The purposes of this study are to analyze the realities after enforcements of safety control regulations for diagnostic X-ray equipments and to suggest means for an improvement of low radiation safety control. A questionnaire survey for medical radiologic technologists was carried out to determine enforcement effects of the safety control regulations. The results of analysis from the survey are as follows. That is, most of the respondents realized the importance of the radiation safety control system, but about a half of them revealed that the regulations were not well observed in accordance with their purposes. Only 43.9% of the respondents took an active part in quality control and safety control of radiation. And respondents responsibility, sex, age, and knowledge for safety control were important indicators for observations of the regulations. Trainings for the safety control regulations are needed to ensure safety control and proper usage of diagnostic X-ray equipments. And management of organizations using diagnostic X-ray equipments have to understand and stress the importance of radiation safety control system.

Long-term care Insurance system for the Elderly was started to respond to the aged society on July 2008 in Korea. So responsibility of the care for the old is being changed from the family to the society. The introduction of that insurance system has brought the growth of demand for care service. To improve the level of quality for care service providers in long-term care, the role of care worker in providers is recognized as important. But welfare system for the care worker seems to be poor. So the Seoul Metropolitan Council is preparing an ordinance for the care worker and the purpose of this study is for the ordinance as well. Questionnaires, interviews, documentary surveys were used to carry out this study. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The job stability is the most important thing for the care worker, so local government has to make efforts to promote the job stability of care worker. A welfare center for care workers is needed for the health for care workers in the local government. And the local government has to supervise service providers more strictly and evaluate them in treatments of care worker.

In light of changes in today's medical environment, whether to dismantle the 50-year-old internship training system in the Republic of Korea is under debate. Although the question remains open, discussions on such issues have drawn attention to the quality of the clinical clerkship and student career advisory programs in medical colleges. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiential clerkship and career exploration issues. Ensuring excellence of the clerkship and career advisory sessions is an essential responsibility of educational institutions regardless of whether the intern training system is dismantled. Important objectives of the experimental clerkship include reinforcing prerequisites established by law, introducing a student practice license, developing a standardized clinical assessment and student portfolio requirement, and publishing a guidebook for clinical directors. For career exploration, it is necessary to broaden participants' experiences of specialties and to manage the variety of student career guidance programs. It is imperative for the Korean Association of Medical Colleges, in collaboration with medical colleges, to play a leading role in focusing more attention and effort on such issues.

(가) 검시료수(檢試料數)가 방대하게 되면 관능검사에 장기간을 요하므로 파넬에 미치는 부담감과 권태 피로등의 효과(效果)때문에 실험결과에 오차(誤差)가 크게 발생할 우려가 있다. (나) 다수(多數)의 검시료(檢試料)일 경우 시험수(試驗數)를 축소시키는 반면에 검출력(檢出力)이 양호한 수법(手法)으로써 새로이 표준시험대(標準試驗對) 1대비교법(對比較法)을 고안(考案)적용한 결과 양호(良好)한 성과(成果)를 얻을 수 있었다. (다) 본수법(本手法)은 특(特)히 시료수(試料數)가 많을때 그중에서 $4{\sim}5$개를 우선 선발하는 Screening test로 활용(活用)할 수 있음을 알았다. (라) 본수법(本手法)으로 Screening한 검시료(檢試料)에 대해 3각(角) 1대비교법(對比較法)으로 정사(精査)하여 최종판단을 내리는 일련의 과정을 거치도록 하는 것이 연구실적인 품결연구에 있어서는 가장 능률적인 관능검사의 방법이라고 할수 있다.

본 논문에서는 인간의 시각 특성의 하나인 공간 지각 특성을 고려하여 고유벡터를 이용한 이진 트리 벡터양자화를 하는 개선된 양자화 기법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 고유벡터를 이용한 이진 트리 벡터 양자화의 두노드로 분할하는 과정에 영상의 블록 내 칼라 변화에 따른 시각 시스템의 특성을 가중치로 결합하여 양자화를 하였다. 그리고 원영상의 밝기성분과 양자화영상의 밝기성분의 차영상을 이용해 MTF(modulation transfer function)를 고려하여 양자화 영상의 화질을 평가한다. 제안 방법은 적은 레벨의 양자화된 영상을 구할 수 있었으며. 영상이 차지하는 자원을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이는 기존의 방법보다 색상이 선명해지며 유사한 영역의 분할에 뛰어난 성능을 보여주었다.

객체지향 및 컴포넌트지향 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 클래스의 도출은 개발하려는 소프트웨어의 전체 품질을 결정하는데 중요한 요소이다. 각 방법론에서는 이 부분에 대해 클래스의 정의와 도출하는 방법을 설명하고 있지만 초보 분석자들이 활용하기는 어려운 점이 많다. 그 중, 개념적 갭(conceptual gap)으로 인한 문제는 클래스 도출에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 연구에서는 이런 부분을 보완하기 위한 장치로써 세가지 다이어그램을 제안한다. 요구분석과정의 결과를 도식적으로 정리하여 클래스 도출을 보완하기 위한 도구로 정보다이어그램(Information Diagram), 행위다이어그램(Behavior Diagram) 그리고 관리다이어그램(Management Diagram)이다. 세 다이어그램은 시스템의 관련자(stakeholder)가 시스템에 어떤 서비스를 요구하는가에 대한 관점으로 필요한 정보를 찾고, 그에 포함될 수 있는 세부 행위를 분석하고, 누가 이 서비스에 대한 책임이 있는가의 명세이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 다이어그램들은 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법에서 클래스를 도출하는 과정에 활용할 수 있다.

건설 전체 프로세스를 하나의 주체가 단일 책임하에 수행하는 일괄입찰방식은 설계와 시공의 연계로 인한 기술력확보, 공기단축, 사업비절감, 품질확보 등의 예상효과로 인해 적용이 확대되리라 예상되는 발주방식의 하나이다. 한편, 국내 일괄입찰방식의 낙찰자 결정방법은 일괄입찰방식으로 수행되는 모든 프로젝트에 동일한 배점기준을 적용하도록 되어 있어, 일괄사업자 선정시 발주자의 목적과 프로젝트의 특성을 반영하기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일괄사업자 선정에 있어서 발주자의 목적과 프로젝트의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 일괄입찰방식의 적격심사 분야별 배점 결정모델을 제안함으로써, 발주자가 당해 프로젝트에 최적인 일괄사업자를 합리적으로 선정하는 것을 돕고자 하였다.

The concepts of interior design work have set forward an aesthetic and functional proposition to be answered by those who design spaces. The available range of suitable materials for interior use appears to be almost inexhaustible in this day and age. Now a day, relatively new fields of study on environmental-friendly interior examine humans'innate affinity for health and explore its implications for architecture and the built environment. A growing field of research suggests that spaces' relationship to aesthetics and environment can either help or hinder their occupants' health and wellness, productivity, and even their creativity. This paper presents several examples of already built apartment houses in practice, and discusses the demand of users of the spaces for health and sustainable environment, deepening the relationship between newly-constructed spaces and the remodeled ones. The considerations to some new and contemporary materials from the aspect of healthy indoor architecture design are presented in this paper. Designers need to rethink the conventional and high-tech interior environment in apartment houses with respect to perceived air quality, material emissions, and odors. The future of interior design is oriented on light shapeable materials which are able to create a unique memorable atmosphere. The primary assignment in accepting recent materials and proceedings is our responsibility to creating proposals, that are mainly safe, hygienic and environmentally proper.

21세기 지식기반사회로의 변화는 대학의 역할과 성격에도 혁신을 요구하고 있다. 최근 대학들은 산업화 사회에서 산학연을 중요시하여 전문 기술자의 양성이라는 교육 목적을 갖고, 고등교육 수준의 질적 수월성과 직업교육에 대한 교육 책무성을 확보해야 한다는 인식을 하고 있다. 그러나 대학교수들이 실제적으로 수업 전문성을 제고할 수 있는 기회가 충분하지 않다. 따라서 교수들이 풍부한 현장성을 갖고 있어도 수업에서 실제적인 수업내용에 접근하여 이를 제대로 발휘하지 못하는 경우가 있다. 이는 교수직에 진입한 이후의 수업 전문성에 개발 기회가 충분히 주어지지 못했기 때문이다. 그러므로 대학은 교수들에게 수업 전문성을 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 방안의 일환으로 수업개선 멘토링 프로그램과 아울러 수업개선을 위한 포토폴리오와 마이크로 티칭 방법론을 제안한다.

설계$\cdot$시공일괄입찰제도는 기술인력이 부족한 발주자를 대신해서 건설사업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 제도로서 공사기간의 단축이 가능하고, 건설공사의 품질향상, 설계와 시공의 통합에 의한 기술력제고 효과를 기대할 수 있으나, 상대적으로 계약자 측면에서는 책임 일원화에 따른 어려움이 발생되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내에서 운영되고 있는 설계$\cdot$시공일괄입찰제도 발주현황과 낙찰률 현황, 공종별 시행규모, 발주처별 시행규모, 심의방식 등을 분석하여 동 제도의 문제점을 구체적으로 분석하고자 하며, 기본적인 제도의 개선방안을 제시한다.
