닭고기 품질에 대한 판매장 관리자의 의식 조사 (Survey of Marketing Manager′s Perception for Broiler Quality)

  • 소비자들이 닭고기 구입 시 고려사항은 백화점의 경우 1순위가 브랜드이었으나 슈퍼마켓에서는 가격을 우선시하였다. 통닭의 판매형태는 백화점은 냉장유통이 100%인 반면 슈퍼마켓에서는 75%수준에 머물렀다. 닭고기 품질에 대한불만사항은 백화점의 경우 드립 발생을 우선으로 꼽은 반면 슈퍼마켓에서는 신선도에 대한 불만이 높았다. 현재 닭고기의 판매 형태는 백화점, 식품체인점, 슈퍼마켓에서는 89% 이상이 닭고기의 중량별 무게 (호수)를 고려한 마리 당 판매를 실시하였다. 닭고기 구입 후 판매기간은 백화점이 3일, 슈퍼마켓은 4일 내에 전부 판매하는 것으로 조사되었다. 품질을 고려한 등급별 판매에 대한 만족 여부는 백화점의 경우는 대부분이 만족하는 경향이었으나 슈퍼마켓에서는 불만족하다고 응답한 곳이 50%를 나타냈다. 닭고기의 품질 등급을 제정한다면 몇 단계가 바람직한가에 대한 설문 결과는 백화점의 경우 주로 2단계로 구분한 것을 선호하였다. 부분육의 판매 비율은 백화점과 식품 전문점의 경우 북채와 봉이 가장 많이 판매되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 판매장 및 소비자가 원하는 닭고기는 품질적인 면에서 우수한 닭고기를 선호하고 닭고기에 대한 품질등급제를 실시할 경우 대부분이 만족하는 경향을 보여 소비자의 신뢰를 얻기 위해서는 보다 고품질의 닭고기의 생산과 위생적인 면에서도 안전한 닭고기의 처리가 무엇보다도 중요하다고 하겠다.

육질등급별 한우의 물리화학적 및 관능적 특성 (Effect of Quality Grade on the Physicochemical and Sensory Properties of Hanwoo)

  • 육질등급별 한우의 수분함량은 육질등급이 2등급에서 $1^{{+}{+}}$로 높아질수록 감소하였으며, 조지방 함량은 증가하였다(p<0.05). 보수력은 육질등급이 높을수록 증가하였으나 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 마이오글로빈 함량의 경우 육질등급이 높을수록 유의적으로 감소하였다(p<0.05). 가열감량과 드립감량은 육질등급이 낮아질수록 증가하였으며, 전단력은 육질등급이 높아질수록 유의적으로 감소하였다 (p<0.05). 신선육에 대한 외관 평가 결과 표면의 수분은 육질등급별 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 마블링은 육질등급이 높은 경우 높게 나타났다. 이취에 있어서는 2등급 시료에서 유의적으로 높게 측정되었다(p<0.05). 이에 따라 신선육에 대한 전체적인 기호도는 $1^{{+}{+}}$등급과 $1^+$등급이 1등급이나 2등급에 비해 유의적으로 높은 값을 나타내었다(p<0.05). 조리육에 대한 관능적 특성 결과 중 향미는 육질등급이 2등급에서 $1^{{+}{+}}$등급으로 높아질수록 유의적으로 좋게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 맛과 다즙성은 $1^+^+$등급이 유의적으로 가장 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 이에 따라 조리육에 대한 전체적인 기호도는 육질등급이 2등급에서 $1^{{+}{+}}$등급으로 높아질수록 유의적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과에서 볼 때, 한우의 품질을 결정하는데 있어서 수분함량, 조지방, myoglobin 함량 및 전단력이 중요한 물리화학적 인자라고 판단되며, 신선육에 있어서 marbling score는 조리시 맛, 다즙성 및 전체적인 기호도에 있어서 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

안양천에서의 생태학적 수질오염도 평가 (Assessment of Water Quality Based on Ecological Factors in Anyang River)

  • In this study, the water quality investigated during 2002s to 2004s for Anyang river and its affluent that was based on biological and chemical methods as well as ecological index of each streams. The improving of water quality and the multiplicity of specious in the most streams except for Anyang, which was due to the improving of water quality and water resource. The seasonal dry states are completely disappeared, but water quality of Anyang main stream was classified as fifth grades water with BIP 8.51~10.00 and BOD 8.16~14.4mg/l in Anyang stream overall. And alpha-mesosaprobic in upper, mid parts and polysaprobic in down parts of Anyang main stream are appeared according to Saprobien system, respectively. The water supply of treated sewage is appeared that upgrading effects of water quality in Anyang main stream and affluents of Anyang city area, but the practical effects of "Saving Anyang River" could not gained because the water quality of other branches in upstream parts than upstream measuring point of Anyang main stream, Wanggok stream Sanbon stream in Gunpo and Eeiwang cities, was not improved.

학령기 아동의 삶의 질과 아동이 인지한 부모의 양육태도, 부모와 의사소통과의 관계 (Relationship between Quality of Life and Parenting Attitude and Parent-Child Communication Patterns of School Age Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe quality of life in school age children and the relationship between quality of life and parenting attitude as perceived by children and parent-child communication pattern. Methods: Data were collected between May 26 and June 3, 2009 using self-report questionnaires from 148 pairs of children and their parents. The children were enrolled in 4th to 6th grades. The questionnaires included the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI), Parent-Child Communication (PCC) Scale, and Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL). The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Results: The Quality of Life (QOL) score for the children was significantly higher among children reporting higher parental bonding attitude (mother r=.38, father r=.34) and parent-child communication (mother r=.43, father r=.36). Results of multiple regression showed that factors significantly associated with QOL were academic achievement, caregiver available after school, parent-child communication, school satisfaction, relationship with peers, and birth order among siblings. Conclusion: Positive relationships and good communication with parents and satisfaction with school life were important factors associated with quality of life in school age children.

해가림 종류가 수삼, 홍삼 및 백삼의 품질과 무기물 함량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Shading on the Quality of Raw, Red and White Ginseng and the Contents of Some Minerals in Ginseng Roots)

  • The quality of raw, red and white ginseng and the contents of some minerals were examined using 6-year-old ginseng roots produced in different shades, thatch and polyethylene net (P..E.). The yield of first and second grade ginseng roots was higher in the thatch shade than in the P.E. shade. The smaller sizes of ginseng routs were probably due to loss of ginseng yield called by alternaria blight in the third and fourth years, and lower quality was dale to more rusty roots in the P.E. shading. For red ginseng. rates of heaven and earth grades were higher in the P.E. than thatch shade. producing red ginseng with less inside cavity Production of white ginseng was higher in the thatch shade than in the P.E. shade. showing a higher yield, better piece grade, lower inside crack and better quality index in the thatch. The contents of some minerals such as K, Ca, Mg and Mn of fine ginseng roots differed between the two shades, some of which had a significant correlation with the quality indices of white ginseng. 초등학교 수학과 교육과정과 교과서의 연계 분석 - 2009 개정 교육과정 초등학교 5~6학년군을 중심으로 - (Analysis on Connection of Curriculum and Textbooks in Elementary School Mathematics : Focused on 5~6 Grades)

  • 국가 차원의 교육과정과 교사들의 교과서에 대한 높은 의존도를 특성으로 하는 우리나라 수학교육에서 교육과정과 교과서의 연계 분석은 교육의 질을 검토하고 향후 발전을 위해 필요한 연구라 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 수학 교과서의 현장 적용이 전 학년에 걸쳐 완료되는 시점에서 5~6학년군의 교육과정과 교과서의 연계성을 분석하여 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 1~2학년군, 3~4학년군을 대상으로 한 선행 연구에 이어 5, 6학년 교과서를 분석 대상으로 하며, 분석내용 역시 교육과정 성취기준을 상세화 및 세분화한 재구성 성취기준에 따른 교과서 분석, 교과서의 차시별 학습목표에 따른 재구성 성취기준과의 연계 분석, 용어와 기호 관련 교과서 분석, 수학적 과정 관련 교과서 분석의 네 가지로 동일하다. 각각에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하고, 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 교과서 개발을 위한 시사점을 제안한다.

  • This article describes the basic engineering concepts to be considered in the application of an induction heating furnace in the hot-dip galvanizing line. Experience in the Dongkuk project in Pohang, has shown that this arrangement has many advantages over the conventional method of using a combustion-gas heated furnace. Investment and operating costs are lower, the line length is much shorter, line operation is more convenient, air pollution is reduced, and the coated strip at of top-quality. As these benefits become well known, it is anticipated that the concept of induction heating will be more widely used in both new and revamped process lines. Induction heating is suitable for the production of Commercial Quality hot galvanized coils. More research is required to extend the present concept to the production of higher forming grades such as Drawing, Deep Drawing and Extra Deep Drawing Quality steels. A combination of induction heating and combustion-gas heating may lead to the way to the processing of these qualities of strip.

목포항의 수질특성 - 하계의 부영양화를 중심으로 - (The Characteristics of Water Quality in Mokpo Harbour(II) - Centering on eutrophication summer -)

  • the observations in situ and the seawater analyses were conducted in July and August, 1996 for the purpose of evaluating the characteristics of seawater quality centered on eutrophication in Mokpo harbour. By applying the OECD standards of trophic classification to the parameters such as secchi depth, total inorganic nitrogen, phosphate phosphorus and chlorophyll-a, the trophic level of seawater in Mokpo harbour was evaluated to be in eutrophic state in summer. By the estimation of pollution index with relation to eutrophication, the seawater quality of Mokpo harbour was evaluated to be under the regular grades and this evaluation was found to be different from the results of evaluation obtained by the environmental index of single parameter, chemical oxygen demand. By the estimation of eutrophication index, the seawaters of Mokpo harbour were shown to have the high potentiality of red tide occurrence.

Quantitative analysis of metabolites in Korean green tea using NMR

  • The plucking season of green tea leaves is one of the important parameters that decide their metabolic quality. Here, we performed the identification and quantity analysis of the metabolites of the green tea using NMR spectroscopy. We assigned the $^1H$ resonances for sixteen metabolites. This analysis found that four metabolites, gallic acid, quinic acid, theobromine and ECG, exhibited clear discrimination of green teas by the three different grades, Ujeon, Sejak and Jungjak. Our results suggest that these four metabolites could be used for diagnostics for quality control of green tea.
