The problem of system reliability is very important issue in the digitalized nuclear power plant, because the failure of its system brings about extravagant economic loss, environment destruction, and fatal damage of human. Therefore the purpose of this study has developed the reliability evaluation model through the scoring model by the quantitative and qualitative factors in order to justify the evaluation considering the advanced safety factors in the Advanced Pressurized water Reactor 1400MWe(APR 1400MWe) under uncertainty. Especially, the qualitative factors considering the human, information control, and quality factors for the systematic and rational justification have been closely analyzed. The proposed model can be simply applied in real fields in order to minimize the industrial accidents in the digitalized nuclear power plant.

서비스 산업에서 널리 사용되는 설문조사 형태의 정성적 평가방법은 서비스 품질을 평가하는 주요한 평가 수단으로 활용되는데, 이때 설문조사 결과에 응답자의 주관적 판단이 개입될 수 있는 여지가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 정성적 평가 결과에 포함될 수 있는 주관적 판단을 최대한 배제하고 객관성을 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 특히 같은 종류의 정성적 평가도구가 여러 사람에 의해 반복적으로 사용되는 상황에서의 객관성 확보 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해, Ordered Probit 모델 및 제3자 평가 결과를 함께 활용하여 주관성 개입 여부를 판단하고, 주관성을 보정한 후, 최종 결과에 대해 통계적으로 검증하는 절차를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 어플리케이션은 의료서비스 분야이며, 특히 특정 의료서비스 제공 환경에서 해당 서비스 제공자가 자가 진단한 실제 평가 결과를 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법론을 통해 어떻게 객관성이 확보될 수 있는지 구체적으로 설명하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 마케팅 모형의 제안에 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 활용된 방법론은 국내 문헌정보학자들의 도서관 마케팅관련 연구논문들에 대한 내용분석방법이다. 관련 연구논문들에 대하여 질적 내용분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 이의 결과를 일반 비영리조직의 마케팅모형과 비교 분석하여 최종 도서관 마케팅모형을 제시하였다. 최종 도서관 마케팅모형의 구성요소는 첫째, '고객(도서관 이용자)', 둘째, '내적 환경 변화', 셋째, '외적 환경 변화', 넷째, '도서관 마케팅 목표 설정', 다섯째, '다양한 도서관 마케팅 전략', 여섯째, '구체적 마케팅 실행계획의 수립', 일곱째, '실행계획의 집행', 여덟째, '평가', 아홉째, '긍정적 평가 결과', 열 번째, '부정적 평가 결과', 열한 번째, '고객만족', 열두번째, '도서관 이용률 제고', 열세 번째, '도서관의 긍정적 사회적 가치 확립'이다.

The objective of public works planning is being converted from economic growth to sustainable development. So, the demand for considering social & ecological influences as well as economic components had been increased in evaluation of public works planning. In evaluation of public works, its components related with benefit and cost in feasibility analysis can be classified to qualitative and qualitative elements. Qualitative elements are evaluated by qualitative methods which can manage various items, be commonly applied nationwide, and consider elements that can be calculated numerically such as environments, willingness, etc. In this study, using the concept of 'Information measure', a method to design planning of rural works is proposed. 'Information benefit model' for rural works can evaluate present plan in the side of provider's and demander's 'benefit'. And, optimizing method of rural works by 'Information benefit' can simulate present state and optimize the site and route of rural works.

A study on the sustainability evaluation of the requirements of the mobile industry closely related to the human factor was needed. We conducted the sustainability evaluation of the mobile industry using a quantitative evaluation method with the AHP tool and a qualitative evaluation method reflecting the technological age flow of the philosophical thoughts to improve the reliability of the evaluation results of the model verification. And this evaluation is to evaluate the consistency of the connection between the national sustainability and the mobile industry. In order to draw the conclusion of the relevance, the team member Delphi 5-point scale was used. As a result, the priority was confirmed in the national sustainable development indicator and mobile industry indicator. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation was applied to the discontinued model of mobile to derive insufficient indicators, and it was confirmed that if the indicators were improved and reflected, it would be sustainable. And in order to secure reliability and accuracy, we made a proposal to apply the systems engineering process to the development of the model evaluation field. The systems engineering technology process meets the needs and requirements of stakeholders throughout the lifecycle and it is suitable for the development model of the industry's sustainability assessment.

The launch of a new business is crucial to the future growth and profitability of a company. A new business project typically requires a large amount of resources while it has a high possibility of failure. The evaluation of new business opportunities is therefore quite a critical decision-making to companies. This evaluation includes screening of a large number of criteria at a time which often makes desision-making very complicated. Management should evaluate the business alternatives in a sound and consistent manner that is hard to achieve because the new business evaluation is a typical semi/unstructured decision-making problem. The difficulty in such an evaluation will increase if it is required for management to consider both quantitative and qualitative criteria simultaneously. Under these circumstances, this study has proposed a decision-making framework that utilizes analytical hierarchy process(AHP). This study has identified a set of criteria essential to the new business evaluation and suggested a systematic framework for it. Both qualitative and quantitative evaluations are incorporated into the single framework in this study.

Objective: This study aims towards exploring a model of the HCI evaluation methods to improve the usability of mobile device, based on a case of a Mobile PDA system in a Museum context. Background: Mobile PDA systems in a Museum context is widely utilized for the educational purposes, but it is criticized for low usability that the device only play a role in textbooks on legs without any interactive educational activities. Therefore, the usability improvements on the mobile PDA system should be considered. Method 1: This model was developed with a combination of the expert review and the user testing, and with a combination of the qualitative and quantitative studies. In more details, first of all, a qualitative study was conducted as a combination of three different methods: 1) expert review with heuristics, 2) interviews with persons working in a museum, and 3) contextual enquiry. Results 1: The experts review provided with critical usability issues, and the semi-constructive interview helped to understand the background of the mobile device. Lastly, the contextual enquiry showed user experience problems and directions of improving the device from user's perspective. Method 2: Based on the results of the qualitative study, a questionnaire was designed. Results 2: The analysis of the quantitative study was conducted to generalize the problems, and prioritize the direction of improving the device within the limitation of the cost and time in a museum. Conclusion: This study has implications in developing an example of a HCI evaluation model to improve the user experience of the mobile device as well as finding problems and directions of how to improve the mobile PDA systems in the museum. Application: In fact, most of the studies related to the evaluation of the mobile device have been conducted in a laboratory context due to the cost and time. This paper, however, attempted to apply to various HCI research techniques from different constituents in real context.

공공복지를 위해서 다양한 공공 건설사업이 수행되었고, 이에 공공사업의 효과와 효율에 대한 적절한 평가에 대한 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 국토교통부에서 건설기술진흥법상에 공공건설공사 사후평가를 법제화를 통해 공공공사 중 공사비가 300억 원 이상인 사업은 사후평가를 수행하도록 규정하였다. 이를 위해 국토교통부는 사후평가를 정량적 평가와 정성적 평가를 포괄하고 이의 효율적 수행을 위해 사후평가 매뉴얼을 제공하였다. 그러나 사후평가 매뉴얼은 시설물별 특성 등을 반영하지 못하고 전반적인 사후평가 개념과 절차만을 제공하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 연구와 사례를 분석하여 사후평가 중 정성적 평가를 위해 수행되는 설문조사 표준포맷을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 표준화된 설문양식을 기반으로 대부분의 토목 및 건축 시설물의 사후평가에 적용할 수 있다. 그러나 시설물의 종류와 특성을 반영한 세부적인 설문항목의 개발과 피드백을 위한 데이터 저장 및 처리 시스템에 대한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

사용자 기대에 부응하는 UX 디자인 구현 여부가 스마트 가전의 차별화를 결정짓는 중요 변수가 되었다. 본 연구는 스마트 가전의 모바일 애플리케이션 개발과정에서 UX 디자인 평가 문제를 다루었다. 최근 수요가 급증하고 있는 <스마트 레인지 후드>의 모바일 애플리케이션에 대한 UX 디자인 평가 내용을 실험연구 대상으로 설정하였다. 연구목적은 스마트 가전 애플리케이션의 UX 디자인 사용자 평가 방법의 의의를 탐색하고 더불어 정량적 정성적 평가 방법의 혼용이 UX 디자인 개발 과정에 어떻게 도움이 되는지를 제안하는 것이다. 주요 발견점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사용자 평가를 통해 UX 디자인 개선 방향이 구체화될 수 있음을 발견하였다. UX 디자인 개발 과정에서 사용자 평가가 실질적으로 도움이 됨을 확인하였다. 둘째, UX 디자인 평가에서 '정량적 방법'과 '정성적 방법'의 혼용이 상호 보완적으로 효과가 있음을 발견하였다. 연구 시사점은 다음과 같다. UX 디자인 평가 과정에서 정량평가와 정성평가의 역할을 구분하여 접근하면 효율적이다. 예컨대, '허니콤 모델' 등의 정량평가를 통해 <사용자 경험 촉진/저해 발생 속성>을 '탐색적'으로 파악하고, '사용자 심층 인터뷰' 등의 정성평가를 통해 <사용자 경험촉진/저해 발생 속성 가운데 구체적인 서비스 기능 문제 요소>를 '측정'하고 '검증'하는 것이 가능하다.

Excessive public loan with low interest and other tax benefits have been provided for fishermen, but much of them turned out to be little performed. There were the moral hazards of Suhyup in the process of executing the public loans. As the government gave the reimbursement on the financial loss of Suhyup resulting from the public loans, Suhyup had no responsibility of the bad debt loss. Therefore, Suhyup gave little efforts to reduce the non-performing. The government perceived this problem and tried to reduce the under-performing loans. Thus, the government decided to take limited responsibilities. Suhyup made the progress to reduce the under-performing public loans. Suhyup dealt with these situation and made the credit evaluation model of the fisherman's public loan. This paper is for the credit evaluation model in the fisherman's public loan, which explains the model development methodology and the model characteristics in detail. This evaluation model is composed of two sub-component model. the one is the quantitative model and the other is the qualitative model. The quantitative sub-model is for the identification of fishermen financial status and is based on the financial transaction information. Its development methodology is the CSS modeling for the consumer market. The qualitative sub-model is for the evaluation the business prospect and is based on the business information such as fisherman's management skills, technology, equipment. Its development methodology is the AHP. It provides the detailed information in the model development methodology, which is the ideal example such as the public loan. In addition it gives the information to the interest parties such as policy makers, suhyup and fishermen.
