Electric Characteristics of Disk-type Piezoelectric Transformer (디스크형 압전 변압기 의 전극크기 변화에 대한 전기적 특성)

  • In this study, a step-down piezoelectric transformer was fabricated to utilize as an adapter for charging batteries of mobile electronic appliances. The ceramic part of the transformer is $Pb[(Mn_{1/3}Sb_{2/3})_{0.05}Zr_{0.475}Ti_{0.475}]O_3$ with mechanical quality factor of 1600, electromechanical coupling coefficient 59 %, and piezoelectric constant d33 1300, which can be utilized as a piezoelectric transformer. A simply fabricated disk-typed test pattern of diameter 28 mm and thickness 2 mm was used to characterize resonant frequency, Qm, kp according to the different input/output electrode area. efficiency and power as a function of load resistance was also investigated. The sample APT showed some spurious mode and BPT showed better frequency property. Taking all properties which are admittance, effective electromechanical coupling coefficient and mechanical quality factor most suitable for piezoelectric transformer is BPT which has 12 mm diameter electrode and the condition of 15 Vrms, 30 $\Omega$ made the maximum efficiency of 93.7 % and maximum power is 6W with 50 Vrms.

  • In this paper, in order to develop low temperature sintering piezoelectric ceramics for piezoelectric transformer, PMW-PMN-PZT ceramics using 0.25wt%$CaCO_3$ and 0.2wt%$Li_2CO_3$ as sintering aids were fabricated according to the variation of amount of PMW and Zr/Ti ratio. Specimens could be sintered at 900$^{\circ}C$ by adding sintering aids. As Zr/Ti ratio was increased, kp was increased and Qm was decreased by approaching MPB region, and kp showed the largest value of 0.58 at Zr/Ti:50/50. The variation of amount of PMN substitution affected the liquid phase sintering of the ceramics using sintering aids, and decreased piezoelectric properties.

  • In this paper, in order to develop Pb-free piezoelectric ceramics, $[Li_{0.04}(Na_{0.44}K_{0.52})-(Nb_{0.86}Ta_{0.10}Sb_{0.04})]O_3$ ceramic was fabricated with the variation of ZnO addition. Piezoelectric properties of the ceramic were varied with the amount of ZnO addition and showed the maximum kp value at 0.2 wt% ZnO addition. Qm of ZnO added ceramics showed lower values than the non-added ceramics, however, the kp was increased by the addition of ZnO up to 0.2 wt%. At the sintering temperature of 1110$^{\circ}C$ and the calcination temperature of 850$^{\circ}C$, the optimal values of density=473g/$cm^3$, kp=0.473, $\varepsilon_r$=1403 were obtained.

  • PSN-PT 2성분계 압전세라믹스의 상도로부터 유전적, 압전적 특성이 양호한 MPB (Morphotropic phase boundary)부근의 조성을 선택하여 도너 도펀트인 $Nb_{2}O_{5}$와 억셉터 도펀트인 $Fe_{2}O_{3}$를 각각 $0{\sim}0.9wt%$ 첨가하여 유전 및 압전특성을 비교, 연구해보았다. 시편모두 $1250^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 이론밀도의 96%이상의 값을 얻을 수 있었고 상온, 1kHz에서 $Fe_{2}O_{3}$의 경우 0.1wt% 첨가된 시편에서 ${\varepsilon}_r$=2054의 최대 비유전율이 나타났으며, 0.7wt% 첨가된 시편에서는 $tan{\delta}$=0.49%의 최소 유전 손실값을 얻었다. $Fe_{2}O_{3}$가 0.1wt%, 0.3wt%로 첨가되었을 때 각각 $K_p$=58%, Qm=222의 값을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this study, in order to develop multilayer piezoelectric transformer, PMN-PZT ceramics were fabricated according to PFW substitution using $Li_2CO_3-CaCO_3$ as sintering aids and their dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. As increasing the amount of PFW substitution, density was slightly increased due to the increased sinterability. At the 1[mol%] PFW substituted PMN-PZT ceramic sintered at 950[$^{\circ}C$], density, dielectric constant $\varepsilon_r$, electromechanical coupling factor kp, mechanical quality factor Qm and piezoelectric $d_{33}$ constant showed the optimum value of 7.761[$g/cm^3$], 1251, 0.479, 1425 and 282[pC/N], respectively.

  • Purpose: This study suggests a SCQM model for the national Defense field based on earlier studies on the Quality Management of supply chain and to identify critical activities factors of supply chain that makes effect on the business results. Also, this study analyzed moderating effects of performance sharing between businesses which is becoming the big issues with regard to the supply chain cooperation. Methods: A causality of qm activities factor of SCQM model affecting benefit sharing and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. A company used in analysis performed a survey by targeting 297 Defense SMEs(weapon-system/non-weapon system). Results: As a result of analyzing the influence relationship between key activity of SCQM on finance performance, it was identified that Management Infra(MI), Process Management(PM), Human Resource Management(HRM), Performance Sharing activity(PS) made significant effect on Financial Performance, and Human Resource Management(HRM) and Performance Sharing(PS) activity made effect on non-financial Performance. Conclusion: The four variables(MI, PM, HRM, PS) of Defense SCQM were significantly effecting Financial performance and two variables(HRM, PS) were significant effected non-Financial performance. We also proved the moderating effect of performance sharing.

반도체 화학증착용 전구체 양산 적용을 위한 진공공정 평가방법 연구

  • 반도체 소자를 취급하는 반도체 산업은 여러 산업 중에서도 부가가치율이 높은 것의 하나이다. 반도체 공정은 산화막과 질화막은 각각 다양한 두께와 방법으로 제조되고 있으며 CVD, PEALD 이용한 증착 공정을 기반으로 하고 있다. 하지만 양산에서의 많은 문제 요소를 가지고 있다. 첫째, 양적인 실시간과 전구체의 정상상태를 확인 할 수 없으므로 인한 질 적인 저하등을 요소를 가지고 있으며 둘째, 양산 후 남은 전구체를 외관상의 변색, 점도 변화를 통해 변질을 확인하고 전구체를 교체함으로써 엄청난 경제적인 손실과 안정적인 공급에 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 reference 전구체와 공정에서 사용된 전구체를 이용하여 Vapor Pressure 측정과 FT-IR (Fourier transform-infrared), QMS을 이용하여 개발된 전구체의 기상 안정성 및 반응성을 실시간으로 진단하여 기존의 전구체와의 차별성을 확인하고 우수한 전구체를 선별하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 변화에서의 분자 상태 변형을 진담함으로 인해 기업의 양산의 경제적인 손실을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 성장 조건에 따라 전구체 박막 특성을 논의 할 수 있을 것이다.

Effects of Impurity on Properties of PZT(II) (PZT 특성에 미치는 부조물의 영향(II))

  • The dielectric and piezoelectic properties in which $(Zr_{0.52} Ti_{0.48})^{+4}$ ions of $Pb(Zr_{0.52} Ti_{0.48})O_3$ are partially substituted for $W^{+6}$ ions were studied. $ZrTiO_4$ was made by coprecipitation. The specimens of disc shape were sintered respectively at 1180$^{\circ}$to 130$0^{\circ}C$ at an intervals of 2$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. The optimum sintering temperature were found to be between 126$0^{\circ}C$ and 128$0^{\circ}C$. PZT solid solutions sintered had the tetragonal structure with c/a=1.025$\pm$0.005 and theoretical densities incre-ased from 8.02 to 8.17g/cm3 with increasing the amount of the partial substitution of $(Zr_{0.52} Ti_{0.48})^{+4}$ ion for $W^{+6}$ ion The grain size and curie temperature decreased with increasing the amount of $WO_3$ while the dielectric constant increased. When $(Zr_{0.52} Ti_{0.48})^{+4}$ ion was substituted for 1 mole% of $W{+6 ]$ion the planar coupling coefficient$(K_P)$ was as high as 0.58 But as the amount of $WO_3$ increased the mechanical quality factor(Qm) decreased considerably.

PZT-PMN Ceramics for Large Displacement Piezoelectric Devices

  • Piezoelectric and dielectric properties as functions of x and y mole ratio in yPb(ZrxTil-x)O$_3$(1-y)Pb(Mn$\_$1/3/Nb/2/3/)O$_3$, ceramics, PZT-PMN, are investigated for large displacement piezoelectric devices. From the experimental results, when y is 0.95 and x is 0.505, the piezoelectric and dielectric properties are maximum, that is, electromechanical coupling coefficient(kp), piezoelectric strain constant(d$\_$33/), permittivity($\varepsilon$$\_$33/$\^$T//$\varepsilon$$\_$0/), and Curie temperature are 58 %, 272 pC/N, 1520 and about 350$^{\circ}C$, respectively. Also, when y is 0.90 and x is 0.50, their properties are 56 %, 242 pC/N, 1220, and 290$^{\circ}C$, respectively. As MgO dopant is added from 0 wt% to 1 wt%, kp increases to 63 % and Qm decreases to 500 at the MgO dopant of 0.1 wt%, and then kp decreases to 57 % as MgO is added.
