In response to the current educational situation of students' heavy workload, the author constructs the precision-targeted classroom based on Precision Teaching (PT), Network Pharmacology, and Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation. The precision-targeted classroom can solve the current problems of PT and the phenomenon of the heavy academic burden on students, achieve the reduction of the burden and increase the efficiency of education. The precision-targeted classroom includes five key points: targeted goals, childlike thinking, precise intervention, intelligent homework, and stereoscopic evaluation, and the implementation process of the precision-targeted classroom is built from three aspects: before, during and after class. In addition, the author applied it to the actual mathematics classroom to test its teaching effect, and the experimental results showed that: the precision-targeted classroom significantly improved students' academic performance and thinking level; considerably improved students' classroom learning status, and facilitated teaching personalization and realized homework quantity control and quality improvement.

This study explored students' online fashion studio class experiences, and investigated the factors affecting their class satisfaction. An online survey of college students who were enrolled in online studio classes within apparel and fashion-related departments during the spring of 2020 was conducted in June 2020. Responses from a total of 213 participants were included in the final data. Respondents rated lecture clips as the most useful, followed by teacher demonstration and feedback, PowerPoint (PPT) supplements, and Q&As. Frequently mentioned areas of improvement were online platform stability and video quality. Many respondents also stated that more streamlined teacher-student communication channels, immediate and meticulous teacher feedback, the adoption of course contents developed specifically for an online environment, and provisions for equipment usage would be desirable. Student satisfaction of an online fashion design studio class was significantly affected by teaching presence, social presence, online learning system stability, perceived usefulness of teacher's demonstration, and affective response toward COVID-19. Students satisfaction of an online garment construction studio class was significantly affected by teaching and social presence, online learning system stability, and perceived usefulness of teacher's demonstration. Based on these findings, we recommend developing teaching contents and methods that allow students to feel included in class and establish an online system with various functions to enhance the sense of social connection that can enable two-way communication.

Understanding teachers in the early childhood education is crucial as it can not only affect the quality of children's education but also cause many critical problems such as child abuse. A significant amount of research work has been made on the use of robots in childcare classrooms. The finding from the research has shown many advantages such as the improvement of learning performance, social/emotional skills, creativity, concentration period, physical and cognitive development. However, most of the study has been implemented at the K-12 classrooms but not much has been focused on the education at the early childhood classrooms. Importantly, it is very crucial to understand teachers' perception, demands and technical competence about the new teaching tool, in order to maximize its educational effect. This paper investigates some critical issues existing in both teaching and managing in the early childhood education. It will also explore teachers' perceptions and expectations on the use of robots to identify some dilemmas that exist in their working and teaching environment. A survey study was conducted with 119 early childhood educators in South Korea. It analyzed the educators' perception of using robots to improve their teaching performance and to make better outcomes for children, investigated job satisfaction and difficulties that they have in the current work environment. This paper concludes with several guidelines for integrating and setting robotics in the early childhood environment, in order to engender productive outcomes for the future early childhood education.

As the necessity of the special education for the gifted to develop their talents and national power is gradually recognized, many kinds of teaching-learning materials have been developed. However, the development tendency of the materials is not systematically studied because their database is not sufficiently constructed nor most of them are made public. In this research, we would like to provide the reference data to improve the quality of developed materials and reduce the deviation among the classified fields when we will develop the teaching-learning materials by collecting the already developed materials and analyse their development tendency by classifying them according to the contents.

The purpose of this paper was to examine the teaching and learning activities using mobiles devices in a university. We analyzed the instructional methods, instructional strategies, devices types, and evaluation activities. In addition, we conducted deep interviews with the students who used the mobile devices in terms of their understanding on the mobile learning, mobile learning methods, evaluation methods, difficulties and their expectations. These findings will be used to improve the quality of the teaching and learning methods using mobile devices in higher education.

This study aims to improve the quality of classes by analyzing the role and learning achievement of instructors in programming subjects for non-major students. At the present stage, the main directions of the professional position of a specialist in the implementation of English-language Education are to improve and spread the practice of learning languages throughout a person's life by involving information, communication and digital technologies in the educational process. Computerization of the educational process in Higher Education Institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions. The necessity of ensuring timely training and retraining of specialists of various profiles (in particular teachers) on the effective use of domestic and foreign electronic resources with the help of modern information technologies for the implementation of the professional position of a future specialist in a foreign-language environment is noted. The main goal of teaching a foreign language (the formation of students' communicative competence, which means mastering the language as a means of intercultural communication) is defined. The types of speech activity that cover the content of teaching a foreign language are highlighted. The main types of assessment in a foreign language are shown - current (non-classroom), thematic, semester, annual assessment and final state certification. The task of the teacher is drawn, which is to create conditions for practical language acquisition for each student, to choose such teaching methods by means of information technologies that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity; to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of learning a foreign language.

The purpose of this study was to examine the variation in professors' satisfaction with faculty development programs and in their teaching efficacy according to their demographic characteristics and the rate of participation in faculty development programs in a medical school. The data were collected from 59 faculty members who participated in the Professor's Seminar. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: general background of the respondent; satisfaction with the faculty development program; and teaching efficacy. The data were analyzed by methods of descriptive analysis, analysis of variance, and the Mann-Whitney U-test. The program satisfaction of faculty members was significantly different by the years of educational career but it was not different by job status, specialty, gender, and the participation level in faculty programs. The faculty members' teaching efficacy differed significantly by gender and the participation level in faculty programs, while it did not differ by educational career, job status, or specialty. The results of this study suggest that various faculty programs should be developed to increase the satisfaction level of different groups of faculty members, and that they should be more focused on teaching efficacy, as it is considered to be one of the most effective way to increase the quality of education.

This paper investigates the teaching and learning of Linear function relating functional contexts and suggests the improved methods of representation-shift through this analysis. The methods emphasize the link between students' preacquired knowledge of mathematical representations and the way of using those. This methods are explanatory teaching, teaching and teaming based on modelling perspectives or tasks (interpretation, prediction, translation and scaling). We categorize the 8th grade middle school students' errors on the linear function relating real contexts and make a comparative study of the error-remedial effects and the teaching and teaming methods. We present the results of a study in which representation-shift methods based on modelling perspectives and tasks are more effective in terms of flexible connection of representations and error remediation. Also, We describe how students used modelling perspective-taking to explain and justify their conceptual models, to assess the quality of their models and to make connection to other mathematical representation during the problem solving focusing on the students' self-diagnosis.
