Mobile service is highly becoming in the limelight on information society by offering infringement problem about individual privacy or information by political and scientific interest This study is focusing on primary LBS application Mobile service that emphasize position confirmation, especially, looking for friends. The aim at this study grasps user productivity factor of LBS application Mobile service, and analyses whether some have relations with value and action determination of LBS application Mobile service. According to result, Mobile service applying position service is supported with usefulness and system quality, adaptedness. On the other hand, Usability and social effect, privacy weren't embossed by leading person. Mobile service applying position service is changed with a person who have experience looking for friend. This paper presents an automated visual inspection/measuring system for the door inner panel manufacturing process. The main objective of this research is to develop inspection applications with a machine vision system related to the determination or quantification of parameters such as dimension, shape, quality of surfaces, number of holes in a panel, and presence or absence of specific features. For quality measurements, we showed a subpixel image processing technology that will improve the consistency of results and level of precision. Also presented is a data analysis method th detect process shifts so that corrective action can be undertaken before more defective units are manufactured.

As will be seen, this paper is tries that the research on the mathematical structure of Markov process and Markovian sequential decision process (the policy improvement iteration method,) moreover, that it analyze the logic and the characteristic of behavior of mathematical model of Markov process. Therefore firstly, it classify, on research of mathematical structure of Markov process, the forward equation and backward equation of Chapman-kolmogorov equation and of kolmogorov differential equation, and then have survey on logic of equation systems or on the question of uniqueness and existence of solution of the equation. Secondly, it classify, at the Markovian sequential decision process, the case of discrete time parameter and the continuous time parameter, and then it explore the logic system of characteristic of the behavior, the value determination operation and the policy improvement routine.

The sound quality of the car audio system is affected by the serveral factors such as the dimensions of the room, the boundary condition of the wall, the location of the speakers, etc. Among these factors, the location of the car speakers has been focused to find the best location of the car speakers assuming that the flat response is better. To verify the suggestion, the subjective test is adopted using 10 people. The developed method is utilizd to evaluate the function of the audio system with fixed speaker position.

GCSB-5 preparation is a purified extract from a mixture of 6 medicinal plants(Acanthopanacis Cortex, Achyranthis Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Cibotii Rhizoma, Glycine Semen Nigra, Eucommiae Cortex) that have been widely used for the treatment of various bone disorders. The aim of this study was to investigate HPLC analysis method and screening of standard compound on Saposhnikoviae Radix for quality standardization of a medicinal crude drug GCSB-5. Standard compound of Saposhnikoviae Radix was decided with cimifugin by isolation and instrumental analysis such as NMR. HPLC analysis method for the simultaneous determination of cimifugin was established for the quality control of the medicinal plants of Saposhnikoviae Radix species, GCSB-5 raw material and preparation. And validation of HPLC analysis methods were conformed for verification of HPLC methods by check to specificity, linearity, intra-day precision, inter-day precision and accuracy following ICH guideline.

In this paper, it is assumed that a system is composed of an essential unit and a nonessential unit. During the running of the system, an essential unit is replaced at periodic replacement time T or at nth failure of essential unit whichever occurs first. Nonessential unit is replaced at its failure and at the replacement of essential unit. This paper derive optimal replacement period which minmises the total expected cost for replacement. The unimodality of totoal maintenance cost function is proved under the assumption that hazard rate of each component is continuous and monotone increasing failure rate(IFR). Based on this condition, it is shown that the optimal replacement period is finite and unique.

Due to the growing demand for bottled mineral waters, a study was undertaken to determine the quality of the twenty six brands of domestic and imported drinking waters. The quality of water was evaluated by analyzing the twenty four elements including minerals, essential and/or toxic trace elements, and the analytical items to affect the taste of water. The contribution of drinking water to the mineral nutrition of human was calculated in order to investigate the health effect of drinking water. The taste of water was evaluated in terms of minerals, anions, TDS, alkalinity, hardness and pH.

Evaluation method of crude drug preparations was studied in Saengmaek-san. Zig-zag TLC scanning profiles and high performance liquid chromatograms were obtained from Saengmaek-san and its each crude drug. A method using TLC densitometry and high performance liquid chromatography was established for the precise determination of ginsenoside $Rb_1$ in Saengmaek-san containing Ginseng Radix. Consequently, ginsenosicle $Rb_1$ content was 0.45-0.48 mg per g of Saengmaek-san. This method was found to be useful for the quality evaluation of oriental medicinal preparations.

This paper presents a reliability and power quality taken account of the reclosing scheme on the power distribution system. To determine the optimal reclosing scheme, the simple radial distribution system is modelled, and analyzes quantitatively the effect of customer's load to the number of reclosing. The result of the analysis shows that the determined reclosing scheme can satisfy both the reliability and the power quality in the power distribution system.

We consider the determinant of the most economical target value through the sampling inspection by two consecutive machines. The machine sequence is fixed as products have to be processed by machine 1 first and then by machine 2 next, In this paper we assume that if quality of a unit is lower than inspection lower specification limited then the goods is not accepted, otherwise it is accepted. And we assume that the quality characteristics is larger-the-better characteristics and its distribution is the normal distribution whose standard deviation is known. This paper ends up with an numerical example by using the total expected profit function model that consider the scales profits inspection costs and material costs. And we analyze the variation of the total expected profit by changing coefficients of the functions.
