의 초등 학습 자료에 대한 방문 조사를 실시하여 그 결과와 아울러 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제안한다.

e-Learning이란 기술기반 교육을 의미하며, 교육용 CD-ROM이나 교육용 소프트웨어를 이용하는 컴퓨터 기반 교육, 웹 기반 교육, 가상 학습 디지털상의 교육과 협업을 포함하는 개념이다. 자기주도학습을 전제로 하고 있는 e-Learning의 학습 성과를 평가하기 위해서는 정보시스템 측면과 학습자 자신의 컴퓨터 사용능력과 같은 학습자 특성을 동시에 고려한 모형을 필요로 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템성과 모형과 자기효능감을 기반으로 e-Learning 학습 성과 평가 모형을 제시하고 실증 분석하였다. 216명의설문 응답 결과 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 서비스 품질과 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났고. 사용자만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질, 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났다. 또한 사용 의도와 사용자 만족은 학습 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the recognition and the needs and problems of in-service education for school nurse, and to suggest the desirable guidelines, for supples the basic data of in-service education for school nurse to upgraded the quality as school nurse's professional specialist. The subjects of this study were 376 school nurses who were working in Jollanamdo. The research instruments used in this study was 'Needs of In-service Education questionnaire'. 305 collected Data were analyzed with the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test. The conclusions were as follows; First of all, the most important motives for the school nurses to participate in-service education are the enhancement of their specialties on teaching profession, self-realizations as educators, and improvement of health teaching skill. However, the motives to obtain the skill for school management or to obtain a high rank qualification and promotion are quite low. School nurses are generally satisfied with duration, time, place of in-service education, But they are not satisfied with contents of in-service education, professional specialist and understanding of real educational situation of the instructors. On the urgent problem of school nurses, promotion of health teaching skill was highest in the rank, and establishment of firm educational philosophy and a sense of teaching profession, proceed to university and graduate school ranked next, respectively. Second, the need of a school nurses on in-service education direction ranked the application of teachers' character and need, practicable and concrete educational programs, planning of school health development, reinforcement of health education, expansion of practical knowledge and on reflection thought, respectively. The need of a school nurses on in-service education contents(major part) ranked health education, health promoting program of student, knowledge and practice of practical medicine and oriental medicine, consultation process, health education of advanced country, respectively. The need of in-service education supervisory organization, the need for a cities provinces educational office was highest in the rank. The need of in-service education type, duty training ranked high, and abroad training, qualification training, general training ranked next. the need for specialist for lecturer of in-serve education ranked among the highest, along with school nurses and university professor. The need of school nurses on education method(duplication answer), need for conference and discussion teaching was highest in the rank. The need on evaluation method, evaluation through a examination ranked the highest. On the needs of in-service education times, need for vacation during the winter and summer was the highest. As for the duration, 31 to 60 hours in duration of in-service education was need most, and most school nurses need cities and provinces in-service training institute as the location of in-service education. On the organization size, need for 21 to 30 people was the highest, where as need for 41 people was relatively low. Lastly, on the problem of in-service education for school nurses, lack of opportunity of in-service education for school nurses was highest in the rank, and improperness of in-service education contents and method, lack of incentive ranked next, respectively.
