  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that may affect quality of life of mothers who delivered premature infants. Methods: With survey design, data were collected from 145 mothers of premature infants with corrected age of 2 months to 12 months from January 9 to February 2, 2017. Quality of life was assessed with two measures of direct survey in the selected hospital and online survey. A self-report questionnaire was administered regarding personality of the mothers and the infants, postpartum depression, parenting stress, social support, and the quality of life. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The quality of life of the mothers of the premature infants was influenced by postpartum depression, parenting stress, parents-infant dysfunctional interactions, and social support accounted for 65% of the variance. Conclusion: These results indicate that early screening and continuous management of postpartum depression during postpartum period are important to improve the quality of life of the mothers of the premature infants. Education program and information and social support systems need to be developed to monitor mother-infant interaction and their role development.

The survey exhibited that the quality factors mainly affect significant and satisfied level of health information websites were usability, information structure and contents, interaction, and revisiting. This study was conducted to develop the consumer-focused quality factor of health information websites using WebQual model which was valued at efficient evaluation tool for this information system The methods taken in this research was to survey quality factors for significant and satisfied level of 323 consumers live in Chungcheong-do which is based on 48 questionnaires of WebQual quality factors. Our research extracted quality factors, usability, information quality (information structure and contents), interaction (personalisation and privacy) about view of criticality and satisfaction and relevant degree of revisiting. The research results presented in the paper will provide an efficient way of installing healthcare websites, moreover stone toward a marketing strategy for the consumer focus website provides under fierce competition.

  • The purpose of this study was to test the moderating effect of value on relationship between foodservice quality and satisfaction in family restaurant. Accordingly, this study surveyed by questionnaire concerning 18 items of foodservice quality, 1 item of overall satisfaction, 1 item of value as well as respondents' characteristics. The result of this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed that the data fitted factor analysis well. Results of factor analysis, average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the convergent and discriminant validitys of 4 factors were supported, and cronbach's alpha showed that the internal consistency of 4 factors was supported. It was found that satisfaction was influenced by the interaction between 4 factors of service quality and value rather than by either service quality or value directly. Finally, The results indicated that high level of service quality might not lead customer satisfaction because of moderating effect of value.

  • Although there have been studies regarding the influence of customer reviews on consumer decision making at online shopping sites, research on factors affecting the perceived customer review quality for online shopping sites is limited. This study posits that sociability, which is one of the environmental factors of an online shopping site, can affect the quality of customer reviews. Sociability is a key factor in building a collaborative environment online, but studies have been limited to applying sociability to customer reviews that are the result of a collaborative environment. This study expects that sociability affects the performance of online shopping sites through the perceived information quality of customer reviews, and customers' efficacy. More specifically this study investigates the structural relationship between sociability, self-efficacy, collective efficacy, and the perceived information quality of the reviews in an online shopping context, regarding the patronage intention of customers. This study was conducted using a survey of 361 college students. The structural equation model results indicate that user perception of sociability increases self-efficacy and collective efficacy. The improved efficacy enhances the perceived information quality of reviews for online shopping sites, which increases patronage intention of customers. This study found that online shopping sites require a platform for customers to engage in social interaction to enhance their customers' loyalty and lifetime value.

  • In this paper, we propose a framework for the real-time monitoring of wireless biosensors. This is a scalable platform that requires minimum human interaction during set-up and monitoring. Its main components include a biosensor, a smart gateway to automatically set up the body area network, a mechanism for delivering data to an Internet monitoring server, and automatic data collection, profiling and feature extraction from bio-potentials. Such a system could increase the quality of life and significantly lower healthcare costs for everyone in general, and for the elderly and those with disabilities in particular.

  • Genetic parameters of live weight at slaughter (LWT), quantity index (QIX), yield grade (YGD), quality grade (QGD), pH of meat, and boiled meat tenderness in terms of mastication (BMAS), shear force (BSFR) and penetration (BPEN) in Hanwoo steers were estimated. Effects of sire, location and their interaction on these traits were also evaluated. Sire effects were found to be significant on all the traits studied except for pH and BSFR. The LWT, QIX and QGD were also significantly affected both by location and by interaction effect between sire${\times}$location. The BSFR and BPEN were significantly (p<0.01) affected by location but not significantly by sire${\times}$location interaction. The boiled meat tenderness and pH were negatively correlated ($r_g$ and $r_p$) with LWT, QIX and QGD. All the other traits were positively correlated with each other. Positive and high genetic correlation (+0.56) between LWT and QGD was obtained indicating that selection for LWT would improve QGD. The $h^2$ estimates were 0.43, 0.37, 0.37, 0.35 and 0.32 for QGD, LWT, pH, BSFR and BPEN, respectively.

The survey was conducted from January 3 to February 7 in 2011, and 400 respondents were used in the data analysis. As a results of this study, the hotel buffet restaurant's service quality was classified by the interaction, outcome, and physical environment quality. The emotional reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer was classified by the positive and negative emotion. The all factors of hotel buffet restaurant's service quality had a positive impact on positive emotion, while it had a negative impact on negative emotion. The positive emotion reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer had a positive impact on the recommendation intention, while the negative emotion had a negative impact on the recommendation intention. And the negative emotion had a positive impact on the defection intention in hotel buffet restaurants. In addition, there were partially differences in the service quality and emotional reaction by general characteristics. There were significant differences in the recommendation intention by marriage status and monthly income. Therefore, the hotel buffet restaurants have to design a strategy of service for increasing customer's positive emotion and recommendation intention.
