Retiring from work is a major personal and professional transition and has a major influence on one's life. Tourism researchers have been aware of the importance of seniors' tourism and leisure activities to enhance their well-being. The study examines the effect of tourism experience on leisure life domain, which in turn influences overall quality of life. Moreover, the moderating effect of travel patterns is also tested. A final sample of 328 was used for data analysis including Structural equation modeling (SEM) and multi-group analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that tourism experience positively influences satisfaction with leisure life domain and overall quality of life. Findings also indicated that there are moderating effects of the travel patterns on the relationship between satisfaction with leisure life domains and overall quality of life. The study also provided managerial implications for tourism marketers and destination managers.
Purpose: Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) is a mosaic of clinical signs and symptoms that can be regarded as a set of phenotypes that are affected by various factors including pain sensitivity, pain disability, sleep and psychological functioning. The aims of this study were to evaluate association of pain experience, sleep quality and psychological distress with different phenotypes of TMD patients. Methods: This retrospective study included a cohort (n=1,858; 63.8% for female, mean age=34.9±15.9 years) of patients with TMD. A set of self-administered questionnaires concerning pain interference (Brief Pain Inventory), pain disability (Graded Chronic Pain Scale), sleep quality (Pittsburg Sleep Questionnaire Index), psychological distress (Symptom Checklist-90 revised), and pain catastrophizing (Pain Catastrophizing Scale) were administered to all participants at the first consultation. All TMD patients were classified into four groups including TMD with internal derangement without pain (TMD_ID, n=370), TMD with joint pain (TMD_J, n=571), TMD with muscle pain (TMD_M, n=541) and TMD with muscle-joint combined pain (TMD_MJ, n=376). Results: The female ratio was particularly high in the group with TMD_MJ (p=0.001). The patients with muscle pain and both muscle and joint pain had longer symptom duration (p=0.004) and presented significantly higher scores in pain experience (p<0.001), subjective sleep quality (p<0.001), pain catastrophizing (p<0.001) and psychological distress (p<0.05) except for paranoid-ideation than the groups with only joint problems. Conclusions: The results of this study highlight the importance of multi-dimensional approach that consider pain disability, sleep quality, and psychological functioning in the management of TMD with muscle component. This study would contribute to a better understanding of interaction between heterogeneous TMD and multiple risk factors in order to build tailored treatment based on different phenotypes.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.

Video services have been widely generalized thanks to the progress in compression streaming technologies. In spite of the innate difficulties in guaranteeing quality of service(QoS) of the Internet, the quality of service that is experienced by users have been improved considerably with overall bandwidth growth over the Internet and new compression and streaming technologies. For further sophisticated management scheme from the current homogeneous one, it should consider the characteristics of video contents. This paper investigates that the Quality of Experience(: QoE) for video services can vary according to the characteristics of video contents for the same compression method and transmission environments. It is expected that this result contributes to establish a new and advanced scheme to manage QoE for video services over the Internet.

With recent development of high-speed wide-area wireless networks and wide spread of highperformance wireless devices, the demand on seamless video streaming services in Long Term Evolution (LTE) network environments is ever increasing. To meet the demand and provide enhanced Quality of Experience (QoE) with mobile users, the Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) has been actively studied to achieve QoE enhanced video streaming service in dynamic network environments. However, the existing DASH algorithm to select the quality of requesting video segments is based on a procedural algorithm so that it reveals a limitation to adapt its performance to dynamic network situations. To overcome this limitation this paper proposes a novel quality selection mechanism based on a Deep Q-Network (DQN) model, the DQN-based DASH ABR($DQN_{ABR}$) mechanism. The $DQN_{ABR}$ mechanism replaces the existing DASH ABR algorithm with an intelligent deep learning model which optimizes service quality to mobile users through reinforcement learning. Compared to the existing approaches, the experimental analysis shows that the proposed solution outperforms in terms of adapting to dynamic wireless network situations and improving QoE experience of end users.

The management of nursing resource is very important. that is because nursing staff accounts for 30-40% of total staff in a hospital and nurses provide patoents with attentive service for hours daily. The continuous turnover of nursing staff. however, impedes the quality-oriented nursing care, which will consequently leads to the loss of human and material resource in competitive society. This study aimed to calculate nurse's activity and compare the activity amount based on career experience. Futhermore it aimed to find factors which would influence 'quality weighed direct nursing activity amount'. Questionnaires and check lists for this study were distributed to nurses in a suburban hospital outside of Seoul from October 20 to November 14. 1997. The nursing activities were calculated according to professionality. independency and working hour. And then it were accumulated by quality score. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods as t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows ; Firstly, carrel' experience had no influence on the quality weighed nursing activity amount. But the quality level of service of skilled nurses was higher than that of new nurses. Secondly, career was a variable affecting the quality in nursing service. So career was positively related to the quality of nursing care. Patient's disease severity and number of patient were positively correlated with weighed nursing activity amount. But job satisfaction was negatively correlated v:ith the amount. Thirdly, the independent variables which had significant influence on the weighed nursing activity amount were disease severity and the number of patients, The severity score and number of patient were directly proportional to the weighed nursing activity amount. This results indicated· that weighed nursing activity amount was influenced by the number of patient and patient's disease severity. The quality score of nursing services for experienced members is higher than that of new staff. But both new and skilled staff showed no difference in the quality weighed nursing activity amount. Internal and. external environment influences nursing activities. The quality of nursing services is very important factor in nursing activity. Therefore nursing managers should make an effort to improve nursing care quality through continuous research. Also they should try to maintain experience nurses and assign nursing staff appropriately with patient's severity and other relevant factors being considered. The quality-improved nursing care in the hospital will strengthen hospital's competitiveness.
This study aimed to examine factors associated with health-related quality of life among female cancer survivors based on COVID-19 infection experience. A sample of 137 female cancer survivors was recruited from November 2022 to January 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression ways using SPSS 25.0 program. As a result, age (𝛽=.20, p<.05), depressive mood (𝛽=-.29, p<.01) and anxiety (𝛽=-.39, p<.001), and social support (𝛽=.35, p<.001) were associated with health-related quality of life in the group having experience with COVID-19 infection (F=26.932, p<.001). On the contrary, the non-experienced COVID-19 infection group showed age (𝛽=.22, p<.001), anxiety (𝛽=-.54, p<.001), and prevention behaviors for COVID-19 infection (𝛽=.25, p<.001) were significant factors(F=64.937, p<.001). Tailed intervention is needed to improve health-related quality of life in female cancer survivors as a high-risk group for COVID-19, considering associated factors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the quality of performance on audience satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of service value and traditional image in this process. The subjects of this study included 211 male and female adults who experienced the Korean opera performance in Seoul, Korea in October. Collected data was used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, program quality, physical environment quality, and quality of the stage performance perceived by the audience showed a statistically significant positive correlation with performance experience attributes. The path coefficient between performance attribute and service value, performance experience attribute and traditional image were also positively and statistically significant. Further, the path coefficient between performance experience and audience satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The service value and traditional image, service value and audience satisfaction, and the path coefficient between traditional image and audience satisfaction were statistically and positively significant. Finally, all hypotheses were adopted and study results confirmed the effect of service quality and experience attributes on audience satisfaction for the popularization, modernization and marketing strategy of the Korean opera. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of service value and traditional image.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the leisure experience, leisure identity, depression, and self-respect of the elderly with sleep disorders through leisure activities. Methods : The elderly with sleep disorders were applied for more than 4 weeks from March to July, 2018. Depression, self-respect, and sleep quality before and after the application of leisure activities were analyzed by the corresponding sample t test. The leisure experience, leisure identity, and change in leisure activities were analyzed by SEM(structural wearing model analysis through confirmatory factor analysis. Results : The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in depression level before and after leisure activities (p = .000). Second, there was no significant difference in self-respect before and after leisure activities (p = .182). Third, there was a significant difference in the quality of sleep before and after leisure activities (p = .000). Fourth, the effects of leisure experience, leisure identity, and change on leisure activities showed that leisure experience influenced leisure identity and change. However, leisure identity affected depression and sleep quality among the factors of change. Conclusion : A decrease in the quality of sleep that can occur in the elderly can affect the quality of life. It was found through experiments that the leisure activities of elderly people with sleep disorder can bring about positive changes in depression level and sleep quality of the elderly.
This research is based on self-filling survey which 656 dental hygienists who work in, seoul, the metropolitan area, jeon-buk area participated on July 2006 through August 2006. This survey was analyzed the relationship between the subjective symptoms(6 types) and outdoor air quality($O_3,\;NO_2,\;CO,\;SO_2,\;PM_{10}$) As follows analyzed results. The health condition of dental hygienists were "Feel Good" more than 50% in last month. The experience the symptoms level is higher then non-experience level in "Dry eye, itch, smarting", "Headaches", "Fatigue and sleepiness", "Red eye", "Hypersensitivity", "Dorsalgia, omarthralgia, cervicodynia". We anticipated that the more experience the subjective symptom the more likely it is that outdoor air quality will be high rate level. But we could not find the uniformity in metropolitan-area and seoul-area. In the case of jeonbuk area, the group's pollution density levels which experienced the subjective symptom were appeared high rate than inexperienced group except $SO_2$. It probably comes from sensibility for an air pollution in this area. Dental hygienists who work in jeonbuk area have an unusual sensibility for an air pollution because outdoor air quality of jeonbuk area was rule good rather than others area. especially $SO_2$ was revealed out even though low rate level in inexperienced group it is that the number of cars in jeonbuk area is increasing rapidly.
