브랜드 사전지식, 사전 브랜드 태도, 지각된 품질이 VMD 인지와 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Brand Previous Knowledge, Previous Brand Attitude, Perceived Quality on VMD Cognition and Attitude)

  • The major aim of this study was to find out the influence of brand previous knowledge, previous brand attitude, perceived quality on VMD cognition and attitude. Eight brands were selected as experimental stimuli brands for this study. A total of 320 questionnaires were obtained from college students living in Daegu. Using factor analysis, each of brand previous knowledge, previous brand attitude, perceived quality, VMD attitude were extracted one factor.VMD cognition were divided into 5 factors; Coordination, Attractiveness, Fashionability, Fitness, and Functionality. The results revealed that previous brand attitude and perceived quality affected VMD cognition and VMD attitude, while brand previous knowledge did not affect VMD cognition and VMD attitude. Therefore, when companies related to fashion investigate the effect of VMD, they should consider the previous brand attitude and perceived quality of their brands.

  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of several activators that drives the economy of Indonesia because SMEs provide jobs, increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and assure the delivery of products and services. However, Indonesian SMEs are not very competitive in the industrial world, and one of the causes is the low quality of products that undermine customer satisfaction. There are several factors presumed as influencing customer satisfaction, which among others include product knowledge, service quality, and competitive advantage. The objective of this research is to reveal the contribution of product knowledge and service quality to customer satisfaction with competitive advantage as the mediation variable. This research used a quantitative approach. The causal relationship across variables was examined with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample of this research involved 140 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire and the items in the questionnaire were processed with a software called SmartPLS version 3.3.2. Results of this research indicate (1) product knowledge and service quality can increase competitive advantage and customer satisfaction in East Java SMEs; (2) competitive advantage can act as a mediator in the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (3) product knowledge can increase customer satisfaction but the increase is not significant statistically.

수업을 위한 수학적 지식과 수업의 수학적 질 사이의 관계: 고등학교를 중심으로 (Relationship of mathematical knowledge for teaching and mathematical quality in instruction: Focus on high schools)

  • 본 논문은 수업을 위한 수학적 지식과 수업의 질에 대한 상관관계를 보고하는 연구이다. 선다형 평가 문항 유형의 설문지를 이용하여 교사들의 수업을 위한 수학적 지식을 수집하였고, 촬영된 그 교사들의 수업을 수학 수업 분석 도구를 이용하여 수업의 질을 평가하였다. 두 점수들의 상관관계를 통계적으로 분석하여, 유의미한 양적 상관관계가 있음을 보고한다. 또한, 수집된 수업 영상과 교사들의 인터뷰 자료의 분석을 통해 수업을 위한 수학적 지식이 중재하지 못하는 수업의 질과 관련된 요소를 찾아내었다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 수학 교사 교육에 대해 논의한다.

환자의 치위생학적 지식 및 실천 정도가 구강건강영향지수(OHIP)에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Oral Health Impact profile(OHIP) Level on Degree of Patients' Knowledge about Dental Hygiene)

  • 이 연구는 환자의 치위생학적 지식 및 실천 정도가 구강건강과 관련된 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 측정하고자 평가도구중 하나인 구강건강영향지수(OHIP)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 예방적인 지식이나 일상에서 매일 사용하는 구강용품지식 및 사용방법 지식이 높아야 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 진료 형태별 지식과 같이 경험으로 습득한 지식은 높을수록 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질이 낮게 나타났다. 반면 심미치료중의 하나인 미백치료지식은 높을수록 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질이 높게 나타났다. 즉 예방적이고 심미적인 지식이 구강 건강영향지수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된다.

지식관리시스템을 활용한 지식공유행위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing Behaviors in Knowledge Management Systems)

  • Many organizations implement knowledge management initiates by developing knowledge management systems. This study aims at investigating knowledge sharing behaviors in a knowledge management system and identifying factors affecting such behaviors. To do this, we defined knowledge sharing behaviors in a knowledge management system as registration and view of knowledge at a system. Based on this definition, we established a research model by identifying seven factors affecting both behaviors as independent variables: Learning orientation, Pressure to share knowledge, Top management support, Reward for knowledge sharing, Level of experience in IT, System quality, and Knowledge quality. The 14 hypotheses derived from a research model were tested by a correlation analysis and a multiple regression analysis with data from 165 respondents of the 21 organizations which implemented knowledge management initiatives. As results, both of knowledge registration and knowledge review were strongly affected by the learning-orientedness of an organization. Finally, we discussed results and limitations of this study.

치매노인 주부양자의 돌봄수준의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Quality of Caregiving by Caregivers for Elders with Dementia)

  • Purpose: The aim of the study is to determine factors influencing quality of caregiving by caregivers for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected from 87 caregivers for elders with dementia who had visited in Busan Metropolitan Center for Dementia and D-University hospital outpatient center from July 10 to September 30, 2015. A self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the severity of the elders' dementia and knowledge of dementia, burdens and quality of caregiving by the caregivers. The SPSS 21.0 version program was used for data analysis. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: Significant predictors of quality of caregiving by caregivers included caregivers' burdens (explanation power 25%), knowledge of dementia (explanation power 4%) and levels of education (explanation power 3%). These factors explained 32.3% of the variances in quality of caregiving. Conclusion: Burdens on caregivers were a major factor that decreased quality of caregiving, and knowledge of dementia was a factor that increased it. These findings show that educational programs and intervention for reducing burdens and improving knowledge of dementia are necessary to improve quality of caregiving by caregivers.

지식경영시스템 품질 영향 요인 분석: 기술 및 과업 특성 관점에서 (Analysis of the Influencing Factors on KMS Quality: From the Perspective of Technology and Task Characteristics)

  • Since the introduction of knowledge management systems, many studies have attempted to analyze its performance and identify the success factors. However, few studies have investigated the relationship between KMS technology characteristics and its quality. This paper attempts to categorize KMS technology functions into socialization, externalization, combination and internalization and then find the relationship between these functions and KMS quality. It also attempts to investigate the moderating effect of task characteristics in this relationship. Our research frame is derived from the well known task-technology fit model and the related KMS performance studies. A survey was conducted from 157 KMS users. It is found that both externalization and combination are important for KMS quality and this quality influences the KMS performance. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the task characteristics can moderate between the KMS technology and its quality.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the level of knowledge adequacy of semiconductor subjects of university. The sample was 287 graduates, graduated Bachelor degree in semiconductor within recently 5 years. Analyzing the level of knowledge adequacy, we could assure that the completion rate of major semiconductor subjects is about 40% and the rate of their knowledge adequacy is approximately 35%.

IT서비스품질과 관계품질이 지식공유 활동에 미치는 영향 (Impact of IT Service Quality on Knowledge Sharing through Relationship Quality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 IT서비스 환경에서 서비스 제공자와 사용자 사이에 이루어지는 지식공유 활동에서 IT서비스 품질이 미치는 영향을 설명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 독립변수로서 IT서비스 품질, 매개변수로서 만족, 신뢰, 몰입으로 구성된 관계품질, 그리고 종속 변수로서 지식공유를 제시한 연구모델을 구성하여 검증하였다. 실증적인 검증을 위해 IT프로젝트 팀의 시스템 사용률이 높은 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 520개의 설문 중 회수된 183개의 자료를 바탕으로 공분산 구조분석을 이용한 구조 모형 분석 방법인 AMOS를 통해 검증하였다. 또한 구성개념 신뢰도, AVE(Average Variance Extracted)분석, 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 측정도구의 내적 일관성 및 수렴 타당성, 판별 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 IT서비스 품질은 만족과 신뢰에 영향을 주며, 만족과 신뢰는 몰입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용자가 몰입을 할수록 지식공유에 더 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 관계품질이 IT서비스품질과 지식공유 활동에서 중요한 매개역할을 함을 알 수 있었고 아울러서 관계품질 내에서 만족과 신뢰가 몰입을 선행함을 알 수 있었다.

A Study on Quality Checking of National Scholar Content DB

  • The national management and retrieval service of the national scholar Content DB are very important. High quality content can improve the user's utilization and satisfaction and be a strong base for both the citation index creation and the calculation of journal impact factors. Therefore, the system is necessary to check data quality effectively. We have closely studied and developed a webbased data quality checking system that will support anything from raw digital data to its automatic validation as well as hands-on validation, all of which will be discussed in this paper.
