조리용 와인이 음식의 품질 속성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Cooking Wine on Food Quality Attributes)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of cooking wine's functions on food quality attributes. factor analysis, reliability analysis (Cronbach's $\alpha$), and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The cooking wine functions were divided into 3 factors (expectation of utility, functionality, and quality enhancement). According to the multiple regression analysis of cooking wine factors to food quality, all factors had positive influences on food quality. Among the three factors, expectation of utility(=.556, p<0.001) had the most significant influence on food quality. And functionality (=.321, p<0.001) and quality enhancement(=.296, p<=0.001) also had significant effects in that order. further research should be conducted on cooking wine's utility aspects and their effects on food quality. Finally, we anticipate that the results of this study will be useful information for food-service companies.

정보시스템 통합 서비스의 품질요인 및 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors and Measurement of Quality of System Integration Service)

  • This study addresses the development of a quality measurement of information systems integration(SI) service. Several dimensions which affect on quality of systems integration service have been identified and tested. Also, a measurement tool(questionnaire) of the factors has been developed. To achieve above purpose, extensive literature review and in-depth interview with several SI managers and customers were used. We suggested the analysis framework including performance variables such as quality, customer satisfaction, intention of renewal contract, and contribution to better customer's information system and the quality factors as well. To verify the research framework, collected data from the survey was analyzed statistically. The data from 73 respondents was used for analysis. Consequently, we identified eight factors and developed a 41-item instrument with Likert 5 points to measure the quality of SI service. It was proved that the 41-item instrument suggested in this study was very useful to measure the performance of SI service such as quality and customer satisfaction. Also it was shown that the instrument measured intention of renewal contract and contribution of customer's information system well.

ISO 9001/2000 인증요인이 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of ISO 9001/2000 Certification Factors on Performance of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction)

  • This paper first was focused on investigating the relative effect of each ISO 9001: 2000 certification factors on service quality and customer satisfaction in service industry. The empirical tests was conducted in service industry. The results are as follows. First, it shows that ISO 9001:2000 certification factors except requirements for quality management have a positive effect on service quality significantly. Second, it also indicates that service quality precedes customer satisfaction like other researches reported. Finally, different effects of ISO 9001:2000 certification factors on service quality are observed in the various industries.

  • Recently, information technology and information system(IS) are rapidly diffused throughout the world. In the global competitive environment, the success of IS becomes the important one among the critical success factors(CSF) of the firm. For achieving it, the firm must continually involve itself in the quality evaluation and improvement of IS. The quality concept was changed into the customer-oriented quality one. There is no exception to the quality of IS. In the past, IS quality was determined by the IS developer or IS department offering service. Now it is evaluated by the user of IS service, and then the customer-oriented user satisfaction becomes an important issue. The purpose of this study is to develope the total quality evaluation model of IS through TQM approach. First, all success factors of the domestic IS are extracted from the foreign and domestic literatures of IS success factors contained the technical and behavioral aspects. And the extracted factors are classified with evaluation levels for quality evaluation and developed into a total quality evaluation model. Finally the model usefulness is analyzed.

대학 도서관 서비스 품질요인에 대한 인식차이 분석 (Perception Gap Analysis on Service Quality Factors of Academic Libraries)

  • 대학 도서관의 지식문헌정보서비스는 대학 교육 및 교수의 연구를 지원하는 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이에 따라, 서비스 품질요소를 계층적 관점에서 정의하고 이들의 중요성을 분석함으로써 대학 도서관의 서비스를 개선하기 위한 연구들이 선행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존 연구들은 서비스 품질을 구성하는 하위요소들 간의 상호 영향관계, 그리고 서비스 이용자와 제공자 두 집단간의 서비스 품질요인에 대한 인식차를 파악하여 서비스를 개선하는 측면에서는 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SERVQUAL의 관점을 바탕으로 도서관 서비스를 구성하는 서비스 품질요소 간 상관관계를 네트워크 모델로 도출하고, Analytic Network Process를 활용하여 서비스 이용자와 제공자 집단간의 서비스 품질요소에 대한 인식차이를 도출, 분석하였다. 그 결과 제공자는 요소들을 비교적 균일하게 중요하게 인식하지만 이용자는 특정 몇 가지 요소들을 중요하게 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 도서관 서비스 품질요소들간의 상관관계와 집단간의 인식차이를 파악하는 본 연구의 접근방법은 추후 대학 도서관의 지식문헌서비스 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

AHP를 이용한 배달음식 서비스품질의 중요도 조사 (An Investigation on the Importance of Delivery Food Service Quality using AHP)

  • 본 연구는 배달음식 서비스품질에 대한 주요요인을 찾고, 선행 연구에서 배달음식 서비스품질의 상호 중요도를 확인하여 각 요인의 중요도 순위를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 계층분석과정 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 이용한 의사결정모형을 사용하여 상호 평가를 정량화하는 과정을 수행하였다. 연구분석 결과, 배달 서비스품질은 배달음식 서비스품질의 주요인이며, 특히 주문 서비스품질과 음식 서비스품질은 배달음식 서비스품질의 핵심요인으로 나타났다. 주문 서비스품질의 세부요인은 편의성과 정확성이 중요하며, 배달음식 서비스품질을 통해 배달비의 세부요인을 기본료, 할인, 면제 순으로 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 배달음식 서비스품질에 대한 분석뿐만 아니라 배달 정보 서비스품질 향상에도 이바지할 것으로 기대한다.

The Mediating Effect of Brand Awareness on the Relationship between Online Shopping Mall Quality Factors and Consumer Satisfaction

  • Purpose: The development of e-commerce in the marketplace is becoming a big trend, but there is a handful of research about the unique characteristics of e-commerce. Online distribution has several differences from offline, such as consumer approach, payment, and product assortment. In addition to the relationship between quality factors and e-commerce satisfaction, this study research how brand awareness affects consumer satisfaction and which quality factor affects brand awareness. Research design, data, and methodology: This study conducted a survey on 457 customers using top online shopping malls. As for the analysis method, multiple regression analysis to verify the mediating effect. Results: All quality factors and brand awareness affect consumer satisfaction. Among the quality factors, only price, payment, and delivery had an effect among the four factors. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of brand awareness in the relationship between online shopping mall quality factors and consumer satisfaction, price, payment, and delivery showed mediating effects. Conclusion: Online shopping mall satisfaction affects the satisfaction of brand awareness consumers perceive aside from consumers' direct experience. The result showed that price, payment, and delivery were significant in the relationship of quality factor and brand awareness of an online shopping malls.

A Study on the Determinants of Medical Institution's Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focused on the Effects of Service Quality Factors

  • Objective: The objective of this study is to provide medical institutions with theoretical basis by analyzing the effect of service quality-related factors. It will be helpful for hospitals to enhance service quality which will be of use to attain customer satisfaction and ultimately competitive advantage. Design: An empirical study. Methods: To verify the model, I conducted a questionnaire survey analysis. Items for measurement have been extracted from several related studies on medical industry. The survey target has been set by convenience sampling method and consists of citizens reside in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, and total number of 161 samples have been analyzed. To verify validity and reliability, I conducted factor analysis and reliability analysis, and for hypotheses verification, multiple regression analyses have been performed. Results: This study aims to investigate the relation between service quality factors and customer satisfaction, and also those factors and customer loyalty. Service quality factors consist of Tangibles(X1), Reliability(X2), Assurance(X3), Responsiveness(X4), and Empathy(X5). According to the results of regression analyses, X1, X2, X3, and X5 have been proved to have positive relations with customer satisfaction and loyalty, whereas hypothesis related X4 has not been supported. Finally, customer satisfaction has been founded to affects positively to customer loyalty. Conclusions: Service quality factors are significantly related to customer satisfaction and loyalty. So medical institutions should aware of this and try to enhance service quality for attaining competitive advantage.

노인요양시설의 질 지표 결정요인에 관한 연구;다수준 분석 (The Determinants of Nursing Home Quality Indicators;A Multilevel Analysis)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to examine the factors on the nursing home quality indicators. Methods: The subjects of this study were 377 residents living in the nursing home more than 30 bed. The subject's minimum length of residence is 3 months and age of the subject is year of 65 over. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and multilevel analysis. Results: The main result of the study were in following. First, the quality gap among nursing homes resulted from both institutional and person level factors. Second, the person level factors affecting the quality of nursing home included ALD. However institution level factors had no direct effect on dependent valuable. Third, the interaction effect between the institution and person level factors was found. The ADL have less effect on the quality of nursing homes doing more quality management than of nursing homes doing less. Forth, The effect of ADL was different according to the level of care planing and satisfaction survey. Conclusion: These results suggest that the determinants of nursing home quality indicators were ADL & quality management. This study will contribute to apply nusing home quality indicators in Korea.

Analysis of the Structural Relationships among Self-efficacy, Experience, Mobile Learning Quality, and Learner Satisfaction in Universities

  • This study was designed to determine the factors affecting learner satisfaction and examine the relationships of these factors in mobile learning linked to pre-existing e-learning in universities. In the structural model used, three mobile learning quality factors are the endogenous variables, namely, system quality (SYQ), information quality (INQ) and service quality (SEQ) perceived by students, and learner satisfaction (LS), whereas students' self-efficacy (SE) and experience (EX) in mobile learning are the exogenous variables. The subjects were 900 students who registered for mobile learning courses offered by a private university in Seoul, Korea. The results indicated that SE in mobile learning had positive effects on SYQ, INQ, and SEQ. Furthermore, SE influenced LS when analyzed without quality factors as parameters. Mobile learning EX directly affected INQ, but not SYQ or SEQ. EX likewise had a direct effect on LS when analyzed without quality factors as parameters. Meanwhile, both SYQ and INQ showed a positive effect on LS, but not SEQ. SE and EX affected LS indirectly when SYQ and INQ were used as parameters. This study addresses the importance of increasing SE, EX, SYQ, and INQ to increase LS in mobile learning in universities
