This study is to suggest a strategy and trend of products development by major construction companies to form a trend and to set the trend in housing market through investigation about brand image campaign for TV ad, individual design items, result of products development and special plans. It is the strategy for products development of construction companies surveyed to be divided into five kinds. First, the change from in the unit to outside. Second, centralization of design powers about products development through submit and the wining of a prize in the domestic & foreign design fair to publicize a excellent quality in a roundabout way. Third, reinforcement of service for support the habitability and design manual for secure uniform quality. Forth, investment in the environment-friendly housing and new recycling energy. Fifth, reinforcement of organizational power for improving production capability.

The Desiccant air conditioning system has been designed as the industrial dehumidifier under the leadership of developed countries, considering CFC problems in 1990, indoor air quality(IAQ) and outdoor air intake rates. This could make the technical differences between them and us. Nowadays, domestic technology has been developed in some parts but there still remain many challenges to be managed. In this study, these tasks would be handled according to the desiccant air conditioning system market and prospects.

This paper deals with the free cooling system of express bus using natural energy source in order to improve the room air quality and save cooling energy. In an express bus, there are may passengers in unit area, requiring the improvement of air quality and giving higher energy saving efficiency. Particularly, the express buses running fast make it easy to take in outdoor air at a flow rate controllable with a damper mechanism. This paper proposes the analysis on the air flow achieved by a damper controlled vertically and horizontally in order not to deteriorate the ride comfort of the passengers.

In express bus which has no window, the air quality inside the bus is very critical for the passengers who staying for an extended time. Air conditioning system using natural energy is expected to significantly improve the air quality while the bus runs the suburban area. But the express buses today usually attempt to ventilate using air conditioning system, rather than natural ventilation. In this study, analysis of existing ventilation opening and the new ventilation system on roof, using computer simulation. As a result, two cases using existing ventilation device was found to be effective for partial ventilation only, while the air in front remains standstill. The new system proved to have promoted more dynamic ventilation in most of space.

The ever-increasing demand for H.264 scalable video coding (H.264/SVC) distribution motivates researchers to devise ways to enhance the quality of video delivered on the Internet. Furthermore, researchers and practitioners in general depend on computer simulators to analyze or evaluate their designed network architecture or proposed protocols. Therefore, a complete toolset, which is called myEvalSVC, for evaluating the delivered quality of H.264/SVC transmissions in a simulated environment is proposed to help the network and video coding research communities. The toolset is based on the H.264 Scalable Video coding streaming Evaluation Framework (SVEF) and extended to connect to the NS2 simulator. With this combination, people who work on video coding can simulate the effects of a more realistic network on video sequences resulting from their coding schemes, while people who work on network technology can evaluate the impact of real video streams on the proposed network architecture or protocols. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed new toolset, examples of H.264/SVC transmissions over 802.11 and 802.11e are provided.

The study explored empirically user participatory design methods for realizing user demand efficiently and evaluating alternatives systematically by using design indicators such as the design quality indicators system of the UK. In the empirical exploratory process utilizing design indicators, the study selected design indicators, and conducted a survey of design realization methods, evaluation methods, and user participatory design utilizing design indicators. Also, concerning the empirical exploratory process, it can be classified into a preliminary survey aimed at those majoring in architecture; a user group survey aimed at elementary school students, parents, and teachers; and a professional group survey aimed at professionals in architecture. In particular, the study carried out the survey for the empirical exploratory process of user participatory design by combining on-line and off-line methods.

Information on the energy consumption of buildings that can be obtained through conventional methods is limited. Therefore, this study aims to develop a model that can support decision making about building facility management through digital transformation technologies. Through the IoT sensor, the building's energy data and indoor air quality data are collected, and the monitored data is visualized through the ELK Stack and produced as a dashboard. In addition, the target building is photographed with a 360-degree camera and maps using a tool to create a 360-degree tour. Using such digital transformation technologies, users of buildings can obtain various information in real time without visiting buildings directly. This can lead to changes in actions or actions for building management, supporting facility management decisions, and consequently reducing building energy consumption.

The rural area is activated and if it does to sleep, that versatility the reading is necessary from the side which is various it sees. With this with the instance investigation against the traditional market activation which is developed the Gamgok from same background has both the quality of the rural and the city in the center it joins in and the far it will be able to complement a problem point it presents. Also it presents the activation plan which considers the regional quality which from the research which it sees relates with a traditional market to sleep and it does.

We present a hybrid hardware architecture capable of encoding and decoding a full HD resolution video with 60 fps. A number of technical modifications are applied to an existing image compression algorithm not only to accommodate large videos at a high frame rate but to enhance the quality of synthetic images, such as characters and video game images. Image quality of the proposed algorithm at a 1/6 compression ratio was comparable to that of the BTC based 1/3 compression algorithm.
