Advances in networking technology digital media, and codecs have made it possible for the Internet evolves into a Broadband convergence Network (BcN) and provides various services including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and IPTV over their high-speed IP networks. In order for the Internet to make a profit as traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), it must provide high qualify VoIP services. Therefore, real time qualify measurement framework is the most important requisite to provide VoIP service. For this, IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) defined RTCP-Extended Reports (RTCP-XR) that extend RTCP (Real-Time Transport Protocol Control Protocol). However, procedure and method tot actually VoIP qualify measurement did not recommended nothing but defined item to measure voice quality. Our objective in this paper is to describes a practical measuring framework for end-to-end QoS of switched voice packet in an IP environment. It includes concepts as well as step-by-step procedures for measuring packetized voice streams. It also proposes new formats that extend RTCP-XR's concept.

This paper proposes a control path analysis mechanism to be used in the workflow mining framework maximizing the workflow traceability and re discoverability by analyzing the total sequences of the control path perspective of a workflow model and by rediscovering their runtime enactment history from the workflow log information. The mechanism has two components One is to generate the total sequences of the control paths from a workflow mode by transforming it to a control path decision tree, and the other is to rediscover the runtime enactment history of each control path out of the total sequences from the corresponding workflow's execution logs. Eventually, these rediscovered knowledge and execution history of a workflow model make up a control path oriented intelligence of the workflow model. which ought to be an essential ingredient for maintaining and reengineering the qualify of the workflow model. Based upon the workflow intelligence, it is possible for the workflow model to be gradually refined and finally maximize its qualify by repeatedly redesigning and reengineering during its whole life long time period.

The DCM(Deep Cement Mixing) Method was introduced domestically in 1985 and has been applied widely to improve stability, increase bearing capacity and reduce settlement of the structure. It has been only performed by the combined equipment to improve the soft ground in coastal areas. But it has qualify-control problems such as interference of waves and improving depth, etc. Therefore DCM Barge of specialist equipment, named by Dong Ji Ho, was equipped with three mixing shafts with four rod and installed GPS system In itself, had been developed in 2005 for the purpose of solving the above problems. This paper represents about Dong Ji Ho's qualify-control system as well as it's first domestic application to in-situ trial test and the original design of the Ulsan breakwater site.

Purpose: To determine the effect of Tai Chi exercise program on fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women. Method: The study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study. Thirty subjects were assigned for experimental group and thirty four subjects were assigned for control group. The subjects in the experimental group were participated in Tai Chi exercise program for 60 minutes per session 3 times a week for 8weeks. Tai Chi exercise program consists of 10 minutes warm-up, 45 minutes main, and 5 minutes cooling down exercises. In order to evaluate the effect of Tai Chi exercise program, fatigue, stress, and qualify of life were assessed by measuring the condition of the participants in respect of fatigue, stress, and qualify of life with questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using $x^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, t-test by a SAS-pc+ 8.12 program. Result: After 8 weeks Tai Chi exercise program, there were significant improvement in fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women. Conclusion: Tai Chi exercise program can be an effective nursing intervention to improve fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women.

While RSW(Resistance Spot Welding) have been the most successful sheet metal joining process in automotive industry, there are certain qualify issues due to the control system and its application process. Recent materials and coatings make the process more complicated resulting in new challenges for quality welds. In this research, an intelligent RSW system with adaptive control algorithm is introduced to overcome typical RSW issues and its applications to automotive body assembly are presented.

Qualify Engineering(QE) is purposed for company profits. It is difficult to understand the literature of QE which is published in Korean. In this paper, we want to make easy understanding of the QE and to apply it to real fields. Though that Taguchi has contributed to QE is absolute, QE and Taguchi methods are not the same methods. In this paper, we are trying to show differences of those. QE methods also are developed from the design of experience, the design of parameter and the on-line control of production process. Nowadays, the main subject of QE are to determine control variables and noise variables.

A control valve with deadband characteristics influences on the control dynamics. A control loop with deadband component shows cyclic control results and causes the wears of mechanical parts. A valve on the important process that require nonstop operation cannot be improved during operation. In case of control loops with deadband dynamics, the optimal control parameters based on the performance only are not sure of the good operation in point of protecting the control component. To improve the control performance and control oscillation, the control parameters should be changed to meet both control qualify and protection of control components.

In conducting traffic safety programs, it is very important to identify hazardous sites in appropriate manner. The rate qualify control method is generally used in identifying hazardous sites since it can interpret the sites in the statistic aspects. The rate qualify control method is based on the assumption that the occurrences of traffic crashes follow the Poisson's distribution in which the expected value of traffic crashes equals the variance of those. However, there is greater variability than expected statistically, we call this phenomenon over dispersion. This study analyzed the problem related to the rate quality control method under the over dispersed data, and established a methodology to solve the problem. As a result of test on the basis of the field data, the new approach produced more reasonable results than those of the Poisson based rate quality control method.

In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.
