This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and introduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000.

Presently, aquatic plants are used for the water purification in inland water. This study was carried out to investigate the water purification effect of aquatic plants, Oenanthe javanica and Typha angustata, The experiment was conducted in outdoor flowing water was conducted for ten days, Water quality was measured in terms of water temperature, COD(chemical oxygen demand), SS(suspended solids), Total N, Total P. The results of field experimentation showed that hydraulic retention time was the earliest in July and August 2003, and there were not any particular changes of monthly water temperature in inflow water and outflow water. As we look at the changes taken place in inflow water and outflow water throughout the whole experiment period, the change of water quality in summer was salient, especially SS removal ratio showed distinguished change as $25\%$, when the pebble filter and aquatic were attached to it. The removal rate of COD, total N total P were $14,7\%,\;8\%\;and\;9\%$, respectively. In relating the length of water extension to the change in water quality, the water quality tended to get lower generally in proportion to hydraulic retention time.

The pupose of this study is to investigate the effect of irrational relationship beliefs on marital duality of married men and women and to find out what sub-scales of irrational relationship beliefs have effect on marital quality. The data were collected from 301 married men and 302 married women living with their unmarried children in the metropolitan area around Seoul. All the respondents were asked to answer the self-reporting questionnaires. The analysis includes frequencies, means, 1-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, and hierarchical multiple regression models. the major findings are as follows. 1) The level of irrational relationship beliefs is below the average, and the married women show slightly higher level of irrational relationship beliefs than the men. On the other hand, the level of marital quality of the married men and women is slightly above the average with no difference between the men and the women. 2) In the case of the married men, the sub-scales of irrational relationship beliefs that have significantly negative effect on the marital quality are 'partners cannot change', 'disagreement is destructive,' and 'sexes are different' 3) In the case of the married women, the sub-scales of irrational relationship beliefs that have significantly negative effect on the marital quality are 'partners cannot change' and 'disagreement is destructive' According to the result of this study, irrational relationship beliefs have negative effect on marital quality. However, the effect of each sub-scales shows slight differences in gender. The finding of this study suggests that a promoting marital promoting marital qualify by reducing the irrational relationship beliefs should take the gender differences into consideration.

Background : Tinnitus is a common symptom in outpatients of Otolarygology but has no correct diagnosis and effective treatment. Patients with tinnitus experienced the disorder to a degree that their quality of life and productivity are impaired. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the change of THI score, the number of attending symptoms for the Korean medical treatment. And we investigated that the interrelationship is in existence as sex, age. Methods : Fatty patients were recruited in this study who was ill with tinnitus. They wrote out the questionnaire about tinnitus and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) before and after treatment. The Korean medical treatment include a herb remedy, acupuncture. Result : THI score changed before and after treatment remarkably, and the number of attending sysmptoms also decreased noticeably. Relativity of questionnaires before and after treatment has difference as sex and age. Conclusion : Before and after treatment, the patients's THI score change significantly. In this study, the Korean medicine has effect on patients's quality of life with tinnitus. We expect that this study inform the effect of Korean Medicine about tinnitus and THI is the good questionnaire for measureing quality of patients' life with tinnitus for Korean medical doctors.

IT service is increasing becoming a critical resource firms have to utilize effectively and efficiently. As the importance of IT service increases, the knowledge sharing between IT service people and users becomes more and more important. In this study, the IT service quality is posited as a critical independent construct that influences knowledge sharing attitude of users which in turn change the knowledge sharing intention. Service satisfaction is placed as a mediator between the quality and attitude to compare direct and indirect effect in the model. Results show that (1) IT service quality influences the knowledge sharing attitude of users directly, and indirectly through service satisfaction, (2) at the same time, however, the direct path from quality to attitude is found to be stronger than the indirect path through satisfaction, and (3) interestingly, satisfaction seems to have no direct effect on intention, but only through the attitude change as can be inferred from the theory of reasoned action. Outcome of this study implies the importance of IT service quality in improving the knowledge sharing activities between users and developers, and interestingly the aim of quality would not be targeted on satisfaction but on attitudinal changes.

A subjective index of sound quality when it hit him is required since human listening is very sensitive and complex. Sound quality evaluation it leads consequently rightly in each situation and it composes a sound quality factor. But one of the levels in interest frequency range is substitute we cannot see the tendency of frequency substitute at whole that is executes a clear voice evaluation. Design of experiment is used and dividing 12 equally in frequency domain, the sound quality using sharpness and annoyance is performed by modifying each of frequency domains. Design of experiment method reduces much number experiment very effectively and each main effect of domain solution analysis, such as a case of sharpness and annoyance, the change of domain (increase and decrease of sound pressure level, or change nil) can grasp a type of effect should have influenced to a sound quality, and it will be able to select the objective frequency domain which hits to the sound quality. Through these obtained results the physical changes of level at arbitrary frequency domain sensitivity can be adapted.

This study is an empirical study on the relationships among success factors of six sigma(support of top management, education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) on change management activity and business performance. In particular, mediating effect of change management activity on the relationship between success factors of six sigma and business performance is empirically analysed to find causes and impacts among these variables. The study results are as follows: First, there were positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma(except support of top management) and change management activity. Second, there was also a positive relationship between change management activity and business performance. Third, there were also positive relationships between critical success factors of six sigma and business performance. Finally, change management activity was partial mediating effects on the relationship between critical success factors of six sigma(education and training, performance-based reward, customer and quality focused thought) and business performance. On the other hand, support of top management had no mediating effect on business performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance with readiness to change and empower knowledge sharing quality as mediating variables. The survey was conducted by collecting the respondents' data by filling up forms which were designed using the google form application and collecting it using WhatsApp. This was performed on 400 respondents, encompassing employees from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control in Indonesia. The research model adopted was validated using Structural Equation Modeling technique with AMOS tool. The findings showed transformational leadership as a significant predictor of readiness to change and it proved relevant in empowering knowledge sharing quality, which in turn affects organizational performance. Furthermore, the effects of both two mediating variables was also examined, and only readiness to change significantly influenced the relationship between predictors of transformational leadership and organizational performance. The findings of this study showed the need for transformational leaders as the research focused on understanding the differences in employee character. This is required to encourage better performance by empowering quality knowledge dissemination mechanisms, with continuous in-house training activities. Therefore, the model adopted in this research and the hypotheses prove the direct effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance, achievable through the mediating role of readiness to change.

The numerical experiments using a particle tracking model have been performed for predicting the change of water Quality and shoreline. In present study, comparison of the numerical model results with the analytic solution shows that the point of the mainmum concentration and the distribution pattern is very similar. The reflection effect from the boundary was newly Introduced for making clear the effect of the closed boundary which set limits to application of a particle tracking model. The present model seems to reappear physical phenomenon well. This model shows well qualitative appearance of pollutant diffusion in Kwangan beach. Therefore, this model is regarded as a useful means for predicting diffusion movement of suspended sand, and change of water quality.
