An absolute absorption cross section of benzene was measured with a spectrometer system including a mono-chrometer and a grating in the wavelength region of $240{\sim}280nm$ under the atmospheric pressure and room temperature in the laboratory. A certificated reference benzene gas ($98{\mu}mol/mol$ in $N_2$) was used to measure its absorption cross section. A 710 mm cell with a quartz window and a 150 W Xe arc lamp were employed. The magnitude of absorption cross section of $1.41{\times}10^{-18}cm^2$ was lower than that of the reference spectra ($2.5{\times}10^{-18}cm^2$) of high resolution spectrometer, Total measurement uncertainty was estimated to be 4.0%.

고객이 요구하는 품질수준을 만족하는 제품 및 서비스를 생산하고 지속적인 품질문제를 개선하여 기업경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 품질관리의 체계적 수행이 필요하다. 이에 KISTI는 국내 최초로 정보유통 분야에서 ISO 체제를 도입하여 콘텐트 유통(수집-분석-가공-입력-구축-서비스) 업무에 표준화된 포맷으로 업무 프로세스 표준화를 통하여 업무를 명확히 할 수 있었으며, 업무 수행과정에서 발생할 수 있는 위험 요소들을 분석하고 도출함으로서 위험관리도 가능하게 되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study to assess long-term care facilities in Seoul and certificate Seoul-type elderly care facilities. After certification, Seoul city can provide certificated facilities with budget and support to improve service quality. Methods: Questionnaires to elderly care facilities experts and field surveys to facilities in Seoul have been conducted for the data collection. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into three points. The first one is that a direction of operation for Seoul-type elderly care facilities is to improve manpower and provide special program for enforcing quality assurance. The second one is that this study provide index of evaluation for Seoul-type elderly care facilities. The indexes include management, facility environment and safety, service delivery process, and service results. The third one is that management plan for this policy should be carried out. The management plan include demonstration project, opinion research. Implications: Seoul-type elderly care facilities can have positive effects on quality of service. For the introduction of this policy, Seoul city and autonomous Gu have to make careful preparations for this policy.

The purpose of this study was to identify methods to effectively train experts in trade. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the relevant literature was analyzed. Three experts from each of academia, the private sector and the government sector were interviewed. The study results found that the problems of cultivating trade experts were quantitative and qualitative mismatches, the disparity with the field, and the lack of government support for training trade experts, etc. Methods for fostering trade experts were suggested to resolve these mismatches, to secure a budget for training trade experts, to establish a body or council for coordination, to develop a trade expert roadmap, to introduce a program for certificated trade expert, and to improve the quality of education for trade experts.

Purpose: This paper provides a method to identify cost-effective standards by analyzing the relationships between certified company and standards. It also aims to provide a evaluation model to establish a certification portfolio strategy of institutions. Methods: By analysing the networks of certified company and certification standards, this paper developed an evaluation model of standards. The evaluation model uses an index(Certificated Standard Evaluation Index; CSEI) to assess the value of standards. Results: To verify the applicability of the evaluation model, the proposed model and the CSEL index have been applied to certification standards of Korean Standard Association. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively identify potential customers and thereby establish a certification portfolio strategy. Conclusion: The main contribution of this study is a provision of a new approach to certification portfolio strategy by evaluating the value of standards. The proposed model is expected to provide implications for the certification portfolio strategy.

Recently, it is increased on the concern for the reuse of waste concrete because of the shortage of natural aggregate and the increase of waste concrete. And recycled coarse aggregate is used variously, but the existing wet method producted recycled fine aggregate has problem like the high price facilities, the long time progress of the work and the poor of recycled fine aggregate. The aim of this study is to investigate outline and performance evaluation of the drying specific gravity separation method to product high duality recycled fine aggregate. Finally, this study is shown investigate process flowing of drying separation type with gravity manufacture, producte system and function of detail devices. The performance of the method of drying specific gravity separation is certificated as the qualities of recycled fine aggregate satisfied the KS

2015년 미국 켈리포니아 주의 LEV3 배출가스 허용기준 도입과 함께 국내에서도 2017년부터 LEV 3에 준하는 가솔린 및 가스자동차 배출가스 허용기준이 적용될 예정이다. 이 기준에는 국내 배출가스 허용기준 모드가 FTP-75 모드뿐만 아니라 HWFET 및 SFTP(US06, SC03)를 추가할 예정이다. 대부분의 LPG 자동차는 국내에서 저공해자동차로 인증 받았다. 현재까지는 저공해자동차 등록을 위하여 FTP-75 모드의 허용기준만 만족하면 되었으나 LEV3 기준 부터는 추가된 3가지 모드의 허용기준이 추가될 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 LPG차량의 연료분사기술에 따라 LEV3 SULEV SFTP 허용기준 적합여부와 발전방향 제시를 위하여 8종의 LPG 차량과 4종의 가솔린 차량을 대상으로 FTP-75 모드 및 SFTP 모드 배출가스 시험을 실시하였다. 연구결과 최근 출시된 LPLi 1개 차종을 제외하고 SFTP 허용기준을 만족시키는 차량은 없었으며 이를 보완하기 위하여 연소분사 제어기술의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Many companies around the world are applying CMMI to improve the organization's ability to perform projects, and many others are pushing to obtain CMMI certification as more and more of them are offered as preconditions for participation in projects or supply product. Organizations with high maturity such as CMMI Level 4~5, analyze the accumulated R&D data of the organization and establish the performance management model so that R&D performance is continuously managed. So this paper shows the R&D performance management model made by LIGNex1 which is certificated with CMMI Level 5 organization and the case applied to the project, including its effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was developing the building materials for creation the comfortable IAQ. By reducing formaldehyde(HCHO) known as the main factors of Sick House Syndrome. This material must be revealed the physical and eco-friendly performance, so this study set up the basic standards for building materials. The source of physical performance evaluation is Korea Industrial Standards and the base of environmental ability is the Eco Label considering certificated system related to an apartment house. Because the developed material was satisfied with the established standards, it was tested in mock-up room for obtaining the real date from indoor air. The mock-up test was conducted according environmental standard method for indoor air Quality of the ministry of environment. The result of this study were as follows; the functional building materials had a effect to reduce the formaldehyde concentration for a initial period without wall paper, so additional development is needed for application with the wall paper and the available period.

본 논문은 과거 1960년대 경제개발 5개년 계획을 시작으로 수도권에 인구가 집중하는 현상에 맞추어 이사 화물의 지속적인 증가를 배경으로 화물자동차 운수사업 법률상의 모호함과 운영상의 문제점을 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 선행연구 검토를 통하여 이사화물업체들이 직면하고 있는 운영상의 문제점에 대한 예비평가항목을 선정하고 하주 및 업체에게 설문조사를 실시하여 요인을 분석하였으며, Fuzzy AHP 기법을 통해 평가항목의 우선순위를 선정하였다. 선정된 요인으로는 노동 및 장비로 인한 문제, 사업의 영세성으로 인한 문제, 제도 및 계약형식으로 인한 문제, 과당 경쟁으로 인한 문제 총 4가지로 나타났으며 상위평가요인 4가지 중 과당경쟁으로 인한 문제가 이사화물업체들이 느끼는 가장 큰 문제점으로 나타났다. 측정변수 12가지의 항목들 중 해결이 시급한 항목은 무허가업체 난립에 따른 운영상 피해, 과당경쟁으로 인한 서비스품질 저하, 서비스교육 부재에 따른 클레임 발생, 미흡한 보험제도에 따른 피해보상 차질 순으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 정책제언으로는 첫째, 무허가업체 난립에 따른 운영상 피해를 방지하기 위해 화물자동차운수사업법에 이사화물 취급업의 법적 근거를 명시하는 것 둘째, 과당경쟁으로 인한 서비스품질의 저하를 예방하기 위해 무허가에 대한 처벌근거 강화 셋째, 서비스교육부재에 따른 클레임 발생을 억제하기 위해 이사화물운송주선업체의 경영자와 종사자에 대한 교육 활성화 넷째, 미흡한 보험제도에 따른 피해보상의 차질을 방지하기 위해 적재물 배상책임보험 개발과 공제제도 도입을 제안하였다.
