본 연구는 치과종사자들의 코칭리더십이 직무 만족도, 동기부여적 자아개념, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 대구,경북지역 205명의 치과위생사(간호조무사)를 조사하였다. 코칭리더십의 전체 평균은 5점 척도에서 2.67, 개발코칭 2.61, 관계코칭 2.61로 나타났다. '나의 상사는 나의 발전을 위한 연수교육 기회를 적극적으로 제공해 준다'가 2.50으로 가장 낮았다. 일반적 특징에 따른 코칭리더십은 20-25세, 경력 1-5년, 미혼, 수입 2000만원 이하, 직속상관은 여성, 직속상관 나이 20-30세, 직속상사 직위는 팀장, 선임치과위생사가 높았다(p<.05). 코칭리더십에 대한 직무만족도, 동기부여적 자아개념, 삶의 질이 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다(p<.05). 따라서 올바른 코칭리더십은 직무만족도를 높이고 개인의 발전을 높이기 위한 동기부여적 자아개념을 향상시켜 삶의 질도 높인다.

In our life, we have used many digital appliances. They helped us to improve the quality of lift but sometimes gave us unsatisfactory result because they produce specific noise. Especially a vacuum cleaner produces a great deal of noise that is very annoying. So we need to study what sound metrics affect human sensibility. In this paper, we will study sound quality index for vacuum cleaner. The subjective evaluation of vacuum cleaner sound can be indicated to objective parameters by sound metrics of psychoacoustics. The artificial neural network can estimate the nonlinear characteristics of relation between subjective evaluation and sound metrics. We applied the artificial neural network to the development of sound quality index for vacuum sound.

To investigate water quality and pollution states of rivers in Gwangju city, total of 30 water samples were taken from the main stream of Yeongsan river, Hwangryong river and Gwangju stream in dry and flood seasons. Physico-chemical characteristics of above streams according to pH-Eh and Piper's diagrams we, typically, assigned to natural river water. In the streams, BOD, COD, T-N and T-P indicating water quality mostly increase toward downstream. Notably, water qualities in area near connection between the Gwangju stream and the main stream of Yeongsan river are polluted over V level in rivers and lakes water quality standard. The pollutions are influenced by lift and agricultural foul waters from Gwangju City and farming areas around upstream branches of the Yeongsan river, reasonably. Besides, heavy metals are below the standard in those streams. So, it is considered that the streams are polluted by not industrial but life/agricultural foul waters.

Compared to sintered polycrystalline diamond (PCD), the deposited thin film diamond has a great advantage on the fabrication of cutting tools with complex geometries such as drills. Because of high performance in high speed machining non-ferrous difficult-to-cut materials in the field of automobiles industry, aeronautics and astronautics industry, diamond-coated drills find large potentialities in commercial applications. However, the poor adhesion of the diamond film on the substrate and high surface roughness of the drill flute adversely affect the tool lift and machining quality and they become the main technical barriers for the successful development and commercialization of diamond-coated drills. In this paper, diamond thin films were deposited on the commercial WC-Co based drills by the electron aided hot filament chemical vapor deposition (EACVD). A new multiple coating technology based on changing gas pressure in different process stages was developed. The large triangular faceted diamond grains may have great contribution to the adhesive strength between the film and the substrate, and the overlapping ball like blocks consisted of nanometer sized diamond crystals may contribute much to the very low roughness of diamond film. Adhesive strength and quality of diamond film were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM), Raman spectrum and drilling experiments. The ring-block tribological experiments were also conducted and the results revealed that the friction coefficient increased with the surface roughness of the diamond film. From a practical viewpoint, the cutting performances of diamond-coated drills were studied by drilling the SiC particles reinforced aluminum-matrix composite. The good adhesive strength and low surface roughness of flute were proved to be beneficial to the good chip evacuation and the decrease of thrust and consequently led to a prolonged tool lift and an improved machining quality. The wear mechanism of diamond-coated drills is the abrasive mechanical attrition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose useful idea and data by association analyzing MRA results of defense research and development. Methods: The collected data through the DTaQ MRA system are analyzed using three association analysis measurements. Results: The results of this study are as follows; some evaluation items are very highly associated according to confidence and lift. The result is also meaningful as contents of evaluation items. The result of this study suggests a direction for improvement of MRA system. Conclusion: Some evaluation items of MRA are meaningfully associated. Therefore, the result can support the improvement of MRA system.

우리나라의 승강기 기술은 유럽, 미국, 캐나다의 기술표준을 도입함으로써 선진화를 꾀해오고 있으나, 초기의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 품질서비스가 아직도 취약한 실정이다. 그 동안 서비스 품질의 정확한 구성요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔지만, 대부분 서비스품질의 구성요인들 중 기능적 품질에만 국한된 연구가 주류를 이루어 왔으며, 서비스품질 구성요소를 통합한 승강기 유지보수산업에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승강기 유지보수산업의 서비스 품질속성에 대한 고유속성과 척도 도출을 통해 경영성과 요인으로서의 고객만족도와 재무 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 중소벤처승강기 유지보수 산업의 서비스 품질 제고를 전략의 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, are the leading cause of death and disability in Korea since 1970 due to lifestyle change introduced by urbanization & industrialization. The type of cancer and cardiovascular diseases changes as lifestyle becomes westernized. These diseases account for 4 of every 10 deaths and affect the quality of lift of Koreans. Although chronic diseases are among the most common and costly healthy problems, they are also preventable. Adopting healthy behaviors such as quitting smoking, being physically active, eating right with moderate alcohol drinking, and maintaining healthy weight can prevent or control the effect of these diseases.

Though the studies on object-oriented software design which software component corresponds to phrases appearing in sentences of natural language have been going on, the design methodology has not been clearly set up yet. In this paper, the module structure of good quality was found not only by nouns that indicate class of object but also by subdividing sentences. I also suggested objected-oriented methodology observing the interdependency between objects and their relationships, and assessed the control problem of lift as an example.
