The lack of customer satisfaction and trust remains a key barrier to electronic commerce. From the standpoint of online merchants, it is critical to build consumer trust by lessening sources of apprehensions and uneasiness associated with online transactions. This paper explores the relationships between customer satisfaction and intermediary's trustworthiness factors in B2C e-marketplaces. It also aims at examining the effects of consumer characteristics, including propensity to trust and Internet shopping self-efficacy, upon trust and purchase intentions. To meet the research objectives, an empirical study has been conducted by surveying 223 active e-marketplace buyers in Korea. The findings of the present research indicate that customer satisfaction positively affects all the three attributes of trustworthiness (i.e., competence, benevolence, and integrity), and more specifically it has a quite strong association with benevolence. In addition, propensity to trust has no significant influence on trust or purchasing intentions, and only affects benevolence and integrity with no direct effect on competence. Finally, Internet shopping self-efficacy was found to affect both trust and purchasing intentions, suggesting that e-marketplaces seek an online strategy designed to strengthen loyalty for customers with high self-efficacy, while they use a strategy to improve the usability and usefulness of their website to attract customers with low self-efficacy. The paper concludes with implications and directions for future research.
Focusing on the Chinese market of MSNG (Mobile Social Network Game), perceived flow and satisfaction were designed as parameters, purchasing intention was set up as dependent variables, the purpose of present research is to analyze the factors influencing purchase intention of the paid items in mobile social games by studying the game and personal characteristics in terms of interoperability, accessibility, interesting, operability, innovativeness and challenge. Data was collected by questionnaires, Amos was employed to analyze the relationship between purchase intention and target influencing factors. Results showed that characteristics of game and consumers of MSNG have positive effects on the flow and satisfaction of paid items. Moreover, the flow of paid items in MSNG has a positive effect on satisfaction; the flow and satisfaction of paid items in MSNG have a positive effect on purchase intention. more samples and references should be involved in the further study in order to acheive an comprehensive result on comparative study of the social and cultural characteristics between Chinese MSNG and Korean counterpart.

Ever since China adopted a free market economy, it has been basking in unprecedented economic growth. It has now emerged as one of the most promising markets in the world for the near future. The purpose of this study was to investigate of Chinese and Korea college female students's cognitive body type and to suggest basic informations for high quality clothing merchandising for china export. The subjects in this study were 430 college female students, aged from 18 to 24 living in Beijing(215) and Seoul(215). The survey were taken from June to July, 1999. SAS(Statistical Analysis System) is used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, χ²-test. The results of this study are as follows. The 90% of Chinese collge female students has under 4000 yuan for monthly income, and they consume less than 1000 yuan for clothing purchasing for one year. About 42% chinese students are interested in controlling of physical body shape. The Korean college female students has from 1,000,000 won to 10,000,000 won for monthly income, and the 84% of them consume less than 1,000,000 for clothing purchasing for one year. It represents of economical difference between China and Korea. Examination on the Korean and Chinese self-perception on obesity of the body as a whole showed that both groups perceived themselves as normal or slightly overweight. More Korean respondents regarded their weight as normal than the Chinese did. The Chinese female college students perceived themselves rather overweight, and held a lower satisfaction level about their physical construction. While the Korean female college students showed low satisfaction level about specific bodily parts, they held a normal level of satisfaction about their physical construction as a whole. It is noteworthy that more Chinese respondents generally held lower satisfaction impressions about their physical construction than their Korean counterparts. It is needed to different merchandising project for export clothing in China.

One of the most considerate phenomena of the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the use of digital devices. Digitalization is rapidly advancing through all areas of industry and life. Customer journey with digitalization is looking totally different from previous customer journey. The research targets were users of fashion, automobiles, cosmetics and online shopping malls. We analyzed 300 people for each valid questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows. First, it has been proven that digital experience affects positive (+) impact on purchasing intention and positive (+) impact on recommending intention and negative impact (-) on switching intent and subsequently affects positive impact (+) to purchase and incase of switching intent, negative impact (-) to purchase. Unlike traditional methods such as SPC(Service Profit Chain), the Digital experience to Purchase process Chain (DPC) has been identified to be suitable in the digital age. Second, the digital satisfied group (5 score-very satisfaction) has shown same result as above. However the digital neutral group (even though 4 score- satisfaction in five-point scale), specially in a highly competitive industry, has different from the satisfied group and 3 score-normal is same as dissatisfied group. It means that this group is that If there is a high level of attractiveness of substitute goods, there is a high possibility of switching them. It has supported Jones and Sasser [1995] that there have been two types of loyalty of true long-term loyalty and what we call false loyalty in the highly competitive industry zone which is commoditization or low differentiation, many substitutes, low cost of switching. Identifying true loyalty and false loyalty is crucial to establishing a customer experience strategy. it is necessary to actively utilize long-term digital experiences strategy to increase the total satisfaction of digital experience through all of customer purchasing journey in order to enhance the digital customer experience. It is difficult to see the effect as a one-time event. It should be scaled over the entire customer purchase process over a long period of time, which can positively affect purchase intention, recommendation intention, and conversion intention. This is also why it is difficult for second-runners to overtake first-runners in a short period.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction, practical use, preference in design and recognition of the Saenghwalhanbok in the adult females living in Gyeongnam province. The data used for this study were collected by questionnaires and 420 questionnaires were used for statistic analysis. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 8.0 to perform the ANOVA, $X^2$-test, t-test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; Most women have Saenghwalhanbok for wearing in festive days. who showed good impression on the Saenghwalhanbok is high-educated people, and high-incommer showed positive preference as well. The color of blouse and skirt is different each other. The most preference color is soft color. The purchasing behavior on the Saenghwalhanbok was verified that there are planning of purchase because of convienience in wearing. The primary reason for not buying Saenghwalhanbok is price. So the goods of various level of price should be prepared, and the preference factors of purchasing for younger ages were color, patterns and design, and for old ages were quality of clothes, colors and patterns. Major application of the Saenghwalhanbok was found that wearing for festive days as it is Korean traditional costume.

The purpose of the research is to investigate the payment for clothing and clothing management behavior of the elementary school student children, and to study if there is any specific preference toward clothing according to whether or not they wear school uniform. 403 mothers of two elementary school students in Taegu were selected for this study. 1. There is no difference in the times of purchasing clothing between uniform group and nonuniform group. 2. Compared with their money earning, uniform wearing group more money in their clothing purchasing nonuniform group paid less money regardless of their earning. 3. There is a significant of laundry practices in nonuniform group compared with uniform group. 4. According to the inquiry of the clothing concept between uniform group and nonuniform group, uniform group showed higher satisfaction with their uniform than nonuniform group with their nonuniform. 5. Uniform group showed high positive view on the uniform, and both groups showed partial positive view on the nonuniform. There was a positive correlation among clothing payment, clothing management behavior, and clothing dynamics of both groups.

This study was initiated to investigate (1) the current sizing system for mail-order clothing, (2) consumers' preference for sizing systems, and (3) consumers' satisfaction with garment size. The apparel items and the sizes available at various mail-order companies in Korea were also reviewed. This investigation of consumers' preferences for various size description systems includes a survey of 410 men and women who had purchased garments by mail-order. The data were analyzed by Statistical Analysis System/pc. The major results are as follows; 1. The sizing system of mail-order clothing was different by garment items. The number of apparel sizes available for mail-order purchasing was three or less. The most mail∼order garments were labeled by the numerical size codes of body girth nleasurements or letter code (S, M, L). 2. The size description system most prefered by female subjects(N : 360) was the numerical size code of a body measurement(55.4%). The combination of bust-hips-height measurements size codes were prefered by 13.3% . The pictogram was least premiered by the subjects. 3. The apparel items that subjects wanted to buy using mail-order were underwear, home -weat and night-wear. The heavy users of mail-order purchasing, however, also wanted to purchase expensive garments requiring precise fit. The subjects aged from 20's to 80's wanted to purchase childern's wear by mail. 4. The desire for diversity of garment item and size of mail-order apparel was relatively high. The subjets also wanted to purchase special size garments by mail-order, e. g., garment sizes for full or tall figure.

This study examined consumers' regret after purchasing fashion goods. We identified product and situational characteristics that influence regret as well as the relationship between regret and its result variables, dissatisfaction, regret solving effort and repurchase intention. We collected 642 copies of questionnaires, distributed to females in their 20's to 40's online from March $18^{th}$-$25^{th}$, 2010. Data was analyzed using SPSS 14.0 and LISREL 8.50. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, total five factors of product characteristics (called negative evaluation for value price, expectation difference, design/coordination, size/fitness and quality) were identified and three factors of situational characteristics (called sale/inaction, time pressure/shopping companion, and impulsive buying) were investigated. Regret was significantly effected by negative evaluation for value price, design/coordination, size/fitness, quality except negative evaluation for expectation difference in product characteristics and impulsive buying and situational characteristics. The results indicated a significant relationship between regret, dissatisfaction, regret solving effort and repurchase intention. These were the result to implicate that a consideration for the feeling of regret that influenced consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction should be made from the aspect of marketing strategies.
This research aims to invest consumers' purchase behavior and preference of F/W season knit wear to prepare for basic data in producing competitive knit wear which can meet consumers' demands. The results are as follows: 1. Consumers in their twenties are largely purchasing their knit wear at bonded clothing shops, consumers in their thirties at outlet stores and consumers in their forties and fifties at department stores. As for preferred materials in knit wear, the twenties like 100% of cotton, the thirties mixed wool, and the forties and the fifties 100% of wool. Across all age groups, they prefer knit wear pattern with no figures, while they consider its design and color as important factors in purchasing F/W knit wear. 2. As for the wearing sensations of F/W knitwear of three age groups, there are not significant differences in other factors except a factor of 'jacket length'. 3. As for the fitting sensation about F/W knit wear, consumers with 'thin' somatotype feel high comfort in the factor of 'girth', while consumers with standard somatotype feel high satisfaction in the factor of 'length'.
